I always love Prada products. Great quality. Although this store doesn't have a lot of selections, but everything is sold at discounted price. I got a wallet and a handbag all together is only $1600 (including taxes). It's worth to mention they have excellent service. Shocked. I was completely ignored. Have we learned nothing from Pretty Woman? Aside from a ridiculous plot, the scene where she is snubbed by sales people is what I experienced today. I picked up a pair of pants, a shirt, and a dress. I could have easily been talked into a pair of shoes and probably a bag. Four sales people walked by without saying a word, much less looked at me. At one point, a salesman was next to me at the same rack. He did not acknowledge me at all, and I was looking right at him. I stood there for a minute then wandered around the store a bit, still with the items in my arms, looking around for a sales person. I walked toward a thin sales girl and she completely ignored me. I put the items down and left the store. This store was a disappointment. Today, they lost a sale. And a prospective loyal customer. I spent my money at Saks and Neimans and Barneys. A message to the sales people at this store: "Big mistake. Big. HUGE." read more

The customer service is good. The lady associate who assisted me was very helpful and accommodating. Which, made me bought a leather bag. But, when I arrived at my hotel, which is an hour drive, and checked my prada bag for an authenticity card ... I was shocked NOT to find any! So, I got the receipt and called their number to complain. Since, my hotel is far from Livermore and I was just on vacation in California, I requested to have the authenticity card mailed to my home address. It's their fault anyway and it's their responsibility as a premium brand to ensure that all they sell have authenticity cards. But to my dismay, I was told that they can't mail my authenticity card coz they need to see my receipt! I told them why not check it in the system with my receipt number?! Still, they insisted that I drop by in their store and drive an hour from my hotel again! I was so frustrated, and can't do anything but drive back to get the authenticity card. For me, there's no sense having an authentic prada bag without it. When I arrived to the store, they just calmly told me that maybe one of their customers who checked the bag I bought have mistakenly misplaced the authenticity card. And when checked their stocks, the bag I bought was a last piece and can't give me an authenticity card. So, I said, I cant take a bag without an authenticity card. So, they offered that I just choose another bag with the same price to replace it. It's a good thing I found one that I like. If not, I would have settled to something that I dont like as much just because I can't have a refund. So, when you shop in Prada Livermore outlet, MAKE SURE to check the authenticity card is in your bag before leaving the store! They won't check it for you! read more

Excellent customer service by Shaba... Took the time to help me finding the bag that I was looking for and did outstanding follow up and notified me when the bag arrive. I went over there to buy a purse and the staff are very accomodating! Good customer service for me. The purse that i bought it was the last stock since I'm just vacationing over there and since that day was my flight day too i wasnt able to check the purse. When i'm home and I'm ready to use it i noticed theres a scuff on it its just a small though but still I'm not happy bout it coz its both side. All my Prada, Gucci and LV even it more than 3 years you cannot see any scuff. I retuned the purse and shipped it after few days. The Manager refunded me as well as the shipping. The customer service in this store sucks! I had to get my bag serviced because of its stitching. Lady said its going to take 6-12 weeks for repair. Came in a few weeks after just to ask for an update and just because I was in the area too. Haven't finished talking, dismissed me right away and said its going to be about 12 weeks, we'll call you. I didnt make anything out of that at first, I was thinking maybe they're just busy, whatever. They called me after 6 weeks and I missed the call. I called them back and spoke to the same lady who was semi rude to me the last time. She doesnt have any idea why their number called me and again, insisted the 12 weeks time of repair and said they would call me. I was trying to explain that they called me just now so maybe there's an update atleast and from there she changed the tone of her voice to disrespectfully dismissive; insisting on that 12 weeks timeframe and callback. I had to call her out this time that I wasn't asking her a favor, that I am a customer who is entitled to proper customer service and that she was being disrespectful. I would never buy from this store again, and if Prada proves that this is their kind of customer service, then I dont mind letting go of Prada as one of my favorite brands. I am someone who rarely makes a review, but because of this unpleasant encounter, I had the energy to make this long review for everyone's reference. read more

My husband and I had an excellent experience shopping in this store. Unfortunately I didn't catch anyone's names. There was a super nice gal in the shoe department. She announced that a style was a very good price and she had many sizes in stock. I ended buying the pair she mentioned and another pair. The prices were much better than department stores in the area. Another male employee helped my husband and I find a good deal on a purse and wallet. The purse was a piece that recently arrived in the store and the wallet was a perfect match and fit. The employees couldn't have been more helpful and the store was really busy. You expect a Prada bag to be made in Italy so when you are buying at what you think is a legitimate Prada store you don't think to ask. I brought my Prada bag home (the cost was still over $1,000) and noticed the inside tag says "made in India". I called the store and they informed me of their no return policy and said I should have asked. They said if the customer asks they will tell them but otherwise it is not brought up. There should be a disclaimer sign telling people these are NOT Prada bags made in Italy. VERY disappointed. read more

