I've been getting my nails done at this salon for quite some time now. The owner is an absolute gem! The technicians are amazing, super friendly and always make you feel at home. The salon is very clean and complies with Covid restrictions. I recently started getting facials done here and must say my skin feels amazing. Been booking oxygen facials once every 2-3 weeks. It not only helps my skin, but relaxes me as well after a long day at work. I live in Studio City and don't mind the commute to Glendale just to get my nails done. Tried this spot twice recently. The first time I made a appointment, for which I had to wait to be seated for an hour. But it wasn't that big of a deal, and so I didn't make a fuss about it. Everything else went relatively quick and smoothly afterwards. The salon is clean, the employees seemed nice. Hence the one star. But My second time here however, which was today, was definitely frustrating!!! I had a full set and pedicure appointment, i got there about 10 minutes late, n they got started on my pedicure right away. The tech talked me into a $70 "magical pedicure." Lol needless to say, It wasn't anything extraordinary, but I relaxed and got a nice foot rub/massage, which was a plus! But what I didn't get is the Baby soft feet that was so expected! Fast forward to my full set. Which didn't get started until 40 minutes after my appointment time. I showed the tech (Nancy) a beautiful French set, asked her if she can do something similar, she said she can. After she was done, I kid you not I wanted to fucking CRY!!!! It looked like my 3 year old nephew painted my nails! Not even joking! It looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photo I showed her!!! It was ridiculously uneven, thick and just all around BAD! I tried not to say anything, but I caved and asked her to change the color. When she took off the terrible French manicure, I noticed that one of my pinky nails was broken! So basically she painted over the broken nail when she initially did the French, and had I not asked her to change the color I would have ended up going home with a half broken nail. N the worst part was that she almost proceeded to paint over it yet again, until I pointed it out to her and she ended up fixing it! At this point I've been sitting there for like 3 damn hours! My back was hurting, I was agitated and ready to get out of there ASAP! But wait, there's more...I get home, n I go to wash my feet because it was slippery from all the oil and lotion, then I look closely and I notice the polish on one of my toes is wiped off. This is well over an hour after my pedicure was done! I guess Because she either piled on a pound of nail polish on that specific toe or she didn't bother to clean the oil off my nails before she applied the polish! So to sum it up, I ended up paying $135 including tips, and came home n spent an hour unsuccessfully trying to fix the mess! Unacceptable and Ridiculous. I've been coming here for a few months with my whole family. The new owner is a doll. The staff is amazing. I drive almost an hour to come here but I know this salon is always clean, the staff is so courteous, and I leave the salon feeling so pampered and refreshed. This salon has the best masseuse. My family and I always have an amazing experience. The owner is so attentive and again, I can't stress enough the cleanliness and the high level of being COVID compliant that this salon has and follows. I am so happy that I found this salon! They do a great job on your nails but don't bother calling ahead for an appointment. They will still take walk-ins and make you wait. So disappointing. Edit: The business states that calling ahead is not considered an appointment. Funny because when I call ahead at other salons it is considered an appointment. What's the point of calling ahead if you still have to wait upwards of 20 minutes? Not to mention, I said when I'd be there and they took two walk-Ins anyway. read more

Horrible customer service. I went in yesterday to get a set of acrylics and they forgot to do the pedicure I was also scheduled for. So they asked I come back the following day at 9:30 am. I arrived promptly at 9:30 in which they informed me I would have to wait another 45 minutes for a tech to come in....knowing well I had a wedding to be at. Why even schedule me at 9:30 am? Won't be coming back. The lack of concern about someone else's time is inexcusable. read more

I hate giving bad reviews but I must say... the service was poor. I walked in and nobody was waiting so I was seated right away. The lady doing my pedicure was rushing and she cut me while getting rid of my cuticles... the next day which is today, my right big toe is now leaking PUSS. Seriously? This is the first time anything like this has happened. I'm super disappointed. Ladies and men come get their nails done to make themselves feel better but I came out with toes painted outside of the nail (since she was rushing) and it was not cute. Even better, now my right toe is in so much pain with puss leaking. I'm cleaning it myself and hoping it won't get any worse. But anyway, I really expected more from a place with 4 stars. Glad other people didn't get the experience I had. read more
