I have been doing the Keto diet which means, no carbs. No carbs=no pizza, so sad. My bf & I were going to Xfinity & walked by & I mentioned how I missed pizza. When we were headed back to the car, something told me to stop in. Would you believe, Round Table offers CAULIFLOWER PIZZA??!! I felt like God had directly heard & responded to my request! They offer it only in the small size which was fine. We both got one & specialized what toppings we wanted on it. The woman behind the counter was so cheerful & helpful. She felt like someone I would want to be friends with. The price seemed overly high to me. It was $60+ for 2 small pizzas & two sodas. My boyfriend was paying & didn't mind. If it was just me, I probably would have left. We are there, basic. There were TV's on to watch sports. I am so so happy that someone has made this an option for ordering pizza. I really did miss it. I've made them at home but it's just not the same. So THANK YOU. read more

This Round Table pizza is always the best! I love this particular location because they have daily deals depending on the day which you can't find online. Theyre also very polite and they're family owned. I made a tradition where I always get round table for my birthday to buy for work and they never let me down. It's always a hit and the office goes crazy for it! I got: 1. Maui Zaui large with chicken instead of Ham: SO GOOD! The bacon is so crunchy and it goes so well with the sweet/tangy sauce. I am addicted to this pizza. Yes pineapples DO belong on pizza. 2. Custom Pepperoni, Sausage and garlic large pizza: I just randomly picked 3 toppings and it was SOOO good! Quality ingredients and they just somehow cook it perfectly. 3. Garlic cheese bread sticks: Again absolutely delicious. I've been to a few locations where it's overcooked and hard and dry. This place does it perfectly. It's super cheesy and soft. Was even good the next day. Overall, the service is excellent here. They have lots of seating and parking isn't difficult. Quality of the pizzas are excellent. Most of all though is they have location specific deals here that are a really good deal. They post it at the register. Definitely the best pizza deal in Marin. Will always get my pizza here. read more

Ill start with the last time I ate round table was 15 years ago. The reason for this was I moved out of California and where I was didn't have them. I have recently moved back and we deiced to try it out as I liked it in the past and was a regular customer. We got 2 medium pizza's, both pizzas the crust was undercooked, the amount of sauce was lacking to the point where I couldn't even taste the sauce. Best way to describe the experience was the pizza tasted like cheese on bread with some toppings. I paid $60 for 2 medium pizzas that I feel were worse quality than the bottom tier pizza places doesn't work for me. Goto Little Caesars, Dominos, or Pizza Hut. You'll save money and get a better pizza!!!!!! read more

I did a pick up order and the 8 cookies ($15) I ordered were not given to me. When I called the store they said I could come back in to get them but that they will not provide a refund for it. Stated store policy to not refund items that were not provided to the customer. Then the manager hung up on me. When I try to call back, they forward my call to voice mail! We order from here all the time and I am shocked this would be the behavior. Do I dispute with the credit card company or would the owner like to step in to make this right? read more

Best fast food pizza and it's not even close. The customer service is also amazing at this place.

I reluctantly went back to round table. The king Arthur's supreme is great. But the service sucks The delivery is terrible. takes forever and left my pizza out in the cold even though I told them specifically twice to call me. I won't go back again read more

If i could give zero stars, i would. Terrible. Pizza was an hour late. Delivered by door dash. Door dash blamed round table. Round table blamed door dash. Have been a customer for 30+ years. The food was cold, as if it had been sitting at round table for an hour. This is the last and final time we order from this store. read more

We love this Round Table! Nick is so kind and makes us feel so welcome every time we come in! The pizzas are always hot and perfectly done. Highly recommend! read more

Came here for a family dinner, and we were the only ones here on a weekend afternoon!! Economy? COVID-19? Who knows - but we had a good meal in almost private setting. We ordered the 12 BBQ wings (2 orders), side of Garlic Parmesan Twists, large Guinevere's (no tomatoes), large 1/2 BBQ chicken and 1/2 Zaui Maui, small cheese only pizza - and a salad! Have to look like we're eating healthy! LOL We found some tables to put together, and tried to wipe down one but the napkin came back black! Ughhh. Staff quickly wiped down all the tables we were going to use, but with all this virus stuff on people's minds it would be good to ensure that black colored tables are cleaned regularly, as it is hard to see any dirt and leftover foods. The food arrived quickly, first the twists, then the wings and then the pizzas. We needed another table to fit everything. The food was good, as we expect from Round Table, which is one of our top 3 pizza choices. The only error (other than dirty tables) was the small cheese was made in large size - a mistake to our benefit, so no complaint there! The server taking our order and running the food (and table cleaning duty as well!) was Andy, and he did a great job, even checking in on us during the meal to see how things were going. Overall a very enjoyable and tasty meal, and a good reason to come back soon. read more