I frequent the outlets a few times per month as I commute to the Bay. I have made numerous contacts at many of the top designer stores however, Varinder from Prada has been the only one to follow up with me in regards to a specific product. I have been in the store 4 total times as of writing this review. The first time to look...2nd to actually buy but like my first time in I was not offered any help by any of the floor staff. In fact, I even listen to them talk amongst each other about the days sales performance...3rd I was determined to find out what size I wear in Prada so I could order from an online dealer but that's when I met Varinder. He was very upbeat and professional offering me assistance even when he was helping another couple showing he could multitask. Anyhow the experience resulted in him taking my info and explaining he would follow up with me once the product I wanted was available in my size. 48 hours later I received a call and it was Varinder following up as he said with my product on hand ready for my purchase. 4th times a charm as I purchased within about 2 hours of his call. I am really mixed about this one. I wanted to give a single star for this store but the sweet Asian lady at the cashier counter deserves more than a star. I took my brother and sister in law to this store as they were looking to replace one of those little black organizer pouches. The pouches are all on display at the cashier counter. It was a quiet weekday afternoon, and we were one of the only two customers in the store. My brother found the right size one on display but in the wrong color. So he approached the African American sales personnel (male) to see if the store has the one he found in black color. That guy looked at my brother and coldly told him everything that they had is on display, and strutted away in his employee-discounted shoes to chat with the other 5 or 6 sales persons that were standing around. Then the sweet Asian sales lady who witnessed my brother's encounter as she was just standing behind the cashier counter too came to the rescue. She offered to go to the back to check if the store had what my brother wanted; very quickly she returned with the item. I hate to stereotype here, the African American sales person probably hated the Asian lady sales person for making him look bad, but he lied and he totally is one of those "I work in a high end retail and therefore I am higher end than thou" bit**es. He should be fired. Kudos to the lady for going the extra mile. She is five star all the way. read more

I bought a pair of black leather pumps for $125 after taxes !! Retail was $650! I almost couldn't believe I was reading the tag right! I can't remember the associate's name but she was a very friendly, petite lady. I do agree that they are not initially very friendly, but they probably see thousands of people trying to by Prada for Micheal Kors prices..sorry not going to happen. Expect to pay a lot, but not as much as retail. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely pop in next time I'm at the outlets to see if I can score another great deal. read more

I don't go to this store as as much anymore because I moved jobs but I owe this review to the two awesome SA's of this store. I wish I knew their names, I know I'm horrible, especially because at this Prada store, it's like I'm walking into a mom and pop corner store whenever I come here when those two are working. For some reason, they remember who I am and they drop everything, just to assist me. I feel like a VIP, even if I've only purchased about 3 bags, a wallet and a pair of shoes in the course of 2-3 years. Either way, I guess I drop by too frequently to check out the merch. I dont buy every single time I go. But I digress, I think one guy's name is Michael the other one, not really sure. All I know one is African American and the other is Filipino. On this day, 12/29/2017, I would give this Prada Outlet, Livermore, Ca. a negative star if it allows me. I tried to exchange an item that I bought 2 days ago & I got a stern "No" from I believe her name is REGGI (don't know how it spelled), I'm sure she is Filipina & I am Filipina. How sad is that? She told me that I purchased a discounted item. I was shocked because are not all their items discounted, thus, they are just an Outlet. She pursued to tell me that there was an additional discount on it. I did not know that, no one told me and they can't prove where the additional discount was reflected. At this point I was really disturbed & disappointed because I really do not like this handbag anymore, since we have to come back to the store for them to remove the security tag that they obviously forgot to take off. I just wanted a store credit or exchange it for a more pricey item. Anyway, she went to the back of the store, had my receipt with her and took a while before she came back with her Manager. I don't know what she told him but he told me the same thing, that I can't return it because it was final sale. I just wanted to know how do you know that an item is a final sale & he told me that I picked it up from a corner with that promo & that I was told by the cashier. First of all the item was brought to me by a Sales Associate while I was in the counter paying for my items, and while I said that is cute and tried it on, my husband impulsively said I'll buy that too. No one told us it's final sale. I did not even know how much I saved. Anyway, I challenged them to look at their surveillance camera to dispute everything they told me happened. In the end, the Manager who felt hostility from me probably tried to give me their customer service number, in which I asked him , what can they do for me. His reply was, they will be the one to determine if I would be issued a refund after investigation. In which my answer was, you guys give refunds? I did not know that. At this point, the Manager looked surprised and asked me, did you just want a store credit? I'm like omg, that's what I told her (Reggi) and she said "No". I'm aware that they do not give refunds, duh! I used to like that store because of the friendliness/knowledge of the other employees. Unfortunately I may have to use my credit at a different location. While I appreciated that the Manager did right by me, I could not excuse the behavior and accusatory action of the cashier. She even told me, where is the tag? She said, it was ripped. I told her, tell me who ripped the tag? Definitely not me. All my purchases did not have tags which was odd (is this a common practice?). read more
