They even offered us cold bottled water when we were sorting our stuff on a hot summer day. We loved that the staff were responsive and security minded. It makes a big difference compared to a few places we tried before. We will tell our friends and when we need storage again, we will return. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Lights go on automatically as you walk through the hallways. There is a nice bathroom on the ground floor, outside the office near the carts, nice to have when you're there for hours sorting. Prices went up a few times during a fairly short period awhile back, less so lately--Thanks! Great deal compared to many comparable Seattle storage facilities, easy access off I-5. I visited my unit recently after two years and there was hardly any dust. I found this place kind of randomly and am so glad I did!

There is a serious rat infestation. My belongings have been contaminated and damaged by rats. I found rat feces and urine all over my clothes and personal belongings. I have already had to throw away more than three large bags of clothing because they were covered in rat feces and urine. Even worse, I found a DEAD RAT inside one of my bags and ANOTHER DEAD RAT inside a separate bag containing shoes. This is not a minor pest issue. This is a serious sanitation and health concern, and customers are paying to store their belongings in a facility where they should reasonably expect them not to be destroyed and contaminated by rodents. Public Storage needs to take immediate action and have professional pest control inspect and treat this entire property. Customers should also be informed about the rodent problem so they can inspect and protect their belongings. I have lost clothing and other personal property as a result of this situation. After paying for this storage unit for nearly three months, I never expected to discover my belongings covered in rat feces and urine or to find dead rats inside my bags. I strongly recommend that anyone currently renting at this location check their storage unit and belongings immediately. I also recommend that anyone considering renting here ask management specifically about the rodent problem and what pest-control measures are currently being taken. I expect Public Storage to take this situation seriously, address the infestation immediately, and provide a proper response regarding the damage to my belongings.

I am experienced in the field haha. I got a unit here on a wim and quite honestly, did not expect anything good-as it is on Casino Road (if you know, you know) but I'm happy to say that my feelings were both completely and immediately dismissed. The move in was fast and simple. The prices are fair, (on the lower end comparatively) and the staff (the site manager, and possibly the facilities sole employee, Josie) have been great to work with. The facility is extremely clean, and very well-kept, and overall, easy to navigate, with a very simple property / building layout. Push carts and elevators are great.'The facility is secure, with a drive up gate that is code entry only, security cameras all throughout inside and out, and an attentive (live in) onsite manager. The parking is limited but really this hasn't been a problem for me. I do seem to have a hard time when I'm pulling into the property and making the turn just right to pull up to the gate code entry box thing. But that's probably just me being a crappy vehicle operator driving a larger SUV. ‍‍ lol

I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure.
