We weren't offered a dessert menu but instead they started putting up the chairs and by 8:45 they turned some of the lights off. They close at 9 but it was obvious they all wanted to get things closed up so we got our check and left. Especially when a place states "no substitutions" and they also won't accept any requests for meat to be cooked to a certain temp.
