(The one "bad" time, the rep just wasn't AS helpful as I know they can be, but maybe he was having a day.) The line can be long, but that's based on time of day and how much help someone needs. Since I'm not a tech guy, and I truly need their help when things are out of the ordinary, I can't blame them if others need help, too. But while waiting in line, I also hear bits of the other interactions, and it seems to me that most people have a great experience as well.

It's rare to get this level of genuine, hands-on customer service these days. Thank you, Jacob, for going above and beyond it really made my day!

All she was doing was smiling with teeth and a slight giggle or two. She's 10 and had never done this sort of photo session. He then told her no teeth allowed and when she accidentally smiled with teeth again he gave us the same "Come back in 10 minutes!!" pointing us to leave. Unbelievable! The picture ended up being taken, is a terrible photo of her looking upset and confused and cost way more than other places that provide the same service with humane customer service! The employee had to install the lock while I stood there waiting. I was then given only the mailbox keys and no key for the front door, which limited my ability to access a mailbox I was paying for. On several occasions, I've also gone in simply to pick up a package and somehow received pushback over something that should be completely routine. Every visit feels like walking into the Twilight Zone. I ask a basic question or need a basic service and am met with deer-in-the-headlights confusion. Getting anything accomplished in person at this location feels nearly impossible. Who owns or manages this location? There appears to be a serious lack of organization, training, and basic customer service. For a business people rely on to securely receive their mail and packages, this is not acceptable. For these reasons, I will not be renewing my mailbox at this location, and I will not be doing business here again. When customers are paying for a private mailbox and basic services, they should not have to repeatedly deal with disorganization, unnecessary pushback, and difficulty accessing services they've already paid for. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. Please get it together.

I wouldn't have left a review but upon emailing and calling to have that charge sorted out, I was not able to reach a manager nor did I have a manager reach back out to me. I had to call my banks fraud department and file a claim. To further back my 1 star review, they gathered my information incorrectly when I gave them my ID to set up the account, they invoiced me for a month that I had paid last year, they didn't follow through with documenting the calls and visit regarding termination of my account. Last but not least they put Ms. instead of Mr. in addressing me after I asked to correct my information... Look I get that maybe by mistake... but I'm from the 90's and honestly it feels like I've been trolled this whole time. Regarding the security deposit process they will send a check to the provided mailing address on hand, within "approximately" 21 days of the account closure. Sucks because I don't live there anymore but I also don't trust IO with any information at this point. All in all, from my experience with Intelligent Office IO Looks great on the surface, but the services are over priced in my opinion. $102 a month for a small mailbox just big enough to fit legal sized documents. Combined that with mistakes made by the staff. I would say that the staff and operating procedures they use regarding data entry and billing are inefficient and unprofessional. I wouldn't say these falls under the legal definition of predatory business practice, but somewhere along the line they definitely violate the part of California 2025 Automatic renewal law that requires businesses to make cancellations just as easy as signing up. That means if you signed up online, you should be able to cancel online, too. If you signed up in person, you should be able to cancel in person too and companies must process your request promptly. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billCompareClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180SB313 I don't have time to get into researching the exact violations but I'm sure that in my experience there was a violation of the California Automatic Renewal Law / California SB 313 or unlawful negative option billing. These prohibited practices involve lack of affirmative consent and difficult cancellation methods for subscriptions as mentioned above in my review. Like I said I wouldn't have even left a review if they just called or emailed me back... 1 out of 5 stars, mainly for unprofessionalism and mistakes made by staff that shouldn't have been made, and for charging me after my termination date which I kind of expected considering the experience leading up to... I just expected a call back or solution, and that's not an unreasonable expectation from a business at all.

The space is great, and there are different types of offices depending on what you are looking for. What I liked about it is the flexibility. There are some longer term tenants too, as it's a nice place to go to work every morning. We had an excellent experience, highly recommended!

She said the strip cost $2.00 but I had to use THEIR POSTERBOARD, not my finished product, so they know your job will be compatible with the lamination machine. Well supervisor told me the posterboard cost $12.00 so she quoted my little 1 inch strip by 17 inches long, to cost $14 plus tax!
