Pool Whip Pros has been maintaining our pool for over a year now and they've been doing a great job ! Wes and the rest of the team are very responsive to any problems or issues we've had. We're new to owning a pool and Wes has been very patient and willing to explain everything. read more

Wesley and the entire crew at Pool Whip Pros deliver first rate service. They are very responsive to any issues that arise with the pool, even making small tweaks just to make it better. These small touches are just one part of the service they provide. We switched to Pool Whip Pros when our previous service couldn't get around to repairing our old pump with bad bearings. Wesley had it done in no time at all, so we could enjoy the pool without hearing a loud grinding noise halfway down the block. We are very happy with the change. read more

Pool Whip has been a pleasure to work with. The weekly service is fine. I appreciate that the technician speaks English and answers my questions and concerns. The best part is how quickly and competently the company repairs issues when they come up. I have an old pool and I have needed a number of repairs in the last year. I really appreciate that every problem is fixed quickly and well. read more

It was my first time working with Wesley from PoolWhip. A great guy and great services. I would recommend PoolWhip.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pool Whip Pros. Despite getting names of other pool services to use, I took a chance on Pool Whip and it paid off! This is our first time owning a house with a pool, and this one is a huge challenge. The water was literally brown. Wesley came out quickly, assessed the situation and gave a competitive quote without a bunch of up sell. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and completed the work timely. It looked like a new pool when he was done and he gave us good tips for maintenance. Awesome company all around! read more

They told me they don't service Oakland, despite my location appearing in their service area map.

I can not recommend Pool Whip enough. The owner was incredibly responsive and got my pool up and running faster than originally estimated. The original company my home warranty sent was inept and unresponsive. I was able to get my home warranty to allow an outside contractor and called Pool Whip. The owner personally spent several hours on the phone getting the home warranty to approve the needed filter replacement. This week will have incredibly hot weather and my pool hasn't been filtering for over a week (due to the ineptitude of the original company) and Pool Whip said they could get it up and running as soon as Wednesday. The owner went out of his way to fix it a day earlier and now my pool is 100% functional again. If you're considering this company don't hesitate. read more

Pool Whip Pros is absolutely amazing. Their service and quality are top notch. We've been renting our current home with a pool for over a year and we knew nothing about pool services, maintenance etc. Wesley and his team introduced themselves and walked us through the process and how they'll maintain our pool weekly. I have no complaints, the pool is always clean and running properly. Also, they are very quiet and keep to themselves when/if we're home during their weekly service. If there are any concerns or issues (which there's really not), they are at our site instantly to resolve. Highly recommend. Thanks Wesley and team! read more

Wesley fixed the chemical balance in our pool when we thought we would have to drain our pool and replace the water! We are so glad we called Pool Whips before taking that drastic step. Our pool has never looked better! (and no more chlorine-green hair for me) read more

As a first time pool owner, I wasn't sure who to call to service my pool. After reading all reviews, I decided to give Wesley a call and I am glad I did!!! He has a passion for taking care of pools and its shows in the service he provides. Within one week of calling Pool Whip Pros, he had all of my equipment in working order and I had a clean, balanced pool. He was also extremely patient with me in showing me how to use the equipment. Being a new pool owner, I had tons of questions AND he patiently answered all of them even though I asked the same question several times. The other thing I want to mention is that he will be honest with you - he'll tell you what you need and what you don't need. Wesley really looks out for his customers and doesn't want them to spend money unless it's absolutely necessary. If you want to spend time swimming and barbecuing instead of worrying about your pool then call Pool Whip Pros - you won't regret it. read more

I have owned a house with a pool for 20 years and take care of my own maintenance until I have a problem with the pool equipment. Until the the last three years, I have called various pool services for repairs and have never called them back a second time because of unavailability or lack of expertise. This changed when I found Pool Whip and Wesley. I chose them based on their solid Yelp reviews and they lived up to their rating. Here is why I like them: 1) Even with late notice, Wesley will make every attempt to at least inspect your problem if he is available and in the area. 2) He makes every attempt to for you to understand what the issue is and does not try to hard sell a service. He will let you know if he thinks a situation is dangerous. 3) Repairs are neat and efficient and they show up every time when they say they will. You will be happy with these guys! read more

We moved in a little over a year ago on a Memorial Day weekend. We had never owned a pool before and was happy to see a Pool Whip truck at my neighbor's house. I caught Wesley leaving and asked if he would run me through what I should be doing. He was gracious to take the time to educate us about our pool and pool ownership. We hired him to come weekly and he has been faithful to do just that. The pool looks great and Wesley is always helpful with suggestions. I even had a water sample tested at a local pool store and they told me it was spot on! Westley is knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. Thanks to him our kids are loving having a pool! read more

Wesley has been great to work with. I signed up a few months ago for weekly service and couldn't be happier with the service. Wesley is incredibly fast to respond to any request and has been very patient with all of my questions. My pool is surrounded by tress and instead of trying to charge me more for the cleaning service, Wesley actually suggested some new equipment that is keeping my pool spotless. It's great working with someone who is doing the right thing for customers. I'd recommend Pool Whip for anyone. read more

Our pool system stopped working the day before we were having a party. Desperate, I called a few companies. This was the only pool repair that would respond quickly. Not only did they fix the pump problem, they took it upon them selves to brush and clean the pool. They also added chlorine to make sure I was ready for the party. They went above and beyond which you don't see much of anymore.. read more

One month ago we called Wesley to come and clean our pool and give us a quote for cleaning it. Wesley was so professional, Kind and patient. Our pool is made of vinyl and he does not clean those pools a lot but he never gave up on us. He however spent almost an hour explaining and teaching us how to clean the pool, which chemicals we need. He introduced us to the cleaning robot which we love. He explained step by step what we needed. And believe it on not he did this for free. We are so glad because we have been able to keep our pool clean and actually finally use it. Thank you Wesley. We highly recommend Pool Whip Pros. Our weekly maintenance is very thorough and we want to give a shout out to Christian, who does an excellent and comprehensive job of cleaning the pool walls and floor. He logs his visits so we know exactly when he's been here. Wesley, the owner is amazing. We have his cell phone number and he answers all calls or calls back promptly if he's unable to pick up. Same with text messages. He addresses all our concerns and questions. He even made a special trip to check up on the pool after a terrible storm while we were out of town. We recently purchased a home with a pool. My husband and I thought we would be able to maintain and balance the pool on our own. Boy, we didn't expect how hard it would be to balance a 20,000 gallon pool. Even our best efforts weren't doing any good and after we had a baby, the pool unfortunately became neglected. Since it is the summer months, we wanted to use our pool again so I was on the hunt and turned to Yelp. I sent Wesley a message just pricing out his service and it seems like within minutes, he responded with his prices. I called him and he came right out to the house that day. He was straight up with us about needing a new pool filter which he quoted and installed the next day. We could not be happier with him, the quality of his work, and his customer service. Don't look any further to find someone to service your pool! read more

We contacted Pool Whip Pros because we saw that there was a leak in the filtering system. Wesley was very responsive and professional. He arrived to look at the problem and was very knowledgeable about the various systems. He told us that he could repair the leak and also at some point could replace the over 35 year old filter to a more efficient one. It was refreshing that he did not try to sell us on anything; just gave us the facts. We decided on a new filter. He was able to install the new system in a very timely manner.
