Truly as good as it gets! Frances was fantastic! I have been living with a faulty printer that jammed with every page for a while. What a pain that was. I did not know that it could be fixed I did not want to spend the money on a new printer and figured I would have to live with this...until I found Frances. What a great experience this was. Frances is so knowledgeable. She called me back within 5 mins of my call and listened carefully as I explained the print quality issues I was having, as well as all of the things I'd already tried. She explained to me in detail the three possible causes in order of likelihood. Lucky for me, the first one was something I could do myself (replace the transfer belt). She looked up the part # for me and provided a few quotes she found online. She suggested I start there and if that didn't work, it would be on to #2 and #3, which both would require a house visit. I received the part in 2 days and after installing and executing a few print jobs everything is still great. This was all phone advice. She was a very clear communicator and so very nice! I can't recommend this service enough. On time, kept to the original charge estimate (very reasonable), gave me extra information for further, anticipated difficulties, didn't mind my observing how to fix the problem should there be a rerun. Personable. Efficient. Tech. Frances was quick in ascertaining the problem. All of this makes me want to ALWAYS use this service... and to not mind too much when a friend in the throes of divorce came to use the machine only to thoroughly jam it by never removing a single copy from the outlet when I had other things to do. Several reams of paper later she complained that it was jammed. And so it was, deep in the machine where there's little access. I described the problem with my Epson scanner to Frances over the phone. She knew where to look to find out what the problem might be and if the parts I might need were available--and was able to get back to me in about a half hour. She let me know that although it's a well known problem with this particular scanner, the parts needed for repair aren't available. She even referred me to the website where she'd gotten that information. Although that was bad news, her ability to research the problem and find the necessary information, and her willingness to share the results of her research saved me the hassle of having to schlep the scanner into the shop. Our Xerox Printer Broke, I called Xerox, they wannted $377 for the first 30 mins and 70 for every 15 mins after that. Frances was a great help to my company today. We have a Lexmark printer which required a new photoconductor. After installation the printer still displayed the code for photoconductor replacement. No install instructions came with the new photoconductor. Online instructions were not enlightening. Frances informed us that we needed to hold in a button on the printer to perform a reset after installing the new photoconductor. The printer now works.
