It's such a fun place to relax with wine and lots of interesting snacks! Everything we ordered was 5 out of 5. The tinned fish was interesting. It came with a spread and a lemon squeeze really highlighted the flavor of the tinned fish. Yellowfish crudo with kiwi is refreshing. We didn't think of drinking wine and this dish made us ordered a bottle. By the way, they have Happy Hour from 3-6 pm everyday. On Monday, they have bottle special which they charge retail price on the wine with $5 corkage fee. It would save 30% to 40%! I definitely want to come back when I'm in town!

My friend brought me here since we were in Sebastopol. Loved the quality of the food, service was great. We loved that our tea cups were warmed up before we poured our tea. Love the decor and space. Definitely will be back to try other dishes.

This place is basically a wine bar when they aren't serving food. Stopped in for an early dinner at 4 pm but they didn't start serving food until 5 so we had bar food which was quite nice!

Where else can you get a perfect meat snack plate of roast lamb sprinkled with Maldon salt??? The Redwood is delightful. Lois behind the bar is lovely and gives great suggestions. I love that you can see into the kitchen from the bar stool. Crispy Pilsner's on tap if you don't fancy their incredible natural wine selection. Everything that comes out of that kitchen is divine. Whatever you do, get the lamb.

Attention to quality flavored cuisine meets local hangout. If we only would live closer by... We made reservations via Resy, but probably would have been fine walking in tonight. There's a dining room with a wine store section at the front and the other half is a bar with some more tables. It was quiet got a 6 pm Saturday seat but picked up quickly. Service was personable, attentive and loved that they were so accommodating. I couldn't decide on a Primativo red or Pinot Gris white, so I got half pours of each! Now for food. The Yellowtail Crudo was awesome. Fresh, citrusy, coconut milk with a little spice touch. The fried potatoes were da bomb. Watch out cause they're filling. Lastly. Rounding out wax the Black Cod Tajine. Good but I wanted the freshness of crudo instead of the tomato based sauce with olives over accompanying basmati rice. Finishing off the meal was a Chocolate Crémeux that was deliciously rich with brûlée bananas and whipped cream. Had a wonderful little crunch and blended so wonderfully with the bananas and cream in one bite. The table beside was enjoying a flight of wines plus their canned fish with bread. I'm looking to come back another time to eat around the menu. Enjoy!

We have dined here on multiple occasions and have always found the food, service, and atmosphere to be delightful. The food is always created with the freshest ingredients and cooked perfectly. We highly recommend the Braised Lamb Shank, the Petrale Sole, the Fennel Braised Pork Shoulder, the Little Gem Salad and the Smoked Rainbow Trout Dip. Save room for dessert.

Our family of 3 shared the following (we had some leftovers): 1) Chive dumplings - quite different from dumplings found in Chinese restaurants; tasty 2) Thai fried chicken - good 3) Pad kee Mao - amazing! Our favorite dish! 4) Beef stir fry - very good 5) Green curry with chicken - flavorful 6) Ube soft serve - good, though it tasted more like vanilla than ube I also got the tamarind soda, which was refreshing. Our waiter/server Sam was wonderful- he was friendly, attentive, and took very good care of us. The restaurant's indoor/outdoor set up, along with its lily pond (which my young daughter loved!) and greenery was lovely. We really enjoyed our meal here and look forward to returning the next time we're in Sebastopol.

The food portions were SMALL and extremely expensive compared to the East Bay and SF. Their host was either new or unprofessional. Typically I make reservations at dog friendly restaurants there's a check box to inform the staff if there's a dog. There was none. When we arrived the host was understandably surprised but unfortunately did not handle it professionally. Letting us know he needed to ''get creative' with our reservations because we didn't specify we had a dog, then making a big show of add an extra chair to their patio to accommodate all of us to scolding us to 'leave a note next time' was all unprofessional. While I agree I shouldn't have assumed, I don't believe - especially since we were able to be seated within five minutes of our reservation- we should have been spoken to like that. Our waiter was nice. Their indoor/outdoor patio was filled with plants and that was very nice to look at.
