This place is hit or miss. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a build your own pizza, and it arrived cooked perfectly, loaded with all of the options I had asked for. This week I ordered the same pizza. They mistakenly left off the chicken, and the pizza was grossly over cooked, which was a huge turn off. I did complain on the phone to the manager, and received a compensatory credit. I'm just not sure that I really want to take a chance on ordering another pizza from these people. read more

Ate that the Sandpoint Dominos a year ago and bit into broken plastic shards. Tried to complain back then only to be treated like I was a liar so I just decided not to go back. A year later, I decided to give them another go. Ordered pizzas for delivery (a $100 bill and $20 tip) and both the manager and the delivery person were extremely unprofessional and condescending about my drop off location at the time of delivery (it was to a certain building at an address with several buildings). If it was an issue, they should have called sooner and politely explained the situation instead of ranting about it at the time of delivery when I was engaged in a meeting and could not solve their problem for them. I had ordered an hour in advance of delivery and given clear directions, so they had time to contact me and behave professionally. Terrible customer service. The manager "Amber" then called me a third time, while I'm still in the meeting and left me a two minute message going on and on about how and why they can't deliver to my location any more and that they are "noting that on my profile". I won't give them my business again. read more

The pizzas are always lousy but I love their sandwiches ( when the bread isn't burned) and their pasta... last 2 times ordering pasta and sandwiches were real good!!! But I'd never order pizza from them. read more

Absolutely the worst owner ever. I usually don't complain.even after one order took 90 minutes to be delivered because the driver had to pick up their kid. Today I will complain. Advised them to honk at gate. They claimed no one came to gate. 3 kids on the deck waiting for pizza. Never heard them . Me staying 10 feet from gate , never heard them. They usually cannot find the house. Maybe they went to the wrong one again. Called and talked to Darren Yea the owner totally ass hat. Hung up on me I work graveyard. Don't wake me up to be an ass hat. Just give my kids the pizza they ordered. Most of the time they are great this time not so much. read more

Terrible Customer Service! No respect! No compensation for their mistakes! Ended up paying more than expected. I never complain, but I do not appreciate being scammed. Ordered pizza online for delivery, took my credit card, said pizza was going to be delivered in 15 minutes. 5 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, they called and said they were not sending drivers that way. So, I had to drive in and pick it up. Since it was on my credit card, I only grabbed cash to leave a nice tip. I handed the guy a 50 and said just give me 40 back and you keep 10 for tip. I got almost home, and they called and said I didn't pay enough for my pizza and needed to come back. I explained I paid with credit card and the 10 dollars was for a tip, the girl said "oh I guess the card didn't go through earlier" But they made the pizza after credit card went through???? So I drove all the way back. They said that they put 7 dollars towards a tip and I still owed $20!!! That would be $27.00, The pizza was only $23. I at this point said, no, I do not want to leave a tip now, I gave $10.00 cash as a tip, The pizza was 23.00, and they did offer it at 21.00, They said they could not give a tip back because it was already in the jar.???? So they said I owed 20 more dollars!?? I should have only owed them $11.00. I was not happy, gave them the $20 knowing I was being ripped off and the worst part was as I walked out they shouted insinuations as to so glad to see you leave and was really unprofessional and absurd! It amazes me, I have been here my whole life, I have been going to that pizza place forever and never have I seen such poor customer service and lack of respect!! Poor customer service!!!! Person in particular a female named Sara identified herself as one of the managers on shift tonight Hard for me to fathom how someone with piss poor human relation skills made it to manager hung up on me after refusing to let me speak to the person I was told to call and ask for regarding a credit for a pizza. She was quite rude the second call and flat out said no I will not let you speak to the other manager. This girl doesn't deserve a job putting out dogfood at a kennel. Not quite sure what her vehement tone was about or her beligerant attitude. So now I won't stop complaining all the way to corporate and everywhere in between hopefully with enough complaints she will be fired, saving customers from the hassles this girl created. read more

