    5.h order missing the veggies

Cashier is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. The most unwelcoming restaurant I have ever been to. I now understand why they only have 3 stars. The food is not that good to be treated that poorly. The bone marrow 5.h, grouped under the pho options isn't pho and apparently doesn't come with the white onions, green onions, and cilantro even though it says it does come with those on the menu( according to the cashier).

    Lettuce

Ordered combination Pho and requested extra broth and noodles. Did not get the extra broth but also got a bundle of lettuce leaves and 2 small sprigs of mint instead of the jalapeño, bean sprouts, onion, basil and limes. It was a mess and nothing like the Pho I've had there in the past.

We had couple things togo from PT. The lemongrass chicken had really yummy moist chicken with delicious lemongrass sauce. It included plenty of rice to go with it. However, the sauce was tad greasy. We also had the grilled pork spring rolls. It only had rice noodles and lettuce with lots of grilled pork. Simple yet delicious. We will return to try more items. Fast and friendly service.

So I LOVE pho like last meal type love. The food here was good but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We were in training and went to days in a row and both days it was gross to the point where one of my coworkers refused to eat here. The first day I personally told them the bathroom needed to be cleaned so when we came back because the food is good to see the same mess was surprising. Everything was good hot and fresh but the bathroom was a NO!

Yesenia had amazing service. Great food and chill atmosphere. Boba was also very yummy. Mango was by far the best flavor!

Ordered a pork spring roll via phone but wasn't told it was BBQ (never seen spring rolls offered with tough rubbery meat in them) which usually comes with sliced plain pork inside...Apparently teriyaki pork and chicken are what they put in their spring rolls. I've ate spring rolls at countless pho places here in AZ and while traveling to several other states, and literally none of the other places make theirs like this. I'm almost positive I ordered spring rolls from their location near Albertsons a long time ago and it wasn't like this. While waiting for my order, a table of two ladies next to me also gave theirs back complaining that the meat tasted rubbery like teriyaki chicken. Teriyaki and peanut sauce - no thanks. When I took it to their other location near Frys since I was already going that way for other errands to see if this was a mistake, she said that's just how they make it. Basically I was SOL. I would have given 2 stars as the cashier was very friendly at the first location near Albertsons, but seeing that this is the third time I've tried PT Pho (which the first was normal), but the last 2 times there have been issues and no offer of a refund even though the lady at the second location said they're owned by the same owner, I definitely won't be back.

Large bowls withe great tasting base broth. I had the chicken and the portion was huge and had a good mix of items.

The portions here are large and the chicken i had was perfectly sized for the bowl. Enjoyed the flavor of the broth and variety of items included. The price was great considering i ended up with two meals out of this.

This was actually sad! I love pho and this place is not it. I only ordered some spring rolls with Thai tea and whoever is making them really needs to be trained on how to make them! The tea was also gross. A 3yr could make better ones. I will stick to my original pho place. They need to step up the game and actually know how to cook.

Soup & Sausage Bistro is one of them, serving Ukrainian and Polish cuisine. Parking won't be a problem in the lot they share with several other businesses. Ambiance (3/5): Don't let the simple decor or the non-descript exterior fool you. While it's a casual restaurant, and a small one at that, I'm judging this restaurant mostly on the quality of its food as Eastern European food is generally hard to come by. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. There are five or so tables, so tiny as I mentioned. While casual, it is homey. Service (3/5): Pretty average service. They don't check on you. They're not overly friendly. Yet, once again, it's the food I'm primarily concerned about here. Drinks (4/5): Soft drinks and Eastern European beer for the most part. They have a nice selection of Ukrainian beers, which was a first for me. I enjoyed trying something new. Food (4/5): Now for the good stuff. As you would expect, there is a lot of soup and sausage on the menu. Including some famous one like borscht and Polish kielbasa. I've also tried their chicken meatball soup which was solid, but if it's your first time, go with the borscht. Don't let the purple color (from the beets) steer you away. Beyond soup and sausage, they have a lot of other classic dishes including pierogies, chicken Kiev, potato pancakes, and blintzes. And if you're looking for something sweet, their top seller is the honey cake. As good as it sounds. Everything I've had at Soup & Sausage Bistro has been above average to great. They have some nice combos that allow you to try a variety. The prices are affordable. Join their rewards program by entering your phone number at the kiosk and you'll get deals. All in all, great value for the money. And if you've never had Eastern European food before, it's a treat.

Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant -- just one other customer -- and wasn't greeted. The AC was off with only a few floor fans running, making the space feel suffocating. After waiting 30 minutes for my spring rolls (in an almost empty restaurant), they arrived with no peanut sauce and zero apology from the staff. By this point I was flushed, short of breath, and feeling faint from the heat and poor air circulation. I politely let the male server know I was overheating and felt like I might faint. His response? He told me the AC was on and to "drink more water" -- in a rude, dismissive tone -- then walked away to greet a new customer. I packed up my spring rolls to go and paid without a word. He didn't seem surprised. It felt like this was a pattern he was used to. After leaving I checked other reviews -- long wait times, poor atmosphere, and rude staff are recurring themes. I'm adding my experience to save others the trip. Don't waste your time or money here.
