I ordered two take-and-bake pizzas. When I started baking the first one, I noticed the center of the crust was extremely thin. I was able to salvage it enough to make it edible, but it was clearly not prepared properly. Unfortunately, the second pizza had a much bigger issue. The middle of the crust completely disintegrated, leaving half the pizza with only toppings and no crust underneath. After looking into it, I noticed other customers have experienced similar problems, which made the situation even more disappointing. I called the store and spoke with the manager to explain what had happened. She offered either a replacement pizza or credit for a future order. Since the pizza was already unusable, I asked for a refund and was told I would need to bring the pizza back to the store. When I arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue--she simply handed me the refund and the interaction ended. Between the quality issue with the pizzas and the lack of customer service, the experience was frustrating. The staff and management appear to need additional training. If you're looking for consistently good pizza and service, I would recommend trying Cascadia Pizza in town instead. read more

My parents and I have been eating here for years and have loved it. Recently we ordered two pizzas and breadsticks. When we got them home, only about 5 min away, the pizzas we almost completely raw. Couldn't even pull it out of the box without it falling apart. I called and they were going to give us new pizzas in the future to try. After trying to cook the pizzas more and eat them, we realized they were still very soggy and not edible. I called back and asked to just get the $54 refunded and they said to bring the pizzas back in to get the refund. this seemed completely unprofessional and unrealistic especially after trying to bake them longer to try to salvage them. We will not be going back ever again. Super disappointing. It used to be so tasty. read more

Every pizza is epic. Every time. The cheese is actual whole milk mozzarella, not gross "part skim" crap. It takes nothing like run of the mill pizza chain pizza, so if people want a standard cardboard crust with some gas station quality toppings, this isn't the place for you. Clearly people who review on here don't know what quality, real food tastes like. Please, spare us and move about 15 miles west. They'll love you over there. It's full of NPC's just like you. I have driven past for years, and now I totally regret never stopping. THE VERY BEST take n bake I have ever had. Crust is soft, yet has the chew to it. Ingredients are fresh and plentiful!!! So much cheese!!! And they have crustless for our keto and non gluten peeps. read more

Loved the combo but recently its been horrible. Yesterday there was a bratty teenager and she gave me a pizza that was burnt, half the toppings werent on there, it was squished in the box, and the shape of a football. Absolutely horrible. the service was crap. Never going there again and want that girl taught a lesson. read more

The picture on their website is not a picture of this restaurant. It is a little dive pizza and burger restaurant together in one building. We hoped to get a quick dinner after visiting Silverwood. This place is a fast food joint ran by a bunch of kids who are in no hurry to get your order out. We waited over 45 minutes. Once we finally got our pizza it was okay, nothing special. We ordered salads, which they forgot to give us, when we finally got them it was basically hamburger condiments put inside a plastic container, there were slices of American cheese on top of the salad that appeared to have been cut up with a dirty knife, brown stuff on the cheese. There was no way we could eat that. If you must order from here be prepared to wait, or call ahead. And don't even bother throwing your money away on the salad. Of note, I did get a delicious chocolate milk shake from the burger joint. read more

OMG, this is the BEST pizza ever and the salad was really good as well!! The staff was sooo friendly, courteous and provided excellent service. Met the owner Tara, who was so gracious and very helpful when I picked up and paid for my order. I am new in town and this is now my go to place for the absolute best pizza and I'm telling all my friends about them too. I hardly ever write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. I'm really happy I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews because my experience was extremely a favorable & positive one!! Highly recommend...you won't be disappointed! read more

We have tried this place several times and kept going back until recently and several bad experiences with their service and their pizza. They charge you extra for toppings but don't give you extra!!! Tara, the owner, was even there and saw that our pizza was lacking in the extra toppings. She said that we could come back anytime for another pizza free of charge. We took her up on it and that pizza was just okay. Recently we ordered two pizzas, sausage and mushroom with extra toppings, we were double charged on the toppings after the pizza was made without the extra toppings!!!!!!! To FIX the pizza they put the sausage, mushrooms and cheese on a pizza sheet in the oven and then scooped the cooked toppings on the already made pizza, put the pizza back in the oven and baked it some more causing the crust to burn! Unbelievable!! The second pizza we ordered was their Hawk. It's supposed to have artichokes, jalapeño bacon and chicken, I unfortunately didn't check that pizza but when I got it home there was almost no toppings on the pizza, definitely no chicken. We think their issues are the staff they hire. They are young people and don't take their pizza making serious. Well they should, this visit costed us $40 with, yes a tip! We will not being going back there again. We have given them several times to get it right! Even before the Coronivirus, so that is NO EXCUSE! read more
