People who came in after us got their food and left before we were even served. Our server kept checking on our food and apologized for how long it took. Also, it was extremely cold in the restaurant to the point of being miserable, especially sitting and waiting that long. When we walked outside, it was much warmer than inside and was only 62 degrees outside. People don't want to be miserably cold while enjoying a meal, or anticipating getting a meal. Several people went to get jackets out of their vehicles while we sat there. Like I said, once we got our food, it was great but the wait was absolutely ridiculous.
