I can not recommend Pool Whip enough. The owner was incredibly responsive and got my pool up and running faster than originally estimated. The original company my home warranty sent was inept and unresponsive. I was able to get my home warranty to allow an outside contractor and called Pool Whip. The owner personally spent several hours on the phone getting the home warranty to approve the needed filter replacement. This week will have incredibly hot weather and my pool hasn't been filtering for over a week (due to the ineptitude of the original company) and Pool Whip said they could get it up and running as soon as Wednesday. One month ago we called Wesley to come and clean our pool and give us a quote for cleaning it. Wesley was so professional, Kind and patient. Our pool is made of vinyl and he does not clean those pools a lot but he never gave up on us.
