The cabinets, which arrive on pallets in flat boxes that you or your cabinet installer assemble (and install) yourself, are very solid and quite nice, with soft-close hinges. They turned our nicer than the cabinets in our own house, so now of course my wife wants to redo our kitchen, too. We are very pleased with the cabinets, and our new tenants love them too. The assembly and installation of the cabinets is pretty tricky, so you'll want someone who is skilled and has done it before. Installing kitchen cabinets is not really for the average do-it-yourselfer, as experienced cabinet installers have several tricks to make everything fit and line up perfectly, including liberal use of shims in many locations that are not visible once the cabinets are installed. We chose Dekton for the countertop, which is fabulous but also known to be harder to fabricate and install. Our countertop was so masterfully completed; the grain patterns all matched up and fit together perfectly. 4. Marlene, the cabinet designer, has vast knowledge of products on the market, which gives her the capability to create ideas for non-standard options. 5.
