They showed up on time, I did a walk-through with them, and then they said they would go back to the car to get their things to get started. They were out for a while, and then I get a text from their office almost doubling the price based on the work that needed to be done. This is despite them knowing going into it this is a 3 bed 3 bath home, and when they got here I made it clear not everything needed to be cleaned. When I said no to the price hike, and expressed willingness to be flexible on the work that needed to be done because some was crucial to be done today, they just left. Two other cleaning services have cleaned our home since we moved in, and both completed the work efficiently and completely in the same time frame for even less than the original quote, before they inflated it. This was horribly unprofessional and now I am left scrambling for a replacement. I have screenshots of the text exchange, though I don't see anywhere to include them here. This was so abrupt that now we are concerned they only showed up to case our home.
