The middle of the crust completely disintegrated, leaving half the pizza with only toppings and no crust underneath. After looking into it, I noticed other customers have experienced similar problems, which made the situation even more disappointing. I called the store and spoke with the manager to explain what had happened. She offered either a replacement pizza or credit for a future order. Since the pizza was already unusable, I asked for a refund and was told I would need to bring the pizza back to the store. When I arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue--she simply handed me the refund and the interaction ended. Between the quality issue with the pizzas and the lack of customer service, the experience was frustrating. The staff and management appear to need additional training. If you're looking for consistently good pizza and service, I would recommend trying Cascadia Pizza in town instead.

When we called to let them know, we were told they would add a $20 credit to our account to make up for the delay and the mix-up. Wanting to give them another chance, we tried ordering again--but when we called about the credit, they said no credit had been added at all. As repeat customers, this was extremely frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. The customer service we received after these mistakes was nowhere near what we expected. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this experience.