You have to give a star, 1 star is to much. I have ordered from this establishment for 35 years, have always had good service, usually by delivery. Tonight's was awful. My delivery showed it should be here around 542, by 6 I was calling, no answer goes to voicemail. Hung up and tried again, still nothing. I opened the door at 615 to see if anyone was there, and there sat my pizza, on my front porch. I am pissed. Cold pizza, no knock on the door. I will never order from here again. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Never disappointed with a Round Table pizza. Nick made our stay even more pleasant. His establishment epitomizes a Round Table location. The best pizza in Marin County! Was so happy when I heard Round Table was opening up. The crust is amazing, so crisp and delicious. They don't skimp on toppings, so fresh and delicious. Delivery is incredibly fast, pizza was at my door in 34 minutes. DoorDash can also deliver. A large pizza with 4 different toppings is 33.95... hell yah!! This place is clean, but dark (as most RTP are) The staff was distracted, but friendly. The food was not great. The pasta I ordered was dry and didn't have any sausage. We were running late because it took forty minutes for them to heat up our pasta ... otherwise, I'd have asked for a refund. The salad bar left a lot to be desired. Round Table Pizza has one of the best pizzas in Marin County; HOWEVER, don't set foot into this restaurant, PLEASE. I came here today since I placed an order online for a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza was decent but NOT the customer service. When I showed up with my girlfriend by my side, we came to the front counter to pick up the pizza. Then we got plates, peppers, and cheese. I gave it to my girlfriend so she could place it on the table while I bought a drink and ranch. Our plan was to eat inside and sit down. She then went to the table to set down the pizza. While I was going to buy a fountain drink and ranches, but then the worker in the front made an uncomfortable comment about why I handed my girlfriend the pizza and how I should've carried it. She and I looked at each other with uncomfortable expressions. He proceeded to give me the fountain drink and then went to my girlfriend to give her the ranches. I wished the fountain drink filled up quicker since I saw how uncomfortable my girlfriend looked standing there by his side. Then I went to the cash register and asked how much it was going to cost. He then said the cost was me carrying the pizza for my girlfriend and me. I'm not sure if he was trying to make a joke or what he was trying to do. But, I need to say, it was one of the most awkward/uncomfortable situations we've both been in. I'd say to this Round Table to train your workers to speak to customers since this is no way to conduct business. I've never encountered this type of situation before and I'm at a loss for words. And to that worker, don't make other couples feel uncomfortable. I'm only writing this review since my girlfriend came to me after that encounter, saying how it made her feel uncomfortable/uneasy. These situations are reasons why women don't feel comfortable and would rather not set foot into certain establishments. With that said, I know how to treat my girlfriend and I know manners; there's a reason why she's with me. Just because one time I asked her if she could take the pizza to the table doesn't mean anything. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish with any of the stuff you spouted today; however, all I have to say to this is that you're making customers feel uncomfortable and you need to check yourself. And please learn social cues so you know when to stop speaking. read more

they just delivered the wrong pizza and an entire item missing from our order. disappointed!!

