This is a fun place. Limited menu. Limited pretty much to a few pizzas and a few salads. But both the pizza and the salads are very good. They are joined with a bar under a different name in the same space. The bar has a great selection of drafts and very good wines available too. When you walk in there's somebody that can take your order. But you really need to go find your table 1st. Everything at this place works off your table number. You can also order directly from the QRG on your table. If you need to order something special that the app doesn't allow you to order directly from your table then you do have to go to the front and place your order. Again, make sure you know your table number. Heads up this is a very popular place for families to bring their young kids. There is a playground in the back of the open air area in the backyard, so there's a lot of kids running around. They also have live music. We happen to catch a great live show that started at 6 o'clock two nights ago. We wound up with great seats. Had a great pizza, shared a salad, and had a really fun night. Highly recommend you check it out if you're in the area One last note, parking in this area is tough. So be prepared. Very disappointing experience. Before unloading my wife, two young daughters, and visiting parents from the car, I specifically went inside to confirm they had gluten-free pizza available. I even asked whether they were running low, and was assured they had plenty in stock and weren't at risk of running out. After getting everyone settled, spending time reviewing the menu, and placing our order, we were informed that they had actually run out of gluten-free crusts. I understand that restaurants run out of inventory, but I was frustrated because I had specifically checked beforehand and was given incorrect information. As a result, our family spent nearly 30 minutes getting situated and excited to eat, only to leave hungry and find another restaurant. I like the pizza here a lot, it's next level and guaranteed to be worth the price you bought it. Tasty, fresh ingredients, delicious flavors. I also appreciate outdoor seating to bring doggies and enjoy sunshine. That being said there can potentially be tons children running around so just beware I like the rocketman pizza. Stopped by on my way to Mt Tam for a hike and split a pizza with some friends. We got a pizza that had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and some other fun things. Decided to order in pizza, PizzaHacker was one of the top pizza places to try in Marin so we gave it a run. Being it was delivered I don't have anything to add as far as the dine in experience but overall we loved the pizza. We order the Ohio and Forbidden Fruit pizza's and an order of the Meatballs. Loved the sour dough crust on both pizza's, came out a perfect combination of crispy and chewy. The crust was nice and thin and toppings were all high quality. The Ohio was savory from the pepperoni with a nice amount of vinegar from the pepperoncinis. The Forbidden Fruit was a good combination of sweet and spice with the combo of jalapeños and pineapple, add in the savory from the ham and it was nice and balanced. The meatballs were good, only complaint was they were a bit dry. Overall I loved the food and only reason I Gave it 4 stars was because I didn't dine in. This place is bigger with lots of outdoor seating and more geared for families with kids. Upon arrival we chose to sit at the bar which is run independently (The Junction) from the restaurant. Great vibe with 2 flat screens to watch sporting vents. Bar seating has six stools which was great since it was not crowded as most of the guests were dining outdoors or inside. after the muir woods, and days of camping, we wanted pizza. this place did pizza so so well. i think it's called Neapolitan style, like with the thin chewy crust and all. they have a wide variety of flavors of pizza but we went with the spicy salami one, hot soppressata and mushroom. that's always my favorite. the kale salad with the cesar was also super delish. it was too much food, even for us famished little hikers. we boxed a few slices and called it a day. the outdoor patio looked cute, they were having some kind of taylor swift themed concert cuz every girl was wearing a little taylor swift like dress LOL but unfortunately the patio was closed because of this, so we just ended up eating on the front patio which was much less glamorous. will surely come back here next time i'm north of the san fran bay! read more

Mixed! Fun space, but almost always the crust is totally charred. They need to figure out their oven because a few spots of char on the top of the crust edge, sure. But most of the bottom of the crust blackened and bitter? Gross. Their sauce is nice and they have good toppings, but it's a long wait in a chaotic space for really burnt pizza. read more

