The selection in this place is very good but I will definitely not be coming back. I needed a new pair of cleats and decided I wanted a pair of Copas. Apparently Copas are supposed to stretch out a full size because they're made of kangaroo leather. I am usually an 8 in cleats but the employee told me to get a 7. When I tried on the 7s they were super tight but he told me they'd stretch out. This is not true!!! I spent over $100 on a pair of really tight shoes. My friend on my club team had the exact same problem with the same cleats from the same store and they wouldn't let her return. I guess it's my fault for believing shoes can stretch out a full size. read more

I think this is a fabulous soccer store. The workers here are great and always willing to help and go out of their way to find the product you need. I think those who are upset are just bad and lazy consumers. This is a mom and pop speciality shop. And the reality of it is they do not have a return policy like Nordstroms. And most stores don't. Or they may not have 20 employees. Patience people! If you know what you want and like top of the line apparel this is the place to go. They have ample parking and so much merchandise its amazing. I was shocked that people even mentioned prices. All apparel is always sold at a market price. You can't hike up prices on stuff like Nike or Adidas you can actually get fined for that. But to my surprise they have a hugeeeee sale section. If you shop at the right times you can't find great things for all prices. Got a gift certificate to the store for Christmas and was looking forward to buying some indoor soccer shoes. Unfortunately, after visiting the store four times, I've not found a pair of shoes that fit (size 12) and are the style I want. In person and on the phone, customer service has been marginal. And this week I was told they don't know when they'll get another shipment of shoes that may have size 12s. Now I'm stuck with a gift card to a store I don't want to do business with. The place is run by an obnoxious family, that insists on having their little dog running around as if their yelling at each other isn't enough to convince you of how obnoxious they are. It never ceases to amaze me how a family business can be so rude and uncaring of their customers. This place, save for a great kid named Cesar, has THE worst customer "service" I've ever been subjected to. The owner acts like you are an annoyance and barely grunts at you. I bought cleats on a Saturday, $100, and they were the wrong size. On Monday, went exchange them and they were $120. But the owner made me pay the new price. I have been spending a few hundred dollars here got years in spite if the "service", mainly because we really like Cesar and enjoy talking with him. But the owner has finally lost all my business for that $20 he wouldn't budge on. There are plenty if places to buy soccer gear. Go anywhere but here. Please don't reward them for their attitude. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff very helpful, and extremely friendly. Great selection of products, but they aren't terribly friendly. Ususally, the staff seems as though they have something else to do...other than sell you soccer gear. The owner/manager doesn't seem to care about the costumer. You have to look for your size and when you ask for help they tell you if it's not out there then we don't have it. But when I kept looking I found my size!! and that was for several things, so it didn't happen only once. The return/exchange policy is from other planet, they said you have 30 days but actually once you buy there is NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. The owner is unprofessional cheap manager. I bought a soccer short and a soccer team jersey tshirt, the short didn't feel right so I went back to exchange it, but they didn't have my size so i asked for return. the manager was sniffing and smelling the short trying to find any reason not to return it. Then he refused to return it, He said it looks used how am I going the sell it!!! Are you kidding me, I just bought it yesterday!! He was desperate for the money.. 1-star because of the customer service is lousy. Ordered shoes last week for my son and was told that it would take 3-5 days. Called on the 5th day and was told it would take another 3-5 days. The problem was that they were even sure if 3-5 days would enough. So when they say "special order", all they are doing is buying them on the web. Something you could do for yourself and pay less for shipping. At least Adidas, Nike, etc. will be willing to take the fault on false promises. I don't normally write reviews, but I had a terrible experience ordering from this store. I ordered a soccer jersey and washed it ONCE and the numbers came right off the back. I have many other jerseys and this has never happened. I called to complain and to get my money but that could not happen. He told me that I can return it and get a new one. So I returned the jersey and its been delivered back to the store for 10 days and they are yet to ship my new jersey back to me. I contacted them and they said they would "take care of it". As a Fan, Player, and Coach of Soccer, I am disgusted by the way Tony Taikian does business. I ordered a German Soccer Jersey from him and the product size runs a little small. I asked if I could exchange the item for a larger size and he refused. We discussed this over the phone and e-mails and he maintains that the product is customized because it has a professional players name on it and he can not take it back.
