I was not aware there was one in Mill Valley. But the location on the map is where I saw someone that looks just like one of my Filipino relatives, who coincidentally is in a photo on the Shipt website where I saw a man that looks exactly like that with the little girl crossing the street in Mill Valley. the food is always great, pizza is always good as expected. i always go in to order or pickup never had delivery. my first delivery with dominoes will make it my last! John was my driver and was insanely rude! He pounded on my door which woke up my sleeping baby and irritated my dog when my delivery instructions clearly said please don't knock. he was irritated i didn't answer my phone which i would understand if my delivery note didn't explain anything. his attitude was terrible. i always tip in the app because i've worked where tips make a difference so i know it makes a big difference however if there was an option to take back the tip i 100% would have. The crew lunch was picked up by our manager from Dominos. For the exceptional prices, they are delicious pies! A Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, and a Veggie arrived and was dismantled within minutes. For anyone who doesn't know, there are two things that by now, us all being such close friends here, I will reveal about myself: I am a devotee of Andy Warhol, and I have adhd caused by years of substance experiments in the 60s/70s. Sad but true. I knew some of the folks at Warhol's Factory in the 70s, and if you want to know something about the meaning of that Campbell's soup can and haven't already read it, you should buy a copy of his philosophy, "from a to b and back again". One of the main messages is that the beauty of mass production/marketing is if you lose a copy of whatever it is, don't worry there's another one just like it waiting on the shelf. No reason to get upset if it breaks or you lose it, nothing to get sentimental about. Warhol was a very disengaged sort of guy who preferred to maintain distance. The second issue is more personal, and I can only assure you it's mostly under control now with expert guidance from a local psychopharmacologist (board certified psychiatrist and licensed pharmacologist, a combination not easily found but ucsf has an excellent one with private practice in Sausalito). Unfortunately at times even the best of psycho-chemical warfare fails to hold off the snarling black dog. OK so how does this relate to dominoes pizza? Somehow I knew that by now you'd be wondering where this was going. So I'm in a rough patch at the mo' due to several time-sensitive and pressing issues, the end result being I have absolutely no appetite. I'm reduced to eating chocolate cake all day just to keep blood sugar up (much better than living on blood transfusions). Suddenly I got an urge last night for pizza but all my usual go-to places seemed pointless. I needed something new, something predictable, something cheap (don't know why this came up but it did), something essentially Warholian. None of my usual higher end places were right, in fact they were downright irritating in the tedious way they go about telling you how their wood burning oven does it just such and so. But where to go for a factory pizza, ignoring the frozen approach? That's when dominoes came to mind. I have never eaten a dominoes pizza, believe it or not, but it reminded me of Andy's guiding principle - nothing precious is worth having. A Dominoes pizza seems not at all precious, in fact it seems like factory-made on site. Whatever they are they will be much the same everywhere you go, like Micky-D's burgers and fries: reproducible en mass. Nothing to write home about, but also nothing to cause you buyer's remorse: how glorious is this mass market menu. Quite a revelation. I went online and ordered a NY style sausage, roast red pepper, dice tomato pizza. For an extra $2 it immediately became xtra large and the total bill was well short of $20 including tax. Deus ex machina! Not only that, but they send you txt messages reporting how your order is progressing in the assembly line, together with the eta, so you arrive just as it emerges from the gas-fired womb-oven. In the end, the quality is well above and certainly no less than what is offered by many local pizzerias, and costs about half the price. I'm sold now for the duration. No more $35 xtra large for me. One of our pizzas was made incorrectly, and the manager (Brian) immediately told us he can't help us right now so he can go on break (9pm) and that he was the only one working the register and there was one delivery driver. We ordered 2 large pizzas with two toppings online and one was delivered with only one topping, then he proceeded to tell us we were wrong because on their end it was only listed as one topping but one our end it listed 2. He said he could give us a free small pizza, but wouldn't tell us how we could get it and gave a us a fake number. Rude. read more

