USE CAUTION -- READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY…read more I used Regus a few times during a long-term power outage at home. In that situation, they were helpful and the staff onsite were kind and accommodating. I originally planned to continue using the office occasionally (1-2 days per month) for a change of scenery since I work remotely. Unfortunately, my financial situation later changed and I needed to cancel. That is where the experience became very negative. The agreement is far more binding than many people expect. Cancellation was not permitted despite explaining my circumstances, and corporate repeatedly responded with "you signed a contract." Even after removing the payment method, the balance continued and ultimately impacted my credit. I take responsibility for not reading every detail as carefully as I should have -- but that is exactly why I am writing this review. Do not assume flexibility. Do not rely on verbal explanations. If cancellation terms matter to you, make sure they are explicitly stated in the contract before signing. The office itself was fine. The contract enforcement was rigid and unforgiving. If you sign, understand you are committing for the full term regardless of life changes.

This office is a great option for single day needs or ongoing office space for small, growing businesses.

They're extremely attentive, detailed, and are ready to help with any inquiries you have for them! I haven't yet explored every floor and amenity they have to offer, but the spaces I did venture into were absolutely beautiful. So many seating options from traditional desks and tables to stools, couches, lounge chairs, and more! My favorite thing has to be the huge windows throughout the space. The views are amazing and I loved watching the sunset. Parking can be a smidge tricky. There is paid parking in the garage beneath the building. Otherwise, there are a few street parking options available across the street if you're lucky enough to snag a spot. Can't wait to be back very soon! A super nice switch up to my usual days working from home.

Otherwise, the space is impeccably clean and staff is very friendly. Just dont reserve the "rooms" without inspecting them first! The one I reserved for an hour and a half was too dark and dismal, despite having a window. I ended up just using the bright common-space area for my meeting and could have saved 5.5 credits. You cant cancel the reservation on the same day. Next time I know better.

Then they kept adding on mail service fees randomly for all kinds of amounts every month even though I told them in writing multiple times I never wanted this. Built in 2001, with a reflection pond and rustic courtyard, the office space is in a prime location--just minutes from the University of California's San Diego campus and hospital. UTC Westfield Mall is right down the road and all those bio-science labs are nearby on Genesee. This "Golden Triangle" area is a real estate goldmine due to a proliferation of hundreds of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, which, off course, will need to rent office space and clinical research areas. I was sufficiently impressed enough here to offer the Sunroad Corporate Center 4 YELP STARS for their very nice reflection pond and rock garden. The gentle sounds of splashing water is truly soothing, although it was sometimes hard to hear the gurgling pond due to the roar of nearby Miramar Air Station Marine jets howling through the air. Nice, also, is the little coffee cart with lots of healthy snacks and goodies. I notice Food Trucks make calls to this place, too. Keeping the workers well fed and caffeinated is always a good business plan. Sunroad is big business here in San Diego. They own a lot of car dealerships and that Marina on Harbor Island. So it makes sense they would have a nice and plush corporate center here in UTC.

Second, you get everything you need for one price without gimmicks. A beautiful, professional location with a professional reception staf that you can call your own.
