I've used these guys for regular pool service and replacement of pool equipment (pump, filter, electrical etc). They've been outstanding on all fronts. Also, since I'm a new pool owner, they always took the time to answer a lot of my basic questions. I was about to abandon my pool vacuum and buy a new one since it would stick on corners and stairs pretty consistently. I mentioned this to Wesley and he immediately pointed out one of the pieces on the hose was in the wrong spot and upside down. Once I swapped it out it works probably 80% better. Saved me a lot of money and am able to keep my pool cleaner. Great company overall and great service. read more

Once again Wes and his team at Pool Whip Pros did an outstanding job with our latest pool repair project. They removed and replaced all of the old expansion joints surrounding the perimeter of our pool which was deteriorating. Thank you Wes and team! read more

Great service, good communication, very happy with Pool Whip Pros

I've been taking care of our pool on my own and everything had been going fine until we came back from vacation and our pool pump wasn't circulating. I tried everything i could think of with no success, called pool whip and they were out that day diagnosed the issue at no cost. They were back the next morning had my water line clear and pump running in no time! Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable and most important trustworthy! I will be using them for all my pool needs from here on out. read more

Wesley has been so helpful since we moved to Concord and purchased a home with a pool about 3-4 years ago. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Provides quality work with good prices and always available when we need him. Highly recommend him! read more

My husband and I bought our first home in California and of course it came with a salt water pool. The chlorine system recently stopped working so I gave Pool Whip Pros a call to diagnose the issue. Wesley came over and walked me through in great detail what each part of our pool system does and how it works. (Way over the top!) He diagnosed that our salt system was a pretty old unit and we unfortunately had to replace it as it failed and would no longer turn on. He worked with us to find the cheapest but highest quality unit to replace it with. It was a super quick turn around from the day of diagnostic to install of our new unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with his work. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for basic clean to an install of any new unit. Thank you for a great experience! read more

I've been using Pool Whip Pros now for over a year and a half and I highly recommend them! In terms of weekly maintenance, they're reliable, get the job done, and the pool always looks clean. What really sets them apart is the customer service; we've had several issues (from pool equipment malfunctioning, to solar, to electrical), and each and every time Wesley and his team are extremely responsive, quick to troubleshoot the problem, and are truly honest and trustworthy. They're not out to make money off of you, but rather to ensure quality work is provided at a reasonable and fair price. I've appreciated that several times they didn't try to sell me on a more expensive fix, but rather what I truly needed at the time to take care of the problem. We had a major issue with our chemicals being imbalanced, and Wesley was able to walk us through our various options (pros and cons) and help us get it taken care of. Additionally he spotted a major issue with our electrical, and completely redid and updated our equipment to code. All of the work performed is done to quality standards. If you're looking for a knowledgeable pool service company, that's honest, trustworthy, and dependable - look no further!! read more

I would recommend Pool Whip with 100% confidence. They are here every Tuesday like clockwork and never miss a beat. Unlike our previous pool service company, Pool Whip brings needed repairs to our attention before they become an issue allowing me to be 100% hands off. Worth even penny. read more

I suffered through bad pool service for many years. I was constantly having problems. The pool would get crusty stains on the edge, they would forget to put chemicals in the pool, and I had algae several times a year. The "pool guy" would not show up on a regular schedule either. I found myself having to check to make sure they came and that everything was done after each visit. That all changed when Pool Whip Pros started serving our pool. I can't say enough good things about this company. Most pool services just check the Chlorine and pH levels, clean the leaf catcher, skim the pool, and add some chlorine tabs. Wesley, the owner of Pool Whip Pros, has a different philosophy. He cares about the condition of the water, pump equipment, and filter. He strives to prevent issues before they become big problems. On the first visit, Pool Whip Pros evaluated the pool and recommended a treatment plan. Within 1-2 months there was a noticeable difference in the look and feel of the water. He is efficient and keeps a log of visits with notes on each visit near the pump timer. I am extremely pleased with the service. I have learned that all pool service companies are not the same. I wish we had switched years ago. I don't ever worry about the pool anymore. Wesley has earned my trust and continues to do a great job. If you don't have a pool service profession or are not happy with your current provider, then call Pool Whip Pros. I highly recommend their service! PS: No, I am not related, or a friend... I am just really happy with the service! read more

