Great pizza, love the idea of pizza by weight. Although I miss pointing to the big/best slice and saying "can I get that slice" however the pizza here is top tier. I live the light airy crumb. Great quality toppings. Customer service is really friendly. And the interior is cozy. I think the one tiny issue I had that made this a 4 star instead of 5 was that I asked if I could have my slices heated "extra crispy" the reason being that on previous visits we noticed that the slices with more topping were still cold in the middle. When I asked for them to be extra crispy I was assured the pizza would be crispy. And again the pizza with the sausage was a bit cold in the center.

Psychic Pie is a very unique place. The name may confuse some people, but once you get to know this place you will keep coming back. It is really the only place of its kind, at least in the North Bay. They make pizza Roman style, where they bake pizzas in a long, rectangular shape. Then, you get to determine how big of a piece you want. They cut it to your liking (in Italy this is called Al Taglio)and then you pay for it by the weight. They always have several options. The other thing that makes the pizza here so special is their use of sourdough crust. I love the texture and flavor that the crust gives to every pizza here. The service is always really good and very helpful. Once you pick your pizzas they will heat up your slices and then dress it up with extra toppings such as herbs, grated cheeses, oils, etc. One of the owners is typically working and they are such lovely people. On this particular visit, my wife and I ordered five different pizzas to try. One of my favorites is the OG Potato, which is covered in thin sliced, crispy potato, ricotta, mozzarella, creme fraiche, dill and chives. It is so rich and creamy. My new favorite is a pizza with blue cheese, walnuts, and caramelized onions that knocked my socks off. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of that one. There was another new one to me which was the Hot coppa Striacatella. I don't know if I've ever seen charred chicory on a pizza before but it worked really well with the spicy coppa. I also tried the vegan slice which was really good and the Funguy, which is subtle but still tasty. I highly recommend you come try Psychic Pie if you've never been here. It is a Sebastopol must-do!

was doing some restaurant research on reddit and there was an entire thread dedicated to pizza spots in sonoma. psychic pie is served roman style. pizza sold by weight and cut by scissors. got a "three finger" slice of pepperoni and another of sausage. excellent crispy bottoms, airy dough, rich sauce with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. friendly people, outdoor seating available.

    Next stop Psychic Pie!

My girl was getting her nails done next door and we stumbled into Psychic Pie to see what sourdough pizza was all about. The service was fantastic as he asked us if it was our first time and explained how they price their square pizza by the pound (lb). They have four staples and four seasonal pizzas. We ended up trying the PepPep, Funguy, OG Potato, and Coppa. All were tasty and delicious. After picking out the pizza they're weighed and then thrown into the oven for a crispy finish. After the oven the server tops each pizza off with their special toppings. Pepperoni had fresh parmesan, Funguy - lemon zest, OG. Potato olive oil, Coppa- hot honey. Will be back quite often since it's right next door to where my girlfriend gets her nails done!

So we are visiting a friend in santa rosa & the girlfriend said we need to come here for lunch because their pies are reportedly pretty awesome. How could anyone say no to pizza & beer so i agreed & wow oh wow the pizza was fantastic. We loved it so much that we came back for lunch the next day before heading home to Sunnyvale with a box of takeout for dinner. I recommend the olive oil & sea salt soft serve & chocolate cookie as well.

Well this "was" squash and goat cheese. Probably the best pizza I have had in a while.

This is one of my favorite lunch pizza stops. Very simple to select what you want and how much. I love eating in as they heat the pizza while you wait. They have wine available as well, plus other food items such as salads and bread to go. They have a couple seats outside as well and so makes for great casual dining. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. You should seek them out when In Sebastapol. Enjoy.