I'm really on the fence about PizzaHacker. There are things I like and one thing I really do not like at all---but am reluctant to attach it to this review, but it kinda is important. The parking and access to this place off of one of the busiest areas in So Marin. I really love the beer-hall aspects, the outdoor little window making ordering super-cool and easy as well as the amazing variety of brews. The pizza was...well, ok. The little playground can be nice. I brought my two little nieces and nephew here. Somehow, sometimes, beer for adults and a little playground kinda maybe sorta are a little incompatible. Just saying. It was ok in the end. The outdoor tables make for a very casual setting. In the end, this is not a reasonably priced place as the pours were kinda short for the cost and pizza high for, well, ok pizza. But, the area is great. Great access to and fro Tam Junction and Highway 1. However, the parking is brutal. I cannot imagine even thinking of maybe trying to park here. People park across the highway (yikes!) and I'm not sure that's cool to the other businesses. It's a mess, but if you're cool with all those things, it's probably a nice place, but there's a lot of places where parking is easier and you get taller beers that are locally sourced (as these are). read more

If you're looking for pizza and a party, PizzaHacker is just that. Came by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was jam packed and bumpin with live music. The massive dog friendly patio and indoor tables were all open seating with QR code ordering. I took a picture of the menu up front to avoid the back and forth of clicking into the menu items to see what was on each pie. We ordered the Summer fave and short bridge pizzas. Thoroughly enjoyed both and couldn't pick a favorite of the two since they were so different. We easily could've gotten one pizza for the two of us because they were pretty large, but ended up taking home half of each to have a full pie for later. They have a pretty extensive beer list with both beers on tap and in the can. Didn't end up getting anything, but was impressed by the variety. Parking in the front is for pickup only, so head straight to the large parking lot on the side/back to grab a spot if you're dining in. read more

Delicious pizza and salads. We were in this afternoon for the first time and had a great experience. All of the pizzas we tried (Margherita, Ohio, Get a Room and Short Bridge) were all fantastic! Cooked perfectly and the crust was great! We tried the Italian Chop and it was delicious. We ordered 1 and it was enough to share with 4 adults as a side. Service was friendly and food comes out pretty quickly! You can order from the table and there's a fun play area for the kiddos, so it's very casual, but a great place to kick back, relax and have some great food. Not the establishment's fault, but it can get pretty hectic by the play area. It seems like a lot of local sports teams like to go here after games/practice and there were a lot of older kids (10-12) taking over the play structure, so if you have toddlers or younger children, keep a look out so they don't get trampled. read more

Good food and vibe, but ruined by the tech and service mode: I've been coming here for years, but it sadly feels like PizzaHacker has gone down a bit lately. The biggest issue now is the ordering process. They force you to scan a QR code to do everything, and then they tack on a vague "me&u Service Charge" at the end (not entirely clear if it's a credit card fee or what). To make matters worse, the interface forces you to click on a tip amount just to advance to the payment screen, which is incredibly irritating for a self-service model. As for the food, it's a mixed bag. The Margherita pizza was still good, and the atmosphere is always nice. However, we also ordered the Kale Caesar salad--it was okay, but the chicken on top seemed like that heavily processed, spongy white meat, which was a real letdown. It's a bummer because the vibe is still there, but the friction of the ordering system and a dip in food quality makes it hard to love like I used to read more

I love the crust at this place!! I've only ever been here for large parties but this is the type of place I'd frequent if I lived local. This is quite a drive from where we live but man it's good so I was quite happy to come back. They share a spot with Junction and the two together compliment each other in every delicious way. Not very impressed. How do you have tea and no sweeteners? My mom is asking. Our pizza was much later than the rest. Had the shroom. The server didn't come back when we asked her to check for sweetener. No offers to help or offer something else. Then when they finally brought the last pizza (only 4 ordered) he was trying to leave without the plates. They got busy after we ordered, no excuses. I'm sad that they weren't better at service.