Wesley is absolutely amazing!!! He provides the best service and cares about his clients and the pools he services! I'm a realtor and my clients were selling their home and replastered their pool. We needed some help with balancing the chemicals immediately after the pool was replastered and the timing of when that took place was critical. Wesley was on stand by. He was super responsive and checked in throughout the day and even went out to the home at around 9:30 at night to take care of everything. I am recommending him to every pool owner I know! read more

i have worked with Wesley and his team for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences with them. We have an old pool system and i was new to owning a pool so Wes and his team took a lot of time teaching me how to properly care for, service, and trouble shoot issues. i have had multiple "emergency issues" that have come up on weekends, evenings or the mornings and Wes has always been very responsive to help solve the problem right away to avoid any damage to the pool. they have been prompt, reliable, and shown up to help when needed in a very quick amount of time. i am very grateful for their help! read more

As a first-time pool/spa owners with no experience or knowledge of pool maintenance or equipment, we began the quest of finding a pool maintenance company. After a great deal of research we chose Pool Whip Pros. Wesley and his team have kept the pool chemistry in balance, cleaned the pool filter, and made several minor equipment repairs. This work was completed promptly and at a reasonable cost. They have kept the pool and spa in sparkling condition. Wesley has taken the time to instruct us on how to take care of both pool and spa. He has responded timely to many questions and concerns regardless of the day or time, and has made several special trips to our house to make sure that everything was working properly. Wesley and his team have been professional in every respect and have provided exemplary customer service. We highly recommend Pool Whip Pros. read more

Wesley and his crew are amazing. I take care of my pool on my own, but on two occasions where there was a big issue, Wesley responded and was able to come over the next day in one instance: and two days later on the other. One time involved a landscaping company carelessly dumping tree branches dirt and debris in my pool during a removal job. Wesley and his co-worker came right away to restore the pool, clean the filters and for a very fair and reasonable price. I now reach out to Wesley everytime I have a major issue becuase I know he'll respond right away and either solve it or tell me what needs to be done in order to solve it. He is also very personable and easygoing. So even thogh I don't ever want to reach out to him because it means something is wrong with my "pool sitch", he is who I want to talk to and work with when it happens. Thanks Wesley! read more

We discovered Pool Whip via Yelp and are SO happy that we began working with them. We are first time pool owners and Wesley and his team have gone above and beyond in getting us acclimated to owning a pool and have taken generous amounts of time educating us on our pool and the supporting system (heater/filter/etc). Not only that, when we moved in Wesley noticed that the condition of our water was a dangerous acidity level. Rather than take an incredibly expensive route of replacing all of the water, Wesley was able to bring out pool back to normal conditions without costing an arm and a leg. When our filter broke, Wesley and his team were Johnny-On-The-Spot with a new one and installed it for us in no time, without making us wait to a point where our pool water would be bad. Wesley and his team continue to outshine their own service and have always answered our questions, the same day, and come out when we need them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You will be so thankful if you work with these guys. I trust them 100% with my pool, safety and their pricing. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. They're highly unskilled and rude I will be filling a lawsuit soon. They clogged my pool and simply left which ended up costing me $6300. AVOID AT ALL COST. read more

They do a great job - the charge more than our previous pool guy but their work is far superior and its a difference that you can immediately tell. Definitely going to keep working with them. read more

I have been using pool whip pros for the past two years!!!! They always respond to any question I have, rapidly. My pool looks amazing. They deserve ten stars!!!! Thank you! read more