Absolutely unacceptable. Order 2 pizzas at 5:50pm. Were told 30 minutes for delivery. After 2 calls it took 1 hour 45 minutes for our pizzas to be delivered at 7:35pm. Cold. UNACCEPTABLE! read more

been getting pizza there for as long as I can remember. Ordered tomato's. I've always gotten them on the side as don't like "cooked" tomato's on pizza. They said it was against company rules to give out fresh tomato's; had to be cooked. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I guess they don't stand for- having it your way? read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered 6 pizzas for our baseball team during a break from a game and not only did they Lose out order but when I was extremely disappointed he told me the (manager or owner ) whatever he was said he was not sorry for the error. We have waited almost an entire yr to order once again from this store and should have never bothered. After a very untrained delivery driver answered my call, I was placing my order and was specifying an extra cinnamon and butter dose on the 2 orders of knots , he was very flustered and in a hurry to get me off the phone to get to delivering his already bagged pizzas,politely told me theres no where on the computer to add the things i wanted but he might be able to get it conveyed to the makers.......but he couldnt say for sure cuz they were very busy and he was the only counter person there at the moment and no one to help......so rather than waste his time any longer or inconvenience him by holding him hostage to the phone that he was complaining about being tied to while also delivery driver , i just told him i will call pizza hut!!! They got it right with the extra cinnamon,butter and sugar to boot!..thanks anyway dominos, but i cant see us ever doing any more ordering from you! read more

Ryder's positive attitude and personality alone makes me never want to get pizza from anywhere else. His customer service skills are possibly the best I have ever experienced. I am NEVER ordering from Rathdrum Dominos EVER again. The delivery driver didn't even care to look at the address we put and decided to drop our order off at the local bar and left it to the staff at the bar to get it to us. Once we picked up our order the whole thing was wrong. Waste of money... where's the manager?? read more

We order from Domino's almost weekly. Up until tonight, we've never experienced any sort of issue. Tonight, they brought our order, and upon opening the box, we realized that there was a mistake in the order. We had Parmesan bread bites with a side of marinara. The marinara was forgotten (no big deal - they're delicious even alone). We'd also ordered a deluxe pizza with added ham and olives, and we received just a ham and olive pizza. Again, not a big deal, we could've survived with it - after all, it's pizza. Pizza is always good. I called the store anyway, just to let them know (mainly just as a heads up to triple check orders). We aren't picky enough to have thrown a fit, but I know there's people that order one thing and one thing only, and if it's not right, there's words to be said! Not only did he (I spoke with Marcus) profusely apologize for the incorrect pie, he had the cooks begin working on a remake! I wasn't expecting anything at all out of it, just wanted to let them know that a mistake was made, so as a precaution for others. The way he handled everything was so professional, and I truly appreciate going out of the way to make our pizza again at no charge, and offering extra sides of marinara. After having a rough time getting the pizza I wanted at a nearby store, I called this Dominos. They do not have the margarita pizza on their menu if I wanted, but they did their absolute best to make it as close as they could. Sometimes effort and attitude is worth everything. read more

tonight i ordered a pizza and it said it got delivered, when i in fact did not get my pizza. so i went into the store and there was only one delivery driver doing 7 deliveries and one girl taking care of all of the angry customers that have come in just like me. 2 people running possibly the busiest pizza joint in rathdrum. this girl (i never got her name) is absolutely amazing, she is so lighthearted and understanding, very calm in this situation and i give her so many props. stupid people need to get out of fairy-tale land and get a job. We order almost weekly, sometimes carry out and sometimes delivery, always fast and friendly and made just the way we like, we would recommend greatly!!! Very satisfied with service and delivery and price! They also tell us of the specials so sometimes its cheaper than we thought it was going to be. Love dominos crust its delicious! read more

Their pizza is so salty, it's almost inedible. Not sure if it's the crust or the cheese, but it's terrible.

I placed an order for a small cheese pizza via Domino's site. Arrived at the Rathdrum store and see that they have a medium cheese for $2.00 less than the one I ordered. I asked if I could just pay $3.99 for the small instead of $5.99 and the lady said "No." Well, while I think Domino's pizza is quite tasty and efficient, the lack of flexibility and willingness to do the logical thing is enough to have me going to another establishment. Perhaps this a "computer" thing where the register will come up short at the end of the day? Maybe, but she could have thrown in some free breadsticks to compensate. Not returning. read more
