Ill start with the last time I ate round table was 15 years ago. The reason for this was I moved out of California and where I was didn't have them. I have recently moved back and we deiced to try it out as I liked it in the past and was a regular customer. We got 2 medium pizza's, both pizzas the crust was undercooked, the amount of sauce was lacking to the point where I couldn't even taste the sauce. Best way to describe the experience was the pizza tasted like cheese on bread with some toppings. I paid $60 for 2 medium pizzas that I feel were worse quality than the bottom tier pizza places doesn't work for me. Goto Little Caesars, Dominos, or Pizza Hut. You'll save money and get a better pizza!!!!!! read more

I did a pick up order and the 8 cookies ($15) I ordered were not given to me. When I called the store they said I could come back in to get them but that they will not provide a refund for it. Stated store policy to not refund items that were not provided to the customer. Then the manager hung up on me. When I try to call back, they forward my call to voice mail! We order from here all the time and I am shocked this would be the behavior. Do I dispute with the credit card company or would the owner like to step in to make this right? read more

You have to give a star, 1 star is to much. I have ordered from this establishment for 35 years, have always had good service, usually by delivery. Tonight's was awful. My delivery showed it should be here around 542, by 6 I was calling, no answer goes to voicemail. Hung up and tried again, still nothing. Came here for a family dinner, and we were the only ones here on a weekend afternoon!! Economy? COVID-19? Who knows - but we had a good meal in almost private setting. We ordered the 12 BBQ wings (2 orders), side of Garlic Parmesan Twists, large Guinevere's (no tomatoes), large 1/2 BBQ chicken and 1/2 Zaui Maui, small cheese only pizza - and a salad! Have to look like we're eating healthy! LOL We found some tables to put together, and tried to wipe down one but the napkin came back black! Ughhh. Staff quickly wiped down all the tables we were going to use, but with all this virus stuff on people's minds it would be good to ensure that black colored tables are cleaned regularly, as it is hard to see any dirt and leftover foods. The food arrived quickly, first the twists, then the wings and then the pizzas. We needed another table to fit everything. The food was good, as we expect from Round Table, which is one of our top 3 pizza choices. The only error (other than dirty tables) was the small cheese was made in large size - a mistake to our benefit, so no complaint there! The server taking our order and running the food (and table cleaning duty as well!) was Andy, and he did a great job, even checking in on us during the meal to see how things were going. Round Table Pizza has one of the best pizzas in Marin County; HOWEVER, don't set foot into this restaurant, PLEASE. I came here today since I placed an order online for a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza was decent but NOT the customer service. When I showed up with my girlfriend by my side, we came to the front counter to pick up the pizza. Then we got plates, peppers, and cheese. I gave it to my girlfriend so she could place it on the table while I bought a drink and ranch. Our plan was to eat inside and sit down. She then went to the table to set down the pizza. While I was going to buy a fountain drink and ranches, but then the worker in the front made an uncomfortable comment about why I handed my girlfriend the pizza and how I should've carried it. She and I looked at each other with uncomfortable expressions. He proceeded to give me the fountain drink and then went to my girlfriend to give her the ranches. I wished the fountain drink filled up quicker since I saw how uncomfortable my girlfriend looked standing there by his side. Then I went to the cash register and asked how much it was going to cost. He then said the cost was me carrying the pizza for my girlfriend and me. I'm not sure if he was trying to make a joke or what he was trying to do. But, I need to say, it was one of the most awkward/uncomfortable situations we've both been in. I'd say to this Round Table to train your workers to speak to customers since this is no way to conduct business. I've never encountered this type of situation before and I'm at a loss for words. And to that worker, don't make other couples feel uncomfortable. I'm only writing this review since my girlfriend came to me after that encounter, saying how it made her feel uncomfortable/uneasy. These situations are reasons why women don't feel comfortable and would rather not set foot into certain establishments. With that said, I know how to treat my girlfriend and I know manners; there's a reason why she's with me. Just because one time I asked her if she could take the pizza to the table doesn't mean anything. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish with any of the stuff you spouted today; however, all I have to say to this is that you're making customers feel uncomfortable and you need to check yourself. This place is so inconsistent that it is frustrating! I love their garlic twists and when they are made right they are fantastic. There are some days however, where they over bake them and they are dry and frankly crap. Every time i ask for their red and ranch sauce to go with them and 20% of the time they give it to me but the other 80% it's all ranch. Please read the instructions and look at what the customer selected for their dipping choices EVERY TIME. One time I ordered delivery and was completely forgotten about. They did refund my money, which they should have but honestly forgetting to deliver an order is embarrassing. Just got off the phone with a Zavian Lee (sp). Pretty sure he's an 18 year old child. I called because they didn't leave a receipt with my order and need it to expense and be paid back from work. He said "well you didn't say you needed it" when has anyone had to request a receipt for a pizza delivery? He said "well I don't know what you want me to do". This location is immaculate! I believe this Round Table (RT) replaced some cafe that was here before, shares the same parking lot with Phyllis' Giant Burgers. This RT offers a great dinner buffet on Tuesdays. It's hard to get out of the office and enjoy the lunch buffet, so kudos to the person who thought of a dinner buffet on a week night ~ score! It's great for families, especially hangry teenagers. For $8.99 per person, it's the best pizza dinner buffet in town. Who doesn't love pizza? The guys working here are attentive and super hardworking. They cleanup immediately after each table leaves, and I watched them wipe down surfaces with new towels each time. The salad bar is amazingly FRESH! In addition to unlimited sodas, they also sell pitchers of beer and wine. Can't wait to come back every Tuesday night. I usually call for delivery when the family wants pizza. Great place to also watch the Giants game with two TV screens and plenty of front row seating! read more

We've had decent pizza and service here previously. HOWEVER, tonight was a total disaster. I called twice to place an order and both times it rolled straight into voicemail. I went online and placed the order. I got a confirmation it would be ready at 5:55 pm (roughly .30 minutes later). My DH went to pick it up at 6 pm. It's 6:20 and they are now just making the pizza. I called in and ordered a pizza for me and my wife to eat as we watched Netflix, and the employee on the line (I believe his name was Jesus) was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. He thoroughly explained the ingredients and taste differences between the pizzas (the Guinevere's Garden Delight Pizza and the Montague's All-meat Marvel Pizza) that we were interested in, and we decided to settle for the latter, as the Marvel Avengers movie came out this week and we thought it would be clever to select this one. After ordering, a $145 worth of pizza and soda, she did not tell me about a delivery charge, and that the driver wanted a tip...... I ordered a Door Dash and was delivered the wrong pizza. I called RT and they were aware that they put the wrong pizza in the wrong box. They assured me that they would deliver it themselves in 40 minutes. At 50 minutes I called again and got a lot of double talk. I asked them to clarify if I would get my order and was abruptly hung up on. I called back and a different person answered and when I questioned him he too hung up on me.
