We have been ordering from pipeline for over a decade, and this was always our go to for delivery pizza. Last nights experience left me incredibly disappointed in what has become standard quality. The pizza took an hour to arrive, and was cold and hard. We asked for extra cheese and didn't even get a decent base layer, let alone the extra we paid for. Overall quantity of toppings has been reduced by 1/2 overall compared to previous experiences. Pipeline has gone from top of my list, to not even on the list. I'm not paying 40 bucks for the same quality I can get from a $5 frozen pizza. read more

We moved back to Spokane and we're really excited to have Pizza Pipeline again. We ordered a Sampler no peppers. Our email confirmation said that we ordered a sampler no peppers. We got a pizza that was half pineapple, half onion. None of the meat. We called to hopefully rectify the situation, just to be told that it was what we ordered. Sad. $32 wasted thanks. Quite disappointed of my last visit. I came in at 2:50 wanting to get a couple cheese slices with their by the slice price. I was told they didn't have any cheese just pepperoni. I asked if they were making more and I was told they weren't going to be making any more even though they don't end their lunch special until 4. When I asked why they wouldn't make more if their lunch special doesn't end until 4 and they rudely responded with because we don't want any left overs. Delivery takes a loooooong time. I have ordered delivery twice and it took 60-90 minutes both times. The pizza is ok, the cheesy breadsticks are not good- don't waste your money on them. The second time I ordered delivery they did not bring sauce for the not-so-good breadsticks or the other sauce I paid extra for. I ordered thin crust but it arrived on on original. I waited 75 minutes for the delivery. I like to support local business but not sure I will continue to support this one. Time to find a better slice of za. read more

Watch out they will not honor their 20% off when online ordering. The discount shows up on your recipes but is not actually factored in. When you tell the store about this they are unwilling to help and just refer you to corporate. read more

You know how there's those places u enjoy and then u stop going and forget why you stopped going and order again after a few years and it all comes back to you. Several years ago I actually loved this place. Then I started having an issue with pizza quality. There's so many pizza places out there that make amazing pizza I typically just stop going if it doesn't meet my expectations. Well I asked for a taco pizza with no lettuce. They put on what looks like extra lettuce, the incorrect tomatoes that typically come on this pizza and no sour cream. Not to mention the other ingredients seem lacking (I believe this pizza comes with extra cheese but yet you can barely taste it...maybe it just can't be tasted because if i threw my pizza across the wall it would likely leave a hole in my wall it's that hard). I spent a little extra then I normally do at pizza places here tonight and I'm regretting it. I won't be ordering from here again and if I forgot why I'll come back and read my review (lol). They get 2 stars though because the cheesy bread is amazing and the manager working attempted to make it right. I do remember really liking their sandwiches. I called to order two pizzas an bread sticks and was put on hold for a few minutes by Devon and then he got back on the line an kept saying hello then he said he's just going to cancel the order and hung up! I called again and some lady picked up and she was super nice but said the delivery driver didn't want to deliver to us but if we wanted to pick up that would be fine and then hung up because I said I couldn't drive I'm to toasted to drive! This was a late night order pizza thing. The guy on the phone was great, the delivery guy was great but the pizza was not what I expected. I ordered fresh garlic, tomatoes, onion, fresh basil and ham. The tomato was sit on top of the pizza uncooked, the crust was not crust like. Pizza Pipeline on 57th great pizza awful customer service. Ordered a pizza on 7/6/2019 pizza was not correct I called the store talked to manager Brandon he said he would make it right. He said I could call in with my phone number and we could get get a new one at a later date. Fast forward to today talked to supervisor Eric I told him what I was told and the date time and order number he refused to honor what his manager had told me. i have ordered from the 57th location regularly for a long time. I just ordered a thai peanut supreme and a half order of cinnamon sweet tricky sticks and the delivery boy was at my house with my food within 20 minutes, a sweet young boy who was very respectful and friendly. thank you ricky! the time before i ordered delievery the sweetest blonde girl got me my food fast and it was still hot, you guys have Great customer service and delicious food!! we love pizza pipeline! read more

This is worthy of a "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" rating when compared to the other delivery pizza places like Dominoes, Papa John's, etc. I'm pretty unadventurous when ordering from these kind of pizza places, leaving the fancy stuff for trips to restaurant-like pizza joints. Pipeline is very good at making your typical topping pizzas. So, I always go to them when I want a regular pie. Their "zesty edge" option makes the crust really stand out compared to others. I always pick my pizza up, so I can't speak to the delivery experience. I do recommend picking up from this Pipeline though, because it is a pretty fast process. Finally, this is not the place to eat your pizza. Other than a bench for those waiting for their order, there is no seating. It's a strictly delivery or take-out system. read more

I do like Pizza Pipeline! My second time ordering here was very seamless and it solved a major problem we had at my house. I'm not sure you've heard of it, but it is called "hangry". This situation occurs when people's blood sugar drops and they begin to panic. Granted, no one is going to starve to death, but if "mamma ain't happy, nobody is happy". So, you could think of Pizza Pipeline as more of a Pizza Lifeline. Their delivery minimum is $10. read more

Maybe it's just personal preference but I'm not sure what the reviews claiming the "pizza sucks" are talking about. Sure it's not like fancy artisan pizza if that is what you are looking for, but for take out fast food type of pizza, pipeline is my favorite in town. I think it's WAY better than the national chains (think Pizza Hut, dominos, ect) I appreciate the consistency at all there locations too. I usually go carryout because I'm impatient, but have gotten delivery on several occasions. There delivery is not what I would describe as fast, but it's not any slower than the other pizza places. Also the staff is so great, they have always gone out of there way to help me and answer questions. read more

Talk about going downhill fast. I used to love Pizza Pipeline. I have been buying their products since I was in high school back in 1994. I understand prices go up over time but yesterday I ordered their cinnamon sweet tricky sticks and was majorly disappointed with what I received. And what made it even worse is when I showed the employees the problem they didn't even seem to care and told me the portions are measured by weight so it's the same as it's always been. So why was only half the box full of bread sticks? On top of that, the frosting cups were cut to about 1/3 of their original size. Does frosting really cost that much? I bet the new fancy cups probably cost more than what they saved by giving me 1/3 as much frosting! Where did the quality go? The next thing that upset me was the price. What used to cost $2.99 (and still costs $2.99 or less at other pizza places) cost me $7.07 after tax! For what amounted to a personal pan sized amount of crust?!? Really? I can buy ingredients at retail prices and make ten times as much at home for that price. That's what I'm going to do in the future because Pizza Pipeline has finally lost me as a customer. The final thing that led me to give up on them completely is their website. I was going to email their corporate office to let them know about my problem and there is NOWHERE on their website to call or email (unless you're going to place an order - which I strongly recommend NOT to) read more