Open Wed to Sunday, a no-brainer: you must come by (as early as you can before everyone else gets off work or call and see if you can reserve) because they do SELL OUT frequently well before closing. Like by hours! Omg, the way I feel is so disappointed when that happens. It's like... Worse than being 5 years old and someone telling you Christmas morning Christmas was canceled! The first time it happened, I was so shocked and dismayed. I literally, no lie, wanted nothing else to eat... Nothing could fill the niche and void. I stayed up watching Hulu, YouTube, and Netflix, eating ice cream as if I wanted to melt into the Earth after a break up. Then, even more tragic, I woke to realize, oh no... It's Monday! Even worse than the typical tragedy of being Monday with the jolt back to work reality, Psychic Pie won't be open again till Wednesday. Oh, cruel world! What have you done to me? I'm trying so hard to nix the craving that no other pizza or even my favorite Caramel Crunch Starbucks frap helps. Finally, I wake on Wednesday morning, rearranging my appointments to get off work as early as possible to zip over to psychic pie. Oh, glorious day, get the slices by the pound to go HOT. Your oven unless you have access to a commercial 1 million-degree Kelvin iron slave pizza stove that takes up half your wall at home, you must have them heat it. It makes that chewy, moist inside crackling, ideally outside crisp crust-like perfection. Oh heaven, the caramelized leak, Funguy, and 4 Cheese are my favorite ode to my vegetarian days, to be sure. Still, the shaved parmesan and lemon zest give the pizzas the Pièce de résistance and umami to tip the scale from delicious to addictive. And not the slap-you-in-the-face addiction. The kind that creeps up on you in the middle of the night that sometimes leaves Oreo crumbs and your favorite mug with milk by your bed but didn't quite satiate you, so you're like, oooh, any of that fermented sourdough pizza left downstairs? On that note, the men are more partial to the classic sausage or pepperoni, but I've also tried wilder combinations or cultivations like with beets or broccoli. I do dare say! At any rate, you just 1. Love, and I mean absolutely have to LOVE, sourdough. Otherwise, don't bother. The nuances of this stellar product should be left to those more admiring and deserving. 2. You must be open and flexiblely also LOVE pizza and all its glory of varying degrees. I imagine this style is more similar to what you find in Italia. So that leaves 3. And I hope you can manage this, as I have yet to... Bring someone you LOVE to share your ohs and ahs with; trust me, it's another place where these satisfying moaning sounds make things [insert sense here] better. Mmmmhmmm. So what are you waiting for? If you want something extraordinary. Foodie. And won't break the bank. 10 to 25 dollars for 1 or 2 good sliced portions (men may need 1.5, but women are usually good with 1). Gourmet. Who knows, you may have found a new favorite corner hole in the wall that is eclectic and not divey. Go, what are you waiting for? And please discerningly so, only tell the people who will love it like us. We want less of those sold-out nights, God forbid. Or maybe we can give them so much business that she (the owner) needs to ramp up 24/7. Wouldn't that be the dream? Nothing is open 24/7 Anymore. My votes go to the library, Psychic Pie, and Walmart. Those mandatorily should be open 24/7.

Unique and absolutely delicious pizza! They serve long-fermented sourdough pizza 'al taglio' (by the slice). The dough reminds me of a thinner focaccia bread: the perfect crisp on the bottom, and a light, airy texture inside. The pies are presented in long rectangles, and cut with kitchen scissors based on the size you want. Then your slices are weighed and you pay by the weight. Note: I said 'slices' as you cannot order just one! Slices can be heated there or they'll give you instructions on how to heat them at home. The Psychic Pie team uses fresh local ingredients and changes the offerings frequently. We recently tried: -potato -mushroom -squash -Margherita (?) or plain -pepperoni LOVED all of them...and the unique flavor enhancements: dill on the potato pie, citrus zest on the mushroom... Yum!!! If you're looking for pizza in Sebastopol, Psychic Pie is where it's at!

I ordered the Scarpariello and it was surprisingly light for a pasta dish, and loaded with flavor. Yellow and red baby tomato sauce with fresh basil, Calabria chili and pecorino. I wanted a glass of red to accompany the dish and was contemplating a Primitivo. When I mentioned this to Julie, she offered an off list Primitivo without the jammy punch. It was nice, she was on to what I was trying to achieve. I ended up with a Sangiovese and my dignity. All around a great experience and I didn't feel like I was mugged after paying the bill. It just feels comfortable. One time on my birthday, my wife picked up the pizza and didn't realize that they gave her the wrong one until she got home. She called and went back to get the right one, and when she got there they had forgotten to remake it, so she had to wait. She was honestly pretty mad at that point after making two trips, which I don't blame her for at all. But they were so apologetic that they ended up giving us the pizza for free, and that honestly made up for everything and turned it into a really nice surprise. She got over it pretty quickly after that. Funny enough, it worked out as two trips for two pizzas, and my birthday is 2/2. Now whenever I eat pizza anywhere else, I end up comparing it to Pizza Leah. Other places have good pizza, but this one just checks every single box for me. It just is the perfect pizza for me.
