My medication is regularly not ready when I'm told it should be ready, and trying to get an update over the phone is almost impossible because the pharmacy frequently does not answer. When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.

Classic Family Spa is truly a hidden gem. It's been serving the community for over 10 years, and it absolutely shows in the quality of service they provide. I came in with extremely tense shoulders, to the point where I felt like I couldn't even stand up straight. My shoulders were rounded forward, and I was dealing with persistent lower back pain as well. I was honestly nervous because a previous massage I had elsewhere actually made my back pain worse. The massage therapist here was incredibly experienced and professional, with over 20 years in the industry. You can immediately tell they know exactly what they're doing. They listened to my concerns, worked on all the right areas, and for the first time in a long time, I actually felt better after a massage instead of worse. My mom came with me and loved her experience just as much. We both left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better physically. We also treated ourselves to the private jacuzzi and sauna after our massages, and it was absolutely worth it. The private room included a jacuzzi, sauna, shower, and restroom, making it a perfect way to continue relaxing after treatment. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and informative from start to finish. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be becoming regular customers and bringing the rest of our family. Highly recommend! read more

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Classic Family Spa, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I booked massages for both of us, followed by a one-hour private jacuzzi and sauna session. The location is convenient, and the front area feels very cozy and atmospheric. I've had bad massage experiences before, so I'm always nervous that the pressure will be either too strong or too weak. This time it was absolutely perfect -- not too strong, not too light, exactly what my body needed. The massage was very professional, and even though we arrived a bit late, they still gave us the full one-hour session without rushing us, which I really appreciated. Afterwards, we spent an hour in the jacuzzi and sauna. Everything was very clean, the temperature was comfortable, and the space felt quiet, private, and relaxing. As a nice bonus, the administrator also gave us a $20 discount for our next visit. We will definitely be coming back to Classic Family Spa and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional, and private experience. read more

One of the best massages I have ever received!! My massage therapist was Danny & Alice ! They are very personable and truly cares about your health! They are not offer the typical "Cookie-Cutter" massage, but understands that each person is unique, requiring specific massage methods and techniques. I was receiving bi-weekly massages for more than two years at one of the "Big Massage" Stores, and became quite displeased with the lack of attention to my specific needs. They will ask you questions and with this information determine a specific massage therapy session to help you achieve total relaxation. They will also develop a specialized therapeutic massage program, should you decide on a maintenance program!. I have decided to see them ! every other week to help with my neck and back problems. I know with them help, I will soon be free from the restricting pain in my body. Thank You,! Danny & Alice , for giving me hope!! read more

I come to Classic Family Spa often for their couples Swedish massage, and let me tell you, it's truly a hidden gem! Every masseuse I've had so far has been outstanding, with the perfect touch. They always make sure to open up the couples room for us, instead of separating us, which is really thoughtful. AVOID THIS PLACE! Been here for a few times and each time I tried to give them another chance for improvement, but nothing changed. The front desk lady is very rude and never tells the truth. Every time I called to make an appointment with a specific lady for full body massage, the front desk lady was saying "she does not know that person, or she has never worked here, or she is no longer working here." 5 minutes after NOT making the appointment, I would get a phone call from her telling me that specific lady is available and what time I would like to make the appointment for?!!!!!!
