They charged me $160 per month only to box me in eventually limiting access to a pound to where my trailer was inaccessible. They they tell me I won't be getting a refund because they boxed me in with another vehicle that's within the legal size. Yeah sure, but your part of the agreement was that my trailer is fully accessible within the hours of operation. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

1. gaining access through the locked gate was a breeze. 2. figuring out which door to get into for my storage unit was confusing and no one was available at the main office. 3. I called and had to leave a couple of messages with hope that someone would call back promptly. In this day and age, someone should be able to forward the office phone to their cell phone number, or just have an offic phone that they can keep with them around the grounds. it took about 45+ minutes before I got a call back. 4. I had to drive around the building and try my access code at every door until I found the one door that would open with my code. this could be alleviated by posting which units are accessible at each locked door, or by letting customers know which side of the building they have to enter for access to their unit. 5. I had to get out of my truck and enter a gate code in order to exit the property! WHY?!?! the gate should open when a vehicle approaches the exit. This was ridiculous. I'm glad to have storage, but the frustration with the lack of employees to help out, the multiple calls with no person to talk with, and the lack of signage at the building was all avoidable. read more

Worst customer service you could find anywhere. Quite possibly the easiest job on earth and they are ALWAYS out of the office and impossible to find if you want a key for the carts to move things in and out. A trip that should have only taken 20 minutes turned into over an hour because they can't do their job. Trash. read more

I'll tell you what, if your looking for storage call me. I'll store it in my garage for half the price and I'll keep it all safe too. We moved in on Aug 25th and didn't come back until Nov 10th to get our things. When we walked up to our unit last Tuesday we noticed a different lock was on our unit. I was instantly pissed, not knowing what's going on. We went down to the office where the manager, Heidi says she saw that and tried to call us about it. Well she cut the lock and what do you know, every box was torn open, half of our things are missing. Heidi said she was going to "write up some notes" and then I went down to tell her the police were on their way and she was at lunch. Really? Your tenants just realized they've been victims of theft and you go to lunch. Whatever. Her first story is that someone used our gate code, then it's no one used our gate code. I still have yet to get a straight story from her. She claims she tried to call, so I went back & they called my boyfriend once and here's the dandy voicemail they left: "Hey. This is Michelle. Call me back." Didn't leave a call back number and didn't even have a single hint of urgency in the message. If you see our place was broken into, i'd like a little more urgency there. Also why didn't they call me, the secondary on the account? Or send an email? They didn't try very hard and it's clear. (Proving its an inside job!) So we filed our police report, I've tried to contact their district manager and heard nothing back. We filed an insurance claim and so far heard nothing. That was a process all its own, you have to prove forced entry & according to the insurance we've paid for, a lock other than the one you placed on there upon move in, is not sufficient for forced entry. We were "lucky" enough to have a locked armoire that the thieves took a crowbar to. You don't need this insurance; it's garbage. Trust me trust me trust me. Go somewhere else. DO NOT RENT HERE. There are plenty of other places to go and this one is terribly taken care of. Pleeeeeeease trust me on this. Only 2 out of 6 lights work, the doors are open all the time for any Joe Schmoe to walk through the doors, and they only have camera as you walk through the building and get off the elevator. So literally no ones units are ACTUALLY protected. I think this was an inside job. Any crook wouldn't take the time to put another lock on our unit, they would have left it. But if the managers, I don't know brother, wanted a new tool set among the other things stolen, would know to put a lock on it. Since I have to prove forced entry, I'm asking they prove it was not an inside job. Only fair! They're not calling back the insurance & not helping us at all. Don't waste your money! Already wrote a google review for this place, it's been hours since I had my chat with Samantha Smith at this location and I'm still fuming mad at the level of disrespect, bullying and outright bad attitude from this woman. My sister has been renting a space for over a year now never had any problems until she got on the wrong side of Samantha for god knows what. Now my poor sister who is on the Spectrum is so intimidated and afraid of this woman she had to go to a different place to pay her rent because this bully was in the office. All she does is roll her eyes at customers, and be rude and unprofessional to just about everyone, I was in the office and there was a man there trying to pay his unit and he didn't speak English very well and she was absolutely horrible and nasty to him when SHE couldn't understand the numbers he was giving her, even interrupted him and said to me "what do you need hmm?". When I asked her for a pen and paper to write down her bosses phone number she refused to give me a piece of paper, told me to "use your phone and take a picture of his card"....well she knew I was recording her attitude because before all of this she called my Spectrum sister a C* under her breath. There are many more instances where this woman harassed my sister, and I'm sure because of my negative reviews of this woman she will sadly try and find some other way of harassing my poor sister, but long story long Samantha is a bully and should not be allowed to treat people so poorly and still hold a job there. Update: as of 2/07/2018 this sad excuse for a business has put my sister on office hours only. It's disgusting how they treat people here. This place is a nasty disgusting place with crappy rat infested units and even trashier staff. HEED MY REVIEW AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! read more

Melissa is great. She made sure we had our lock, gate code, everything we needed. She showed us a couple of units and suggested we try to get by with the cheaper option. What business does that? YES! The only slight problem I have is not with Heidi or the property, but with your advertising on the billboard you advertiser everything $1 for first month, but folk don't know a thing about the $22.00 Administrative fee until you are getting the storage. That can throw folk for a loop, you guys should put all the fees out there so folk would know. However, just rented a small storage hopefully not for long. But everything okay so far. read more

Heidi was great. Her customer service was friendly and helpful. I had lost my gate key to gain entrance, but she couldn't give me the code due to their privacy policy. Which is fine, because I would hope that if some random person who didn't actually have a code came in asking for one would get the same response that I got. She helped me log into my account which had the gate code and I was able to gain entrance. I'm glad that she upheld her standard of not letting people in that don't have their information. Melissa was a fill-in under the previous manager, Heidi. She did a GREAT job then; and now that she has become resident manager, she IS EVEN BETTER!! She is VERY professional and friendly. Needed a small space to store some stuff. They were the best priced, close to the freeway, clean, and did not have a bunch of people going in and out all the time. Propery manager lives on the property and regularly walks the grounds and buildings to make sure everything is safe. read more

Currently looking for a new storage provider. The security gate to the property has been non functional - unlocked during office hours, locked outside office hours - since August. The mandatory building code required fire suppression system failed inspection on on 2 September 2016 and remain non functional. The posted hours - 6:00am to 9:00pm - are reduced to the office hours -- extremely inconvenient. When I asked the attendant when repairs would be accomplished, she said she didn't know. read more

I talk to Heidi most of the time, but sometimes it's Melissa as well and they are GREAT. As far as previous reviews, I signed up under a promotion and it kept the rate I had agreed to, and then at the appropriate time it went up by a few dollars, but I knew that was coming. I was also notified via e-mail that this was coming, but even with that it is MUCH less than the city of Seattle storage places. Besides, even if they were the same price it would be worth it since the location is awesome, security is great and the customer service is second to none. read more
