What company who is expecting to be successful on a Saturday thinks this is a good idea? Apparently this one... this should probably be a 3* review, but I only had to wait behind one person. The other 4 or 5 people behind me probably won't have anything nice to say about this place.

Second truck made it the mile to my house. We loaded it, then the check engine light came on. Unable to delay our trip with them unloading/ reloading into another truck, we insisted a mechanic come take a look. He looked at it and said the diesel exhaust fluid heater was out. Nothing he could do. Shouldn't be a problem. We took the truck and went 30-35 mph up any hill, for 1800 miles. Texas Penske rep refunded us about 1/3 of rental costs, which saved my relationship with Penske. Do not rent from this store. The worst. The car trailer lighting cord was a mangled mess. Wires exposed from being drug by the last renter. When I told them about it they handed me electrical tape. Said just wrap it, it should be fine. The strapping holding the front two tires came loose twice during our trip, damaging the front splitter on my wife's 80k car. Normally, I may read that and think it's the renters responsibility to secure the car (true). But I'm a 25 years of experience construction co owner. I strap things down for a living. Their equipment was/ is junk, at pick up. The roll of electrical tape had me thinking that, but we had a house purchase closing to make. Had to go. We, the renters, shouldn't have to distinguish between junk/ faulty equipment and decent. Again, I'd do business with Penske again. Overall, the company gets 4 stars. Save yourself time, money and hassle by avoiding Everett Penske at all cost.

I reserved…read morea 26 foot truck and not only they did not notify me that they changed my reservation, the agent who I spoke to, Kirna is her name, said I'd be saving money by getting a smaller truck. She obviously doesn't understand the point of reserving a large truck. The office in Everett/ Lynnwood area under the supervision of Harley are inoperable and useless. I Haul is good for nothing. Not sure why they offer you a reservation number when they can't hold their promise.

A driver nearly ran us off the road and followed us so close they nearly hit us. Then, when the…read moreroad became a two lane road, they flipped us off and also slowed down to nearly 20 mph on a 55 mph road just to flip us off and even took out his phone to record us as he was driving not paying attention to the road as if we had done something wrong. We're teenagers and we're simply going the speed limit. I'm so scared I had to pull off the road and cried for 10 minutes.

On their truck the signage on it is covered with dirt and couldn't read it until I got into the next lane. It stated not responsible for any windshield damage stay 200 ft behind well I was not close to the truck when this happened but on the back of the last trailer the signed looked like it said 20 ft cuz it was so dirty couldn't read it. So I called the company to let them know hey this happened the load should have been covered and ur driver was in the center lane speeding and on a cars tail and driver had to get into the slow lane real fast cuz the truck didn't even have one full car length between them ....but never got a call back to talk to the guy.....great customer service

Everything he would say "I will get it to you today" but he never did. After two months, he no longer answer my phone or reply to my text. And we still don't have the receipt. Not the right way to do business.

ZERO stars. STAY AWAY!! Dig it by hand if you have to!!…read more I Rented a bobcat from here and these criminals decided to steal my credit card info and use it at Walmart and other places. Walmart of all places!!! If you're gonna steal my info at least use it for something awesome. I know for fact it was them because it was the first and only time I used this specific credit card. After finding out my info was stolen I get a call from a random number who told me his car was stolen and my credit card information along with the information of 10-15 others was inside the vehicle when police found it. I contacted the other people on the paper and imagine that, everyone of those people had rented a bobcat from this place. Was told detectives were following up on all the recovered info, but financial crimes like these get limited investigative investment. Apparently the dude that was caught in the stolen car had worked at bobcat or had connections there. This place should be out of business and they should all be locked behind bars.
