We used KBB in 2018 to remodel our Master bathroom and decided to use them again. Just like in 2018, they showed up to work every day (including Saturdays) and worked late into the evening (one time staying till 9:00 pm to complete a portion of the project). David was our project Manager, he kept us informed daily on how the work was progressing and always listened to our desires and ideas. Efay (sic) did the tile work and was able to lay 4 ft X 4 ft Italian porcelain tiles with amazing precision. You can see how perfect each huge tile was laid. Miguel did the cabinet and dry wall work - excellent work! The entire team was easy to work with. The tile and cabinets look fantastic. All I can say is there is no one else I would take a chance with for model upgrades or repairs. This is my 2nd 5-star rating for them.

During our first visit, Nicole was prepared with information, samples, suggestions, and questions to guide us into making decisions about our project. Once the job began, the installers who came to our home were always on time, courteous, informative, and skilled. We experienced an unexpected delay in our project when one of the manufactured parts had flaws, but the team kept us informed when a new part was reordered and worked with us to complete the job as quickly as possible. They are a nice family business, and they have seamless coordination between the designer, cabinet installer, and stone installer. You won't run into a situation where gaps are left between subcontractors. 2. There were no hidden fees or unreasonable change orders. The final price was exactly what was initially quoted. 3. We chose Dekton for the countertop, which is fabulous but also known to be harder to fabricate and install. Our countertop was so masterfully completed; the grain patterns all matched up and fit together perfectly. 4. Marlene, the cabinet designer, has vast knowledge of products on the market, which gives her the capability to create ideas for non-standard options. 5. Carlos and the cabinet installers, were so multi talented, they did custom carpentry work per customer's wish, and also electrical connections and drywall finish, all with good quality. 6. Celia, the schedule controller had clear communication for the timeline, no over promise, all realistic, no back and forth changes, which makes it easy for the customers to plan their schedule around the construction. Two years ago, we hired them for a remodel to remove a small wall between our kitchen and dining room. Before starting, my wife and I specifically asked whether the wall was load-bearing and if any support would be needed. They said they'd check the attic and came back down, assuring us everything was fine, leading us to believe that any necessary structural support, like a beam, would be included as part of the project. Now, two years later, the ceiling has started cracking in the exact area where the wall was removed. I contacted the company, and they came out to inspect the issue. This time, they claimed that a support beam was needed, which contradicted their original assessment. Initially, they agreed to fix the issue, and I even took time off work to be home for the scheduled repair. I followed up several times leading up to the appointment, and they confirmed each time they would be there. However, at the last minute, they texted to inform me that they had changed their decision and would no longer be completing the job, leaving me with wasted time and an unresolved structural issue. Additionally, communication with their project coordinator, Crystal, became increasingly difficult. She was responsive at first, but once complications arose, I struggled to get timely responses. Calls, voicemails, and texts went unanswered, which added to an already stressful situation. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the company did not take responsibility for their error. They agreed to fix the issue but ultimately walked away from the commitment, leaving us with an unresolved problem. Bottom line: The company made a significant mistake, did not follow through on their commitment to fix it, and left us in a difficult position. I'd advise others to be cautious and ensure everything is clearly outlined in writing before proceeding with this company.
