The associate had everything printed in black and white. I needed the pictures in color. She then reprinted the whole thing and charged me for both. So I was basically charged double for what I actually wanted. I've been to other UPS stores where they check the file and ask if I want it printed in color or black and white. The associate was talking to another customer at the time and was not paying attention. I'm disappointed that they still charged me for the extra prints I didn't need and could have at least gave me a courtesy since I have frequented this establishment.
