I was pleasantly surprised at this place. The craft beer selection is amazing with tons of rotating rare drafts as well as refrigerators stocked with cans to go. The pizzas are quite good as well... I really enjoyed the Ohio with the slightly spicy honey twist on a classic pepperoni. I definitely recommend this place. The parking is a little difficult, but worth it.

Stopped by on my way to Mt Tam for a hike and split a pizza with some friends. We got a pizza that had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and some other fun things. Honestly the pizza was really good, no complaints. The indoor/outdoor seating was really pleasant and spacious, and the service was great.

Decided to order in pizza, PizzaHacker was one of the top pizza places to try in Marin so we gave it a run. Being it was delivered I don't have anything to add as far as the dine in experience but overall we loved the pizza. We order the Ohio and Forbidden Fruit pizza's and an order of the Meatballs. Loved the sour dough crust on both pizza's, came out a perfect combination of crispy and chewy. The crust was nice and thin and toppings were all high quality. The Ohio was savory from the pepperoni with a nice amount of vinegar from the pepperoncinis. The Forbidden Fruit was a good combination of sweet and spice with the combo of jalapeños and pineapple, add in the savory from the ham and it was nice and balanced. The meatballs were good, only complaint was they were a bit dry. Overall I loved the food and only reason I Gave it 4 stars was because I didn't dine in. Will have to stop in for a meal at some point.

We love coming here!! After work, on weekends, and even weekend mornings for the most amazing bagels, Pizza Hacker / Bagel Macher does not disappoint!! Everyone is always so nice and the food comes out quick and fantastic. We love sitting outside with the dogs, especially next to the fire pit. This review has been a long time coming so grateful we have you in our neighborhood!

Really disappointing for how pricey a meatball pizza is.

$26 for a meatball pizza. Not even 1 full meatball on it. I don't have time to go back and complain, which makes this even more frustrating.

Such an unassuming place. The place is actually really big! The pizza was elevated and pretty tasty! You can order to go or dine in. They have a beer and wine bar, lots of selection. Would come back with a larger crowd, tvs for watching the Olympics, will definitely be back!

This place is a 180 from the one on Mission Street in San Francisco as I had wanted to try their location in Mill Valley. This place is bigger with lots of outdoor seating and more geared for families with kids. Upon arrival we chose to sit at the bar which is run independently (The Junction) from the restaurant. Great vibe with 2 flat screens to watch sporting vents. Bar seating has six stools which was great since it was not crowded as most of the guests were dining outdoors or inside. Pizza is ordered separately when doing a combo which we did. Will definitely return if I'm in the area!

This place was absolutely amazing. Once we found out they offer a generous military discount, we went all in--six pizzas and two orders of meatballs--and didn't leave a single bite behind. It was that good. The pizzas are truly out of this world: perfectly made dough, light and flavorful, and they don't leave you feeling heavy afterward. The meatballs were just as impressive--unlike the usual dry, bland ones, these were packed with flavor from the first bite to the last. On top of the incredible food, the customer service was outstanding. The guy at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly he genuinely made me want to hit the highest tip option. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone--an amazing experience all around.

The food was delicious! The service was outstanding. I enjoyed their outdoor seating. Parking can be a little tough. It's worth it though!

after the muir woods, and days of camping, we wanted pizza. this place did pizza so so well. i think it's called Neapolitan style, like with the thin chewy crust and all. they have a wide variety of flavors of pizza but we went with the spicy salami one, hot soppressata and mushroom. that's always my favorite. the kale salad with the cesar was also super delish. it was too much food, even for us famished little hikers. we boxed a few slices and called it a day. the outdoor patio looked cute, they were having some kind of taylor swift themed concert cuz every girl was wearing a little taylor swift like dress LOL but unfortunately the patio was closed because of this, so we just ended up eating on the front patio which was much less glamorous. will surely come back here next time i'm north of the san fran bay!

If you're looking for pizza and a party, PizzaHacker is just that. Came by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was jam packed and bumpin with live music. The massive dog friendly patio and indoor tables were all open seating with QR code ordering. I took a picture of the menu up front to avoid the back and forth of clicking into the menu items to see what was on each pie. We ordered the Summer fave and short bridge pizzas. Thoroughly enjoyed both and couldn't pick a favorite of the two since they were so different. We easily could've gotten one pizza for the two of us because they were pretty large, but ended up taking home half of each to have a full pie for later. They have a pretty extensive beer list with both beers on tap and in the can. Didn't end up getting anything, but was impressed by the variety. Parking in the front is for pickup only, so head straight to the large parking lot on the side/back to grab a spot if you're dining in.

