Convenient location, but owner needs to treat staff better…read more This UPS Store is in a great spot, and I really appreciate how convenient it is. That said, I have witnessed the owner speak to employees in a condescending and disrespectful way, including reprimanding them right in front of customers. It is unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. The staff themselves are the real reason this place runs smoothly. They are professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. They clearly care about their work and the customers. Owner, please do better by your team. They deserve respect, not public putdowns.

Sorry to say I will no longer be using their services…read more I used to give them quite a bit of business, but in today's times with inflated prices, thank goodness there is competition, because I will no longer use their services based on externally high prices. I simply wanted one copy, and the girl behind the counter proudly told me they charge 2.00 for the first page and the .35 centers after that. Why on Earth would anyone pay these prices for a basic copy when you can go anywhere else or even use your own home computer. I was trying to save time, but now I will just make my copy elsewhere or at home for FREE! I hope the owner knows this is not good for business wiry crazy high prices and the possibility or certainty of losing customers, and definitely me. Thank goodness for capitalism! As consumers, we have choices, and I am grateful we can choose where to spend our hard-earned money.

I have no idea. I feel I shouldn't condemn or otherwise make it sound like the whole postal service is not doing their job. It is quite the opposite. Until recently I have never had any issues with the post office. My local post office specifically. I have always received my mail on a timely manner and intact for the most part. My regular mailman is awesome. Very professional and friendly. If a package doesn't fit in my mailbox. He brings it to my door. Which I really appreciate it. I do stand behind my last review of the US Post Office but I also stand behind this review. There are many postal service workers that work their tail off to get our mail to us. Unsung heroes that are taken for granted. I am not one them. For a guy that does business online. I depend on the postal system to bring and deliver packages to me on a weekly basis. Without them, I wouldn't be making the side revenue that I enjoy. Thank you United States Post Office.

Sometimes going to the Post Office is a real drag, mostly because of how poorly customers like to treat the Post Office workers. I try to avoid when possible. Thankfully, I have a Postal Center Plus just a couple blocks from my house. Not only can I get anything and everything I need shipped, but it's also got a really nice little gift area with some quality crafts. My wife loves the snow globes assortments they have out during the holidays. I've bought some nice gifts for my mom here as well. They have a nice assortment of greeting cards as well, much better than the CVS that is right next door. Today I was able to quickly get some passports photos done. It was quick and efficient, as well as affordable! Staff is always so kind. Afterwards it made me think about how it's nice to have a little postal service business like Postal Center Plus so close to my home. 5 outta 5 fo sho!

One of our mutual friends found Postal Annex online and spoke to Ali and May to help figure out how to make this happen. She told me how they went above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever heard of from a shipper (and I work at an auction house in NY so I have vast experience with shippers!!) They not only came to his unit with boxes so he didn't have to bring everything to their location but they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was easy and they really made the entire transaction completely seamless. The price was very fair. I just want to emphasize the fact that not only did they do a stellar job with the pickup and the customer service, but these owners were kind and helpful to a degree that is rarely seen in businesses these days. The situation was a challenging one and they offered solutions, compassionate advice and were just lovely in every way. It is one thing to be super helpful and generous with someone you are assisting in person but in this situation, all of the transactions were over the phone with someone out of state (except the pick-up, of course). Despite this, the level of patience and helpfulness and care was outstanding. Thank you for making this difficult situation so much less challenging. I wish I could leave more stars!!
