A special thank-you to Marlene, the Operations Manager, who did an outstanding job keeping everything coordinated and moving forward. She was responsive, professional, and made the entire process much easier for us. Mario, our cabinet fabricator, did beautiful work. The craftsmanship, fit, and finish of the cabinets exceeded our expectations. Mel handled the tile work and our new fireplace. He was equally impressive--the installation was precise, clean, and beautifully finished. We also want to recognize EV Granite, who installed our countertops. Their work was exceptional, and the finished countertops came out absolutely beautiful. Kitchen remodels can be stressful, but this team made the experience a very positive one. We're extremely happy with the finished kitchen and truly appreciate the care and craftsmanship everyone brought to the project. We would absolutely recommend San Diego Cabinet & Stone and their team.

After a kitchen leak led to a complete downstairs remodel, Wholesale Cabinets helped turn an…read moreincredibly stressful situation into my dream home. They provided the cabinetry for our kitchen, laundry room, custom entertainment center, and the built-ins and floating shelves beside our fireplace--and everything turned out beautifully. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Liad, Lily, and Ruby made me feel genuinely welcomed. The showroom was beautiful, and Liad patiently walked me through all of the cabinet options. He really knew his stuff and had excellent ideas for improving the kitchen layout. Before I left, he gave me an incredibly reasonable quote that made the decision easy. I have also been extremely impressed by the quality of the cabinets. They feel sturdy and well made, the finish is beautiful, and they offer excellent quality for the price. Although these are RTA cabinets, you would never know it from the finished result. Liad worked closely with his recommended installer, Arturo, to make everything look and feel completely custom. They crafted a beautiful range hood, customized a broom closet to fit our needs, and the included cabinet accessories that were such a nice (and useful!) added touch. The team quickly created 3D renderings and remained patient and responsive through the many changes I made along the way. Our entertainment center was a custom design, and it turned out even better than I imagined. When I was finally ready to place the order, Liad worked his magic to get everything delivered quickly and keep the project moving. Arturo was also wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and requests--and there were many! His team's craftsmanship and attention to detail made such a difference in the final result. More than anything, I truly felt as though everyone treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the quality, service, and finished spaces. I have recommended Wholesale Cabinets to everyone I've spoken to, and I will absolutely be back when it is time to remodel our upstairs!

Our kitchen remodel journey started over a year ago, and choosing Wholesale Cabinets ended up being…read moreone of the best decisions we made along the way. From the very beginning, the design process was smooth and inspiring. The 3-D renderings and final results turned out shockingly close to what we had envisioned--such a great feeling to see our ideas come to life so accurately. During the measurement stage, the Wholesale Cabinets team came out in person, carefully calculated dimensions, and even accommodated my request to include cabinetry beyond the kitchen. In total, we ended up with kitchen cabinets, fireplace cabinetry for two desk,a pantry cabinets, laundry room cabinets, and linen storage. Their willingness to adapt to our scope really stood out. Fitment We chose assembly (but not installation), and the cabinets arrived and was assembled on-site- ready for my GC to install. Overall, I'd say fitment was about 95%, which is excellent. A few minor adjustments were needed, especially around appliance areas like the microwave, cooktop, and built-in oven--but nothing overly complex or unexpected. Everywhere else, the cabinets fit beautifully with little to no modification, which made the process much smoother. Quality The blue finish is stunning, and the cabinets look and feel high-quality. With the hardware, the look really pops. Each piece felt durable in hand--not flimsy or brittle at all. Even after handling them a bit roughly during installation, they showed little to no scratching. That gave me confidence that these cabinets will hold up well over time. Customer Support I ended up needing customer support more often than expected, but every interaction was positive. Responses always came quickly--usually within the same day--and each issue was met with a solution that went above and beyond what I expected. At times, I even received text updates, which I truly appreciated. Yes, a couple of delivery dates had to be shifted, but honestly, for a three-month project, waiting a few extra days wasn't a dealbreaker. In fact, the consistent communication helped make those delays much easier to accept. Overall My project isn't completely finished yet, but I can already say I'm thrilled with the results. The cabinets look amazing, the quality is solid, and the customer service has been dependable and supportive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wholesale Cabinets to anyone starting their remodel journey.

I cannot stress enough how much of a mistake it was to choose San Diego Custom Cabinets for our kitchen cabinets on an Encinitas project. The workmanship is absolutely appalling (bad). The cabinets started showing signs of wear and tear within just a year. Some panels (dishwasher) corroded and started peeling. The gaps between panels were uneven and unsightly at time of build but especially over time became worse, and to top it all off, the cabinets have actually changed color over time, going from a dark brown (walnut) to a tiger orange. It's obvious all materials were of the cheapest and lowest quality, but beyond that the company's response to these issues was to push back and simply state the warranty period had expired. I should add, it was not only the faces of the cabinets that failed miserably, but the boxes were poorly constructed, including cheap/failing hardware (like the trash pull out which constantly fails (hardware becomes loose and needs to be manually tightened monthly). At this point, we've had no choice but to demolish the entire cabinetry system. We have incurred massive costs (since prices have dramatically changed) and our clients are displaced during this demo period. I'm beyond disappointed with this purchase and this company and would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. As a company and brand, we will not be working with SD Custom Cabinets in the future. We will not be endorsing them. And if actual or prospective clients ask for our vote of confidence or recommendation, we will point them to this review.

I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

The job took a bit of time to complete because the installer only works half days, but I easily overlooked that because I cared more that the job was done right. After completion I realized the cabinet face frames were not covered in any laminate material. They were left bare leaving the wood exposed and prone to damage. When I finally got in contact with Lynn (first I messaged Tom and I believe Glen(?) with no response) she stated that face frames are considered a part of the interior cabinet which is not included in their refacing process and that the refacing only includes exterior surfaces. My question is, If this was not included in the process, then why remove the old face frame material, only to leave the wood bare. If refacing the frame was not included, then don't remove what is currently there, especially if the cabinets are being refaced the same color. Furthermore, the old face frames on those particular cabinets were still in good condition. This makes no sense to me and I simply cannot recommend this company with such lack of morality and care.