Honestly, for a chain pizza restaurant this was pleasing and I would order again. That being said upfront, was it amazing? Did it destroy all pizza previously? Ok so I was in the mood for a thin crust bacon pizza that Dominos makes that is so tasty.. sauce isn't too spicy which I like .. has enough bacon cheese and thin crust is cut into squares which I love. So I place my order online to get the national discount pizza, hey at least now they're taking it with this new ownership, previous ownership chose to not honor accept national promotions yay we're moving on up.. So new ownership accepts national promotions hey do I wish they accepted it in person sure however I am an optimist silver lining grateful person because at least they now accept them, we can order online when before we couldn't for years last ownership.. so I placed an order very easily as a guest and had a pizza tracker on phone to see where my pizza was at in process being made, baked and ready for pickup etc .. dominos even has an option which allows you to select to go inside or do curbside once arrived click a button and bam don't even have to leave ur car, sometimes they're slammed so might be a few for curbside but it's a great feature to offer customers but super easy to go inside too. So pizza was ready as I walked into store, Bethany who is a manager is super nice greeted me with kindness and asked if I was there for pick up I said yep and she was getting pizza from oven. We have ordered pizza from here a few times before and usually it is very good- however, not sure what was going on with it tonight. 1st time with the Brooklyn. This is more of a 2.5 star review, but I'll average it up to 3. I'm a little reluctant to patronize pizza chains (let alone review them). But we were getting ready to hit a concert last Saturday night and my friends and I wanted some quick/cheap sustenance for our pre-game party. My friend (who's a dad of 2) had some coupons for Domino's, so we decided to take advantage of them. Truth be told, it's been quite a while since I've had Domino's. I used to have it all the time when I was a kid and in college. It's never been great pizza. But it would always get the job done without setting me back to many Benjamins. I remember a few years ago they launched a marketing campaign touting their new & improved pizzas. It sounded like the company was turning over a new leaf. So I was kind of curious to see what kind of changes they made to their crust, cheese, and sauce. Long story short, I couldn't really tell the difference between the old Domino's pizza and the new one. The crust is still thick and doughy. The sauce is far too sweet with my taste (it needs some spice and kick). And the cheese + toppings more or less tasted the same as before. So it wasn't a bad pizza... it just wasn't a particularly memorable one. But I will say that their service remains quick and efficient. Our pizzas arrived in under 40 minutes. So I guess I'll keep this Domino's in my rolodex. But it probably won't be the first place I call when I'm craving good pizza. read more

I ordered for the first time in years from Domino's yesterday and received the best pizzas! Even my hubby, who is super picky, could not get enough of the crust and sauce! The dough was fluffy and flavorful, yet had a great crunch, the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. I love mushrooms and pineapple! We just moved and I am too tired to cook. Delivery to Sausalito floating homes can be spotty if you get a delivery person who thinks their map app is correct and/or is unfamiliar the different marinas. Otherwise, pizza is always hot, and I've never received a botched order (we usually order two totally different pizzas so it's unusual for a place to get everything correct.) Delivery people are always friendly and not creepy. I took off a star because it would be really cool to be able to add more/different vegetables (broccoli, etc.) but yeah, we order from here about once a month or so and will continue to do so. read more

I'm grateful for Domino's nearby, they come through for me every time. Whether, it's calling them last minute to celebrate a Little League victory or not, they make it happen. If I can't pick up the pizzas myself, they deliver to the fields. This saves me so much time, and we all know time is money! Any business that does not honor nationally advertised deals is not a place I want to do business with. Currently you can get a medium pizza for $5.99 as the TV ads and website claims. It's true that you can get this deal at OTHER Domino's, but not at the Mill Valley store. In fact, the lowest priced "coupon" hey have that includes a pizza is $17.99. For that price I'll go to Round Table where the pizza is much better. UPDATE! From 1 star to 3 Since I left the review I have been back because I found out that this location started honoring the national discounts...then they went back to not honoring them, but their coupons now aren't bad. Also the customer service is always very good when I go. I am not in their delivery area so I have to pick up the pizzas myself. They also seemed to have up'd their game with their food. The last time I went it was very good. Occasionally, I am ordering lunch for a group of 30-40 people and Domino's in Mill Valley is always able to get the order ready in time, even with little notice. Made a specific note to not ring the doorbell and to call when delivering the pizza. I am staying at an Airbnb and did not want to disturb the host with someone ringing the doorbell at 11pm. This has nothing to do with the quality of food but more so the service. I work at a hotel in Sausalito and this is the 3rd time I have had to deal with the delivery driver John. He comes here with a negative attitude, never brings a receipt which we always request as it is being paid for by the hotel itself, and his overall tone of voice is absolutely absurd. I am not the only staff member who feels this way. I understand that being a delivery driver may not be the most exciting job but there is no reason to be taking it out on customers. Working in the service industry myself I know it can be tiring and draining but I find this level of unprofessionalism to be unacceptable.
