Josie worked with us to get the best possible location and was patient with us while we made our decisions. Another GREAT thing they offer is the one time use of their moving truck. That was SOO helpful for the larger items! Every time we go there, we are greeted with soothing music, the place is clean, and they always have moving carts available to use. We also appreciate their nice big, tall elevators. The in and out is very easy as well, especially with the app, where you can open the gate with your phone. We were able to downsize to 2 units and then 1, unit, each time applying any time already paid for, to the remaining units. That was a very nice feature. We also always felt very safe, even on nights and weekends. The place is very well lit. I would recommend AAA Quality Self Storage to anyone looking for a good, dependable storage facility. Top knotch!!

They have outrageous…read morepolicies like they must have a 14 day written notice to vacate.. i've never had to do that with any other facility and I wish they would tell you that upfront. They are impossible to get a hold of and they give you the run around. The upstairs units are supposed to be temperature controlled but they are lying through their teeth, every-time we went to our unit it was stuffy and hot as heck up there. They also don't manage the space and tenants well, often times I would come and someone would be blocking the gate or taking up the entire loading area even though you can easily fit two cars. There's really no other parking for when you just need to grab a thing or two which leads to that issue as well. Overall awful experience. Dwight was the only great thing about this place as a he was very personable and helpful in getting us set up this time. Very expensive for no temperature control, it's a lie.

Like all storage places, rates increase insanely high. I'm now at over $300 a month. 4 years ago it…read morewas $178 a month. Looks like a comparable unit right now goes for $129 a month. When I first signed up and they warned me prices would start going up after I think the first year? they said I could always just switch units and sign a new contract. But when I tried to do that at the 2.5 year mark after several increases, they said you could only do so if you switched to a new floor entirely... basically making the process harder if you have bulky, heavy things. The place is clean, and access system is nice, but the rates for existing customers vs deep incentives to attract new customers is kind of the slap in the face I needed to close down my unit. Basically only store for the promotional no-rate-increase period and then get out. It's not worth it otherwise.

In a bit more than a year rates have skyrocket nearly 50% from $150 to $223 a month. On top of that the property is completely infested with rats which have gotten into my unit and destroyed my furniture. Jennifer Geierman who is the property manager is completely derelict in her duties and will disappear for long periods at a time so you can't get help from the office(we'll be right back sign pictured below). My emails asking for information on the insurance policy they've been charging me for for over a year were completely ignored. When I asked her for help locating my unit she was completely rude. Self storage is a complete commodity in 2025 and there are much better options than this fly by night facility that falls well short of industry standards

I never knew it existed as it is not visible from the road. The location is very safe - it is next to a school, Chabad and Woodbridge Community church. I misread the office hours and arrived an hour early at 9 AM. Jaime from the front desk immediately opened the door and greeted me. He took his time to explain the rental costs per month and insurance options. Even though his leg was injured from a while ago and recovering, he drove me to my storage unit to show me the location and condition using his golf cart. Jaime let me know that the lock that I brought was large enough to secure the unit and that I didn't have to bring or purchase a different one. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs, especially if you live in Irvine. It literally is a gem hidden inside central Woodbridge.
