I Never have noise on my stairs before your installation, you can check with your installer. Good luck with your cheating business. Don't try to fool people, i agreed to be charged extra $3500 for self leveling for 800 sqft with extra nail for my bedroom upstairs that's been known for popping noise (never have problem with stairs!). Not even 1000 nails? Who would nail a thousand? I can't believe an owner of a business twisting story. Where is your conscience? I hope people dont fall into situation like me. read more

Jennifer and her team did a wonderful job on my kitchen! She gave me an amazing deal, helpful suggestions, and the kitchen came out beautifully. For any concerns, Jennifer was very responsive. If I were to do it again, the only changes I would make are: Be home for the last few days of the project, ask for an extra day at the end of the check for inspection and adjustments (leveling of upper cupboards and repositioning of cupboard doors) and to check scuffs/dings to be fixed before your final payment. This inspection/adjustments day is important and will give you peace of mind, rather than having someone come back to your house to fix things afterward. Second, the sink is beautiful but buy your own stainless steel sink as it tarnishes quickly. Third, we got a white kitchen but we should've went with Jennifer's suggestion to do wood. It hides tiny imperfections that are more easy to see on white. I would have different company do the countertops as the quartz seams should be better. Small details but good to know if you are a detail oriented person. The workers and plumber do not speak english, but they are nice, and we were able to communicate. I have waited a few months to write this review, to really get a feel for the quality and feel of the kitchen. It's beautiful, we have a ton more space for our things and we're very satisfied. Thank you so much, Jennifer!! Btw, if you want gold plumbing hardware, Kraus on amazon has the most matching parts (this after buying many many things from lowes, home depot, Amazon). I would have them ready and at your house before the project starts. Ask Jennifer for a list of things to buy for the plumber. He may not need all of them and expect to return some things. Note intended to provide this review in January 2024, but I posted to the wrong vendor. The work was completed in January 2024: I had a situation where there was a lot of mold in my kitchen because my inattentive tenants did not report a leak as such my Kitchen had to be demolished. I originally referred to a different place by my Property Manager and the idea to rebuild my kitchen was pretty standard and did not really take into account any of my preference. Luckily I reached out to San Diego Kitchen & Bath (SDKB) and I am so glad I did. Jennifer Bao provided me with a excellent assessment and she listen to my particular preference and she also suggested other design ideas that would add more values aesthetics for my kitchen rebuild. The best part of it was that her quote below the quote from original place I was referred to. And mind you the quote from the first place was pretty competitive and fair but given how SDKB's quote was below and they also catered to my preference I went with SDKB. With the "cost savings" (vs. the original place that assessed my kitchen) I was able to also invest in a remodel of my bathroom sink/vanities and upgrade to my kitchen lighting. Obviously I was impressed with the Turnaround time her team did to complete both the kitchen build as well as the bathroom vanities (completed in just 6 business days!), but I think what impressed me the best is SDKB's team willingness to go above and beyond and their integrity. In addition to the Kitchen build, I ask if they can modernize my plumbing valves and fix random issues with my dry wall (which were damages caused by my tenant). This was not part of the original Statement of Work so I had expected an additional fee, but Jennifer said her team will do the additional ask as long as I provided the material w/o requiring additional cost for the labor. Not only was I able to save $ from this gesture from SDKB, I was able save a lot time trying to identify another contractor to do this additional work. In terms of integrity, I just want to note how honest SDKB is. I misread our agreement and thought that the lightning was not part of the State of Work and thus thought that I did not pay for it so I asked if we can amend the contract to include the lighting work and then I'll pay for it, but Jennifer reminded me that I it was part of the contract and there was no need for me to pay to pay for any additional cost. My husband & I had been wanting to renovate our condo for quite sometime. It was built in 1994 and was all OG except for the primary bathroom that was fully upgraded prior to buying in 2008. It was overwhelming for me as I knew what I wanted and had thousands of pictures saved and pinterest files created, but kept putting it off because it was a huge undertaking. After many discussions with our family, friends & neighbors, SDKB Corp came into our life I called Project Manger, Jennifer, on a Thursday who answered the phone on the first ring, so kind and professional. I explained the job we wanted done and without any hesitation, she said "I am due to have my baby tomorrow, but I will have my husband come to your home on Saturday to take measurements". I took a chance on a company that was not previously reviewed on Yelp. Jennifer from SDKB was really great. Very responsive. The prices were very fair. This job was for a rental condo, so my biggest worry was starting the job on time and finishing it on time. I've heard a lot of horror stories of contractors "taking their sweet ol' time". Communication with Jennifer was top notch. They started the job one day earlier than promised and finished the job completely within the estimated timeframe. Cabinets and Countertops were completed in 2 days with good workmanship. Tile backsplash was completed in 2 days with fair workmanship (I'm just being honest Jennifer). Anyway, I can't complain because if she hadn't stepped up, my tile job would still be incomplete as my normal tile guy was very busy. We had a couple of minor issues, and we worked them out. All in all, really happy with everything.