In Marin and stopped by for a quick dinner. We've been here a couple times and each time it is so good! Quick and easy to walk in, scan QR code / order, and eat at your table. Fun vibe with a lot of bikers and kids running around. We usually get the Shortbridge! Will keep coming back!

Summer fave - missing arugula which changes the flavor a bit I suppose.

The ling cod is one of my favorite fish they have there and the rice and the tomatoes on the plates are delicious!!! I wish the staff here are more friendly and the food can come out a little slow, especially on the weekends. The staff mentioned that we would have to wait for 30-45minutes for the fish and chips so I didn't get it and I wish I could if I didn't have to wait that long. After waiting in line,…read morereviewing the menu, and finding options that worked with a temporary diet I'm on, I placed my order. Only when it came time to pay was I told they couldn't enter my order because I didn't already have a table. Apparently you're expected to secure a seat before ordering, and there was a wait. I don't understand this policy. One of the advantages of counter-service restaurants is that you order first, then find a table while your food is being prepared. That keeps things moving. Requiring people to occupy a table before they can even place an order seems like it would make everyone's meal take longer and reduce table turnover, which seems counterintuitive and inefficient. The bigger problem is that this wasn't obvious to a first-time customer. I had no reason to think that this restaurant operated differently than virtually every other casual counter-service restaurant I've been to in my life. You only find out after you've already waited in line and are ready to pay. To make matters more confusing, my husband had eaten here before and simply ordered first and found a table afterward, just like he would anywhere else. He had never encountered this policy. If it's only enforced during busy periods, that's exactly when customers should be clearly informed before they spend time waiting in line. I'm sure Hook Fish is popular with regulars who already know how the system works. For a first-time customer, though, the experience was confusing and frustrating. I live nearby, but this was such a poor first impression that I won't be back.

But here's a hot tip- the kid menu pizzas are totally full size pizzas, which the waiter failed to mention. So 1 cheese pizza could easily feed 2-3 little kids. We ordered one for each kid and went home with a TON of cheese pizza leftovers. The zucchini fries are tasty but served with an aoli that tasted like straight mayonnaise. Dinner for 4 , plus tax and tip came to $150. We're going with a solid 3 stars. An overall decent experience, but nothing to get too excited about.

Because we were such a large group, we ordered a couple of vegetable platters and pizzas to share. This also allowed us to try several of the pizzas, which helped mitigate the angst of missing out because all of the varieties sounded delicious. We started off with the vegetable platter, which featured roasted vegetables and squash served over a bed of lentils and seasoned yogurt sauce with toasted pita on the side. I love almost any roasted vegetable, and the yogurt sauce made everything taste elevated; I could have easily finished off the vegetable platter on my own, but I restrained myself to save room for the pizza. My favorite pizza had to be the Calabrian chile and ricotta pizza, which stood out with its sweet, creamy ricotta and the slow burn from the chile oil that lingered long after the last bite. The other pizzas were solid, although they were your more typical pizza combos (cheese, mushroom, meat combo). We spotted buffalo milk gelato on the dessert menu, so we ordered a round of scoops to finish off our lunch. The buffalo milk resulted in a creamier, silkier texture than regular cow's milk gelato (I think?), and it was very tasty!

Also, the World Cup was on and patrons were enjoying watching the game(s) inside too. If we were to come back, I would def sit outside with a group on a nice day. Outside there was corn hole and lotsa tables to enjoy a casual meal and vibes. Our party ordered a round of margaritas, and menu standouts included the burger, fried chicken sandwich (the paprika aioli is stellar), the kale salad (topped with chickpeas, quinoa, walnuts, and more), grilled cheeses for the kiddos, and the "Burning Love" pizza. There's a little bit of something for everyone on the menu here, and everything was so fresh, comforting, and just elevated. The meat in the burger was something to highlight, and I loved the thick cut fries. I would try a pizza on the next trip like the "Swim Club" served with Calabrian chile honey, or the "Peach Pie" because why not, it's summer! Service was okay, but it was also such a busy time of a day that everyone was just doing the best they could. All in all, highly recommend if in the area and looking for a lovely time/afternoon.

The atmosphere was nice and upscale, our server seemed genuinely happy to help us, and the food came out really tasty. I'm no chef or anything, but I kind of feel like Italian food can be easy to screw up sometimes. You know, the pasta might be too tough, or the sauce is too sour, things are underseasoned, whatever. Didn't have to worry about that here. Everything tasted like someone paid careful attention to it. Smooth sauces, well-balanced flavors, tender textures, thoughtful plating.