Wesley and his team at Pool Whip Pros are simply the best. We've used their services for everything. When we first moved to the area, the former tenants didn't keep up the pool and it was an actual lagoon when we moved in. Wesley and team came out and had that pool good as new the day after we called them. Given how happy we were, we began using them for monthly pool service. They never miss a day, do an amazing job and keep everything running smoothly. When our 30 year-old pool heater crapped out, they installed a new one several days ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable cost. They're the best at what they do. Definitely give them a call! read more

We found Pool Whip Pros looking at reviews like these, and the 5 star hype was legit! Wesley was very responsive and took the time to explain different options in unbiased and understandable terms. We decided to get a new filter and pump, as well as remove some old equipment including a busted heater, and are happy with the result. We highly recommend Wesley and Co. We'll definitely call them again when the need arises - which, thanks to their excellent job, may not be for awhile! read more

Wes keeps my mother's pool looking perfect. He is very professional and honest. He is attentive to all her concerns and questions.

The Pool whip team is simply the best. We had an algae problem recently and they went above and beyond to get my pool back and ready to go. The monthly service is the best I've had. The guys are always on time and always communicating with me on the status of my pool. Is nice to have the confidence that our pool will be pristine all year long. Wes and his guys are top notch and I highly recommend their services. read more

I can not say enough good things about Pool Whips and Wesley the owner!! We purchased a new home with an older pool, as first time pool owners we were beyond clueless after many months with a different company and a constantly green pool we switched to pool whips! Wesley was able to get a pool to beautiful condition with in a few days! He has been excellent and communicating with us and helping us learn how to be better pool owners! He has also done a few repairs on the equipment for a reasonable price and very timely!! I would recommend there service to anyone! They are the best! read more

I had hired Pool Whip based upon a recommendation from someone and I must say I have been very happy with my decision. They are great to work with as they are extremely responsive and try to address any issue promptly, or are able to refer to someone who can resolve it. I've had several issues with my equipment, minor and major and all have been fixed fairly quickly and at a reasonable cost. I also appreciate how upfront they are about their rising costs in this environment and have a justification for any price changes. Overall, would recommend the company highly if one is a new pool owner or otherwise. read more

So my pool was as green as the emerald isle, maybe greener. I have been taking care of my pool for years, but this was stumping me. I call Pool Whip and the owner stopped by, checked the pool and gave me a path to blue water. The journey started on Friday with two quarts of phosphate cleaner and a full cleaning of the DE filter. By Sunday, I had cleaned the filter for the 5th time and gone through another 2 quarts of phosphate cleaner. This morning the pool is crystal blue and I owe it to Pool Whip. This company really knows their stuff and I highly recommend them. read more

Wesley was amazingly responsive when I had a problem with my pool and needed to get it sparking clean soon in order for the leak detection company to properly inspect our pool. Our former pool company told us our pool was too hard to clean because of the leak and our pool equipment couldn't function properly so they abandoned us but Wesley came to the rescue and we couldn't be more grateful. He came up with a temporary solution to clean up our pool quickly. He also helped us with some re-wiring of our fuse box. Thank you Wesley! I 100% recommend Pool Whip Pros! read more

This pool service is superior to all our previous pool services. We have had their pool service for two years now and we recently had some pool pump problems. Wesley, the owner, was here within hours to diagnose the problem. We were just not sure what to do. His honest approach was perfect. Our pump is now working perfectly. Thank you so much Wesley for all you do for us!!! read more

My previous pool guy was not consistent and very unprofessional so I went on yelp to find a new pool service company. I came across Pool Whips Pros and after reading so many great reviews I sent a message and got a response the same day. Wesley came out the same week I messaged him. At that time my pool was full of algae not to mention it didn't have any chlorine from the lack of service from my previous pool guy. Within less than a week my pool looked brand new with sparkling clear water. Ever since I started using Pool Whips Pro, my pool has always been in good shape. Any problems with the equipment or water, Wesley has contacted me to inform me what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Wesley and his team are great at communication, are reliable and professional. I am extremely please with their outstanding service. I highly recommend Pool Whips Pros to anyone who has a pool. read more
