5.h order missing the veggies

Cashier is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. The most unwelcoming restaurant I have ever been to. I now understand why they only have 3 stars. The food is not that good to be treated that poorly. The bone marrow 5.h, grouped under the pho options isn't pho and apparently doesn't come with the white onions, green onions, and cilantro even though it says it does come with those on the menu( according to the cashier).

Lettuce

Ordered combination Pho and requested extra broth and noodles. Did not get the extra broth but also got a bundle of lettuce leaves and 2 small sprigs of mint instead of the jalapeño, bean sprouts, onion, basil and limes. It was a mess and nothing like the Pho I've had there in the past.

We had couple things togo from PT. The lemongrass chicken had really yummy moist chicken with delicious lemongrass sauce. It included plenty of rice to go with it. However, the sauce was tad greasy. We also had the grilled pork spring rolls. It only had rice noodles and lettuce with lots of grilled pork. Simple yet delicious. We will return to try more items. Fast and friendly service.

So I LOVE pho like last meal type love. The food here was good but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We were in training and went to days in a row and both days it was gross to the point where one of my coworkers refused to eat here. The first day I personally told them the bathroom needed to be cleaned so when we came back because the food is good to see the same mess was surprising. Everything was good hot and fresh but the bathroom was a NO!

Yesenia had amazing service. Great food and chill atmosphere. Boba was also very yummy. Mango was by far the best flavor!

Ordered a pork spring roll via phone but wasn't told it was BBQ (never seen spring rolls offered with tough rubbery meat in them) which usually comes with sliced plain pork inside...Apparently teriyaki pork and chicken are what they put in their spring rolls. I've ate spring rolls at countless pho places here in AZ and while traveling to several other states, and literally none of the other places make theirs like this. I'm almost positive I ordered spring rolls from their location near Albertsons a long time ago and it wasn't like this. While waiting for my order, a table of two ladies next to me also gave theirs back complaining that the meat tasted rubbery like teriyaki chicken. Teriyaki and peanut sauce - no thanks. When I took it to their other location near Frys since I was already going that way for other errands to see if this was a mistake, she said that's just how they make it. Basically I was SOL. I would have given 2 stars as the cashier was very friendly at the first location near Albertsons, but seeing that this is the third time I've tried PT Pho (which the first was normal), but the last 2 times there have been issues and no offer of a refund even though the lady at the second location said they're owned by the same owner, I definitely won't be back.

Large bowls withe great tasting base broth. I had the chicken and the portion was huge and had a good mix of items.

The portions here are large and the chicken i had was perfectly sized for the bowl. Enjoyed the flavor of the broth and variety of items included. The price was great considering i ended up with two meals out of this.

I witnessed too many health and sanitation violations. I did like their food prior to my last visit.

Just tried PT Pho Express on Carefree Hwy. The service was terrible, and the food was awful. We will not come back.

Still we took it and I'm glad that we did. First let's start with the bad. Parking here sucks!!!! I ended up having to park in a nearby neighborhood and had about a 5 minute walk to get back to the restaurant. Give yourself extra time to find parking. Everything else was fantastic. Food was amazing. Cocktails were delicious and refreshing. Service was great. I'm so glad we picked this place for my birthday dinner. Can't wait to go back again!

Drinks are so unique and flavorful. We tried the Temple T and the Roselle, yes. The Thai Tea is a classic. Not sure what the energy version is. For appetizers we tried the Dumplings, Mussels, Moo ping. I'd hold on the dumplings even tho they might be recommended. The mussels are in a Thai curry sauce. And the moo ping was the softest but not chewiest I've ever had. Good portions. For the entree, we tried the Chicken Pad Thai and the Panang Curry with braised beef. The star of the show was def the Panang Curry. It's small for an entree portion. It comes with rice. So we had to order another. But the flavors are there. We saved room for dessert bc it was a Mango Sticky Rice. Everything was good. But it made us miss home.

Met up with friends and family here for dinner. I'd been wanting to try a new Asian fusion spot,…read moreand this one had been on my list for a while - it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is super classy and cute, with great date-night vibes. Parking can be a little limited with the English pub next door, but it's definitely worth a stop. We started with a few of their buns. The pork belly was my favorite, but the fried chicken and meatball were both very good! For dinner, we ordered the fried rice, XO noodles, and shaking beef. The beef was a little more well done than I prefer, but everything was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and overall, the food was delicious. Most dishes averaged around $20, which felt very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. And a special shoutout to Keith - his service was fantastic throughout the entire meal! Great atmosphere, flavorful food, generous portions, and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

Quite the opposite here, I have been a long time customer of this particular location and I've always had an amazing experience with the food as well as excellent service from the staff over the years. The chef and staff clearly care a great deal about the establishment and the love is shown all throughout the space. I usually have the Pork Tonkatsu ramen, Katsu sando, and Krazy Fries and everyday I'm away from Phoenix I CRAVE these so badly. Amazing and ambitious flavor combos that all fit so well together. Couldn't recommend this place harder

We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.
