The last communication I received from this company asked about a potential start date and time. I was ok with that date and time, but asked if they had anything potentially sooner so we could have some things organized and out of the way prior to our interior designers installing art, and they just never responded to me ever again. Really strange interpretation of our interactions in their response to my review. At no point was it ever communicated to me that my job was "not a fit" whether due to it being too small, large, or dates not lining up. And when I let the company know I found it odd they just never responded to me, they never explained. Instead, they chose to scold me for sharing my experience on Yelp, which I find highly unprofessional. A simple apology would've gone a long way. So overpriced! I was quoted over $800.00 for 2 people to organize my pantry. I assumed that they would be here for the day. Only 1 person arrived and stayed for 4 hours.
