We spoke to multiple contractors about our bathroom remodel (bathtub to walk-in shower conversion) and we are glad that we chose Alpha Kitchen and Bath. Since this was our very first remodeling project, we had many newbie questions ranging from the process, timeline, cost, how to select materials etc. Livan, our project manager, patiently answered all our questions. Once we finalized our plans, he was able to schedule us within a couple of weeks. Both Vivian and Livan (owner and project manager) showed up along with the installer on the day of the installation. They patiently worked with us on the design aspects - tile arrangement, placement of shower niche etc. After that, the installers quickly got to work and did an outstanding job on the demolition of old bathroom, building the walk-in shower etc. They finished the job on time within the approved budget. Livan was available throughout the process to answer any follow-up questions. We also asked them to handle additional tasks - replace bathroom vent fans in 2 bathrooms and install a new fan and ducting in a 3rd bathroom. They readily agreed and got all of it done for a reasonable price. One of the fans turned out to have poor performance. So, I ordered a replacement fan. They came in to install the replacement for free! It was clearly an equipment issue and they could have asked for more money for doing the replacement, but they didn't. They clearly care about their customers. Overall, Alpha Kitchen and Bath had very competitive pricing, did high quality work on time, and they were a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. With the pandemic we were concerned about safety but everyone was very conscious and respectful wearing their mask at all times. Jack was our main contractor and we also had one gentleman who built and installed the vanities and countertops. Jack was very detail oriented and focused taking on both bathrooms alone and finishing each within 10 days is amazing to me. He also retextured our walls which I love! Vivian was great she pointed us to the right places for our supplies and gave us great advice on design choices. Remodeling bathrooms is stressful especially temporarily going from two to one with four people in the house. Be prepared to project manage the entire project from materials to overseeing design pieces to ensure it is what you want. With these investments it is ok to make sure you get exactly what you want. This review is way overdue. I found this company at Get 1 free coupon Magazine, after going to Home Depot and another company that wasn't interested in "little jobs". I requested in home estimates at 3 other remodel companies that advertised in the same magazine. From the beginning, the customer service was impeccable and it was the main reason to choose them. Vivian and Livan did a free 3D in-home estimate and answered all my questions and provided advice. I communicated with Livan most of the time and he was always polite and ready to answer my questions. They even accommodated a last minute change in the final design without any issues. This is my first remodel project and I was apprehensive after hearing all the awful stories about the project taking weeks or months to finish and all the problems that could arise etc. They explained the whole process to me, they told me it was going to take 3 days. Everything was right on schedule, no surprises, the crew (sorry didn't get their names) finished in 2 days and a half and cleaned up after they were done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. In regard to prices there is not comparison with other companies. You really get the discounts advertised in the magazine ad. I went to the showroom twice and the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. The kitchen faucet got loose last week, I sent a text to Livan and it was fixed the same night. We have been looking to remodel our bathrooms over the last several years. Our main objective was turning our master bathroom from a very old tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower. She took measurements and we talked about the scope of work (full kitchen remodel and new floors). In a few days she got back to me with a quote and they were by far the most competitive. We just got our bathroom remodeled by them. They were all polite and respectful, so the experience we had with them was just awesome. Their quote is very reasonable, always a phone call or an email away, and they are quick. Their builders are very hard workers. We were quoted about 10 days to 2 weeks to the completion from the start of demolition, and it was delivered as promised, or even earlier. We have spotted some issues afterwards, but they were quick to send a builder back to fix them. There are some communication difficulties with the builders as they aren't good English speakers. I just called the office and they would communicate directly with the builders to sort things out. I experienced that currently the contractors are in high demand during this COVID so it's hard to find a reliable one, or even just get one. But I have total confidence in Alpha, and looking forward to our next project, kitchen, next year. read more

We didn't initially believe them when they said the whole process would take 2 weeks, but true to their word, we had a fully functioning kitchen 2 weeks after they demo'd. Alpha Kitchen and Bath did our kitchen remodel in October 2019 and we are so happy with their work. This is a small family business of really nice hard-working people. They finished a complete kitchen remodel exactly on schedule, only in 3 weeks, and exactly on budget. We didn't have to pay an extra penny. We found Alpha totally by chance, we live nearby and noticed their storefront. We loved being able to see and touch all of the materials even before getting the quote. Not only did it help with getting accurate estimate, it also ensured that remodel stayed on track as we didn't need to make any other changes since we knew exactly what we were getting prior to signing the contract. We got three quotes and Alpha's bid was lowest by far! We had a limited budget but were still able to chose decent quality materials. With other contractors we'd have to pay thousands more for worse quality cabinets and countertops. They gave us a 3-D digital printout of what the kitchen would look like, and we could explore a couple of different layout options. They came in to measure twice: once before the quote, and another time before ordering materials and starting work, to be extra sure.