YUM!!!! Ok, so after years of ups and downs with new owners and change in management, I have got to say, they finally got the right combination. What ever is in the universe for our local round table on the MILE, this one is doing an awesome job!!! Pizza is fantastic, hot, cooked perfect and made and served in a timely fashion. Absolutely the worst experience!!! Ordered delivery tonight at 5:30 pm, said it would be delivered by 6:30pm, it arrived at 7:30pm stone cold!! This place is so inconsistent that it is frustrating! I love their garlic twists and when they are made right they are fantastic. There are some days however, where they over bake them and they are dry and frankly crap. Every time i ask for their red and ranch sauce to go with them and 20% of the time they give it to me but the other 80% it's all ranch. Please read the instructions and look at what the customer selected for their dipping choices EVERY TIME. One time I ordered delivery and was completely forgotten about. They did refund my money, which they should have but honestly forgetting to deliver an order is embarrassing. I wish this place was consistent with their cooking, following instructions and customer care... If they were this would easily be a 5 star review. read more

This location is immaculate! I believe this Round Table (RT) replaced some cafe that was here before, shares the same parking lot with Phyllis' Giant Burgers. This RT offers a great dinner buffet on Tuesdays. It's hard to get out of the office and enjoy the lunch buffet, so kudos to the person who thought of a dinner buffet on a week night ~ score! It's great for families, especially hangry teenagers. For $8.99 per person, it's the best pizza dinner buffet in town. Who doesn't love pizza? The guys working here are attentive and super hardworking. They cleanup immediately after each table leaves, and I watched them wipe down surfaces with new towels each time. The salad bar is amazingly FRESH! In addition to unlimited sodas, they also sell pitchers of beer and wine. Can't wait to come back every Tuesday night. I usually call for delivery when the family wants pizza. Great place to also watch the Giants game with two TV screens and plenty of front row seating! read more

Just got off the phone with a Zavian Lee (sp). Pretty sure he's an 18 year old child. I called because they didn't leave a receipt with my order and need it to expense and be paid back from work. He said "well you didn't say you needed it" when has anyone had to request a receipt for a pizza delivery? He said "well I don't know what you want me to do". Um, send me a receipt...maybe not be stoned at work, maybe not answer the phone with an attitude? He said "look I'm the one who made sure your order was correct, what more do you want?" A receipt...I would like a receipt! Either email it or fax it or text it...or own your mistake and send someone over here with it since I ordered delivery for a reason... read more

This place deserves zero stars. Went for lunch and the buffet was empty. The two employees were in the back fondling each other and never came out. Several customers walked by the buffet tables only to return to their table empty handed. After requesting a refund they finally brought out a single pizza, which was as disappointing as their service. Will not be returning. read more

Ordered online & the delivery was set for 4:15pm. Got a text near 4:15pm saying door dash would deliver around 4:50pm. I had to call & cancel the order because I had someplace to be at 5pm. Andy canceled the order & was completely understanding, giving me a full refund. So I know what you're thinking, why 5 stars? Because after I was done at my event I decided to swing by & do a take out order. Andy was there & as I pulled out my wallet he comped my meal for all the trouble. That's customer service you don't see often these days. The food was solid Round Table pizza which is damn good imo. read more

Order a pizza at 7:45 and was told it would be delivered under an hour. At 8:00 I called and asked where it was. We've had decent pizza and service here previously. HOWEVER, tonight was a total disaster. I called twice to place an order and both times it rolled straight into voicemail. I went online and placed the order. I got a confirmation it would be ready at 5:55 pm (roughly .30 minutes later). My DH went to pick it up at 6 pm. It's 6:20 and they are now just making the pizza. Only kids working and they blamed the online system for not working correctly. There are a lot better choices for good pizza...DON'T BOTHER coming here. The management obviously don't care!!! read more

I give this place four stars because the customer service was outstanding. I called in and ordered a pizza for me and my wife to eat as we watched Netflix, and the employee on the line (I believe his name was Jesus) was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. He thoroughly explained the ingredients and taste differences between the pizzas (the Guinevere's Garden Delight Pizza and the Montague's All-meat Marvel Pizza) that we were interested in, and we decided to settle for the latter, as the Marvel Avengers movie came out this week and we thought it would be clever to select this one. Jesus agreed with us on this. The pizza was excellent! Prompt delivery, and it was nice and cold (as I like it). I've came here several times since just to converse with the workers. Most of them are very nice. read more

Ok, I ordered a delivery for my construction crew, that was working a double shift. The young lady on the phone was fabulous. She took the order correctly, was friendly and engaging. After ordering, a $145 worth of pizza and soda, she did not tell me about a delivery charge, and that the driver wanted a tip...... I asked about the charge, and he said it was to cover his wage, so, I groused about the tip, and I knuckled under and gave him one....Even though he was a half hour later than he said he would be there.
