5 years ago we used Precision Cabinetry for our modern kitchen, which came out beautifully. And they were so easy to work with. Their price was in our budget, and we got the high end details we wanted, like dovetailed birch interiors. Then, because we had such a great experience the first time, we hired them for our laundry room. They were patient while we hemmed and hawed our way through different finishes, then finally going high gloss white. It looks so good (we think). Hire these guys.

I would give Neal & Ryan 10 stars if I could!! They were a referral from the counter guys I used & could not be happier or more grateful for the opportunity to work with these talented guys. Bought a home & needed to gut the kitchen ASAP & being a single mom, it was overwhelming but they were so easy to communicate with , flexible, creative, enjoyable & awesome to work with overall. Custom gorgeous quality. Just moved into my new home & already have received tons of compliments. Definitely recommend 100 times over !

This is an example of the style I found online. This is not a picture of the actual job. I don't have pictures to upload.

Neal and Ryan did a great job. I wish I had pictures to load up. We don't have the technology required to do that ourselves. I had hoped they had taken some pictures when they left so I could do that. I had mentioned that I would do that if they did but they haven't sent me any so I don't know if they took any. This was a large project for our newly renovated master bedroom. They built floor to ceiling bookshelves in my reading nook. A vanity dresser and a large medicine cabinet and lighting for over the vanity as well as upper cabinets that spanned the distance over the vanity and dresser. All the pieces used Nepal Teak laminate from Wilson Art as the finished exterior. The cabinets and drawers were all flat panel european style with wooden finger pulls. The stain for the finger pulls was custom matched to the laminate. I have attached an example of the style I found online. The color differs greatly of course which is why I wish I had actual pictures to upload. One thing I didn't want in my drawers or cabinets was the "soft close" technology. I hate that. I want my cabinets and drawers to do my bidding and just close. They were able to find hardware that would do that. They are busy so it took them a bit to get around to it but not too long. It took them about 3 days to do the install. They brought saws onsite for final fittings and they cleaned up after themselves each day. The finished project looks lovely. Just what we wanted. Simple, easy to clean, but elegant. We understood that they don't usually do lighting and medicine cabinets but we wanted everything to match and the cabinet and lighting were vey elegant and went perfectly with the rest of the project. We would be happy to hire them again.

We engaged Neal and Ryan in October 2021 for our kitchen remodel project.  Neal and Ryan were prompt and professional in their communication from the quoting process to the end. Ryan and Neal patiently provided some pointers and advice that were super helpful in the entire process. When there were project delays (supply chain issues), they kept us updated on ETA so we can coordinate with other tradesmen efficiently. We sent Neal and Ryan some pictures cabinet style and color and their final finished cabinets turned out better than our inspiration pictures. We have Saltillo tile which is naturally uneven and they took time to ensure everything is level. Our appliances fit perfectly into the cabinet openings. We highly recommend Precision Cabinetry for anyone who is looking for custom cabinets for their home.

I needed home office/library built ins as I do a lot of work from home. Contacted them via yelp and received a response within 24 hours. They asked for pictures of my ideas and sent me pictures of their work. We scheduled an in home estimate for measurement. They offered ideas and helped me design exactly what I needed. After 3 quotes from other vendors, I liked their ideas, attention to detail and reasonable price. Within 2 weeks, they were back in our home for install. They were respectful, and made sure the design fit our crown molding and baseboards. We were more than happy with the quality and results.

I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.

Of the many options they had the best ideas and the qualified workmen. Mike Garst considered the project from every angle, brought in members of his team on 3 occasions to suggest approaches. When they opened the dry wall we found the supports were rotted & had to be replaced. They built a roof support, replaced damaged wood, added cement inside the walls higher than outside level to prevent leaks, then filled a beautiful solid cement floor and repaired the drywall. Better than good as new, this room boasts a superior foundation that gives me confidence. Every member of Mike's team is punctual, profesional, knowledgeable and courteous. When work was done, Mike came and, on his own account, adjusted the sticky sliding door so it moves smoothly. Mike's boss, Brian, also came several times to look over the project.
