This place genuinely fixed me. After being stuck and having to sleep overnight in the airport I was in desperate need of a reset. Sun & Moon was able to squeeze me in quickly and my masseuse was phenomenal. The pressure was just enough to soothe my back and the stretching was such a welcome addition. I've been to every massage parlor in eagle rock/glendale and I've got to say Sun & Moon is where I'll go when I need the job done right. I paid 70 for the 1hr Swedish, I was a little concerned the pressure wouldn't be enough but it was! They have a small parking lot that tends to fill up, they are located in a separate strip mall by the eagle rock plaza on the side Macys used to be. read more

Found this place 6 months ago and never turned back. They give great massages. I usually ask for Noi. She's consistently good and will adjust her pressure to your liking. Beware of the stretches though! I found out I'm not as flexible as I was in my youth. ;-). I will continue coming here- great service for great prices. read more

This is a 100+ percent, please do yourself a favor and go. I always have body pain, always stiff and always in need of a massage for muscle stiffness. Not all Thai massage places are worth it, they either pet you during a massage or are too rough you leave messed up. I've been here many times in the past 2 years. I see Noi and Atik. I paid for a 1 hour deep tissue massage with hot stones because I've been experiencing shoulder pain. This was probably the worst massage I've ever had in my life! The lady used her feet 75% of the massage and was actually hurting me the whole time and even laughing about it! She didn't speak English so she didn't understand that I was uncomfortable. She never brought out the hot stones and ended the massage 10 min early. I get that it was in the afternoon but it felt like she was just trying to hurry and get the massage over with no concern for my knots or even working on anything specific. I can not recommend this place enough. I have had Attic/Attik on several occasions. She has been a gem! Typically I come in with pain or just want to relax & she delivers for both. I always get the Swedish massage with her and I have not been disappointed yet. If you need soft hands she is the one to go to, she will go harder on pressure if you like in certain spots. She is super friendly and does the job just right. Jenny & Penny have been great for those hard deep massages you are looking for. Overall the Sun & moon is very clean, ambiance is very enjoyable, and prices are competitive with others around the area. Parking can be challenging at times since its a small strip mall, but you can park at the mall parking behind the place and a short walk over. read more

Worst massages ever! My partner and I went requesting a couples massage and they said yes. When we got there they showed us to two rooms. It's the only time we've requested a couples massage and they couldn't accommodate us in one room - no big deal. We were both in pain and really just needed good massages. Normally, I would never write a bad review about a small business, but I feel the high rating for this massage spa is misleading. We requested deep tissue. Not sure why there's any other option than thai massage because thats all they offer. Both my partner, and I felt the exact same way about our massages. All they wanted to do was walk on us the entire time. We go to many massage spas and they always ask if you want to be walked on, most don't do it at all anyway by default. I kept telling her I didn't want her to walk on me anymore and she wouldn't stop. She then stretched me nonstop in very painful ways. She wanted to repeat the same stretches over and over throughout the "massage". Additionally she kept massaging my bones! It hurt so bad. She even stepped on the back of my knee and almost crushed my knee. My partner had the same experience and left saying "she managed to hit every part of my body except where I needed it." We've been to many massage parlors all around the area and this was by far the worst experience I've had and I've definitely had subpar massages at the local spots before. Again I really hate to diss on nice people but I just felt their high rating was misleading and for people truly in NEED of a good massage to heal aching muscles, the last thing you want is a bad massage.
