Stopped by Public Storage today to see what the size and cost was for their storage units. They had a wide variety of sizes with reasonable prices. We had looked at a few units already but we're not impressed with the safety and cleanliness. After a tour by property manager Tony, I was sold on this location and rented on the spot. Tony was very helpful and explained all the details very clearly. Tony really takes pride in this property and it comes across loud and clear. He made sure that the gate code and locks worked before we left. The other worker, Monique was also very engaging and helpful. Was a tennanat a while ago at this facilitly and I loved it. Always excellent customer service from both Michael and Barbara. I saw the review about people sleeping and I can say that I never saw that but I do know if that was going on both mike and barbara would take care of it right away. I have been on that property and in that restroom and it has always been spotless. Never seen any poo or anything else. I don't know the situation but I do know that if you want an excellent storage that is clean and office staff that are willing to help you even when you ask a bunch of questions THEN RENT HERE! read more

What can I say but this place is great. My company has a unit here and as a pharmaceutical rep I have to come and go alot. When I signed up both Michael and Barbara were great. Every time I am here I see Michael and he had a ready smile and always asks if I need anything. He is outstanding with his customer service. Lately have not seen him on Monday when I usually come in. Went in to public storage to get dome prices for your units and some boxes. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. His name is Michael. Great property! I was a little hesitant to go with PS because of some of the negative reviews I read on Yelp. However, this place has been great. I have been here for 11 months. No rate increases and the initial rate was very competitive, even though they were close to full occupancy. Management staff always very professional and courteous.
