I thought I would give Pizza Rita on Wall St a try after many years of not having it. It was my sister's favorite and would have it all the time. I ordered on-line, but found it tedious. I should of just old schooled and called. I knew they were good as there were about 5 delivery cars sitting in the lot (I guess they should of been on the road.. lol). When I walked in I noticed three computer screens with employees on the phone (again I should of called in). The young man at the counter was so friendly and found the employees super happy to be there and they were just pumping out the pizzas !! Another bonus... I got 2 free sodas with my medium pizzas !!! yaaa.. We got the medium Ritas Real pizza. The pizza was layered beautifully and with the good stuff. It was not greasy, but tasted wonderfully. No wonder my sister loved their pizzas so much. I thought the price was very reasonable for the taste and quality. Where I live on the west side, it would be $10 more. Happy pizza guy!! read more

This is how pizza used to taste when I was growing up. Can it be a littler greasy? Yes. But that is normal. I love the pizza sauce they use and it has the right amount of toppings. It is not bland or super fancy with wacky toppings like other local pizza places. It is actually okay priced as well. Not super cheap but not very expensive. Their sides are great too. Ordered the Garlic herb bread bites as a side and they where soft and tasted hreat. I always have the pizza delivered and it comes within a reasonable amount of time. The place is open later than other pizza places post pandemic when most local places close at 10 pm. They also have pizza by the slice until 4 pm if you stop in to get pizza. read more

I love Pizza Rita. I'm sure I've eaten there at least 100 times in my life lol I read some other reviews and I have to disagree with them, what I love about Pizza Rita is the consistency in their pizzas. I never have to worry about the food not tasting the same as last time, you know, the way I like it lol the interior is fine! I love seeing a pinball machine still alive and kicking lol and watching the employees making pizza. I can't say I've ever had a hair in my pizza or random utensil piece either which has happened at other pizza restaurants. The cheesy eights are amazing! I love that they have a different take on cheesy bread than anyone else. These things set them apart from all other pizza places. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm a local delivery driver. I delivered to the N Wall location last week and I wanted a slice of pizza. So I completed the delivery and asked for a signature and a slice. Not only was Ken super friendly, he gave me two slices for free since it was the end of their "slice time". He apologized for it not being super fresh, but to be perfectly honest, it was PHENOMENAL. So getting a free "welcome to the neighborhood" pizza and then a free 2 slices + soda when registering for their email subscription may have given me some bias but this is the best pizza I've ever had! This is our first time ordering from here and we can't believe how fantastic their pizza is!! We ordered two 5lb pizzas and they didn't skimp on the toppings or cheese!! At first glance it looks skimpy on toppings, but once you took a bite, every bite was filled with lots of assorted toppings. Usually im not a huge fan of regular crust but I have to say I really liked this pizza dough and crust. With 11 toppings I was also worried it was going to be too salty and it was just right. They used quality ingredients and cheese which you can taste. Along with friendly staff and a safe environment to pick up our pizza, this place is a definite must try if you have never eaten one of their pizzas!! We are now fans of Pizza Rita!! read more

I wanted to try something new for food during the football game, so I gave them a call. Customer service was great on the phone. They took my order and asked all of the right questions to make sure I ordered the best pizza for me. Delivery was exactly 40 minutes, as promised. The pizza was cooked well-done and tasted amazing. I want to start by saying that this establishment is no longer local and is based out of Yuma, AZ. Spokane's beloved pizza chain was bought out 4 months ago and it shows. You are better off ordering from a national chain for delivery than these guys. If you order online and the deal isn't applied to the food in your cart you will not be not be refunded the difference. Upon calling the store and asking the manager to apply the buy 2 get 1 free pizza coupon to the order we were told "NOPE". I'm not going to discuss the taste of the pizza or wings on this review. We live near this location and it was our Friday ritual to order a medium pie and pick it up for dinner. So last night on the 7/18 my wife picked up our Friday order on a Monday because we skipped last week and the pizza was not right. My wife called them this morning on 7/19 and found out that they are under new ownership and they changed all of their ingredients. As much as we want to support local business the pizza is just gross now and unfortunately we just can't go back and will have to find someone else to order from. New owner.... I am a long-time fan of Pizza Rita. The pizza is always fresh and delivered quickly! The crust is so tasty. It's hard to explain the goodness of it. It's sort of spongy? but also slightly crisp. LOVE! The only request I have is that the update their ingredients and sauce menu a bit to accommodate new pizza trends/options. I would love a garlic Parmesan sauce/"white sauce"! This place probably hasn't had renovation since it opened. The whole place is old, dated and dingy. Now I have been to old & dated pizza joints and I could live with that, but their pizza was actually good. The pizza is kind of airy and fluffy... sort of like Sicilian slices you get in NYC. Slices aren't that big and the selection of pizza that is available by the slice was pepperoni & Hawaiian when I ate there....(no plain slices?) I base this review on being born and raised in Queens NY and lived there for over 40 years. I have been to plenty of NYC pizza joints and this place would be closed within a few months if it was in NYC. Then again there aren't many choices out in this part of the country so I guess beggars can't be choosers.... anyone giving this place 5 stars needs to get out and explore other options in different parts of the country and then ask themselves if they can seriously give this place 4 or 5 stars. It was hot, cheesy, and it hit the spot for a grey, chilly day, but being from NY, I guess I just don't appreciate the Pizza Hut type crust. There's nothing special about it. I ordered a 5lb pizza and it didn't disappoint. A very good pizza, although not the highest quality. When you get a pizza here you don't really expect a Pizza Hut pie though. Unfortunately when I ordered the pizza I was told 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. I showed up 15 minutes after ordering and it hadn't yet been made. They had just been slammed with orders. They apologized profusely and gave me a drink while I waited. The were genuinely apologetic. No problem, I can wait. It was obvious they were busy which I figured was good for this local business. While sitting and waiting one of the drivers came back from a delivery and was asked to help make more pizzas. I was glad to hear the mgr tell this employee to be sure and wash up before he started. Love this place for a quick casual lunch. This is how I can bribe the kids to behave during our errands, promising hot fresh slices from Pizza Rita on the way home. Instead of ordering large slices and one soda it was cheaper to do their carryout deal, medium one topping and two sodas for $6.99. Only a 10-12 minute wait.
