So as I said in my review of the N Wall location, we ordered Pizza Rita last night for dinner. We ordered from this location since it was closer to the house. We were NOT disappointed. It was SO flavorful and the crust was just as crispy and buttery as the first time. The stuffed garlic bread was DELICIOUS. And the guys in store were phenomenal. It reminds me of Pizza Hut with less artificial flavor and a different name. I've worked in two pizza places, one being Pizza Hut, the other, a top end brewery and pizza place; all I can say, there's a difference... It's in the dough and the oil they use in it, that's all. We got the special deal with a medium pie with one topping and the cheesy bread, and it was all delicious. We're picky about our pizza because we're from New Jersey but this was fresh and tasty. Man, I really wanna give these guys five stars, but the inconsistency of them is diabolical. One minute I'm eating the best pizza known to man, and the next minute I have toddlers making my pizza. When I asked him why there was only mushrooms on half my pizza, he asked me if I wanted him to remake it. I said no. The whole point of pre-ordering a pizza so I don't have to sit here and wait for it when I'm in a hurry. He offered no other compensation and I paid full price for my pizza and did not tip which is not like me, but I am not thrilled with the management or leadership of this restaurant. If you do something wrong, you should make it right, and that should not be me waiting another 15 minutes for you to get my pizza right when it should've been made right in the first place. I love this pizza when it's made right, but I highly doubt I will be coming here very often due to the inconsistency in the quality of my pizza that quite frankly is not very cheap. Ordered two medium two-topping pizzas from the Spokane Valley location: one typical and one gluten free. We requested delivery to the La Quinta Hotel on Sullivan. Ordering by phone was easy and delivery was good. My wife liked her gf pizza saying it was better than the gf pizza from MOD (which she likes very much). For me, the pizza was tasty enough however I like the sauce to have more presence. It was there but I could hardly taste it. We took advantage of the discount for ordering more than one pizza which made the total bill less than $40 (gf pizza is not cheap). We will have no problem ordering again when in Spokane. read more

Pizza Rita won our business a few years back when, after a snafu with a credit card company meant we were overcharged, the owner came to our home and offered us not only the solution to the problem, but a stack of their pizza bucks, and his sincere apology. Now that is customer service! I'm especially impressed with their consistently tasty gluten-free pizza. The key word is "spongy" Their dough is not like any others. 2. I've been living in Spokane for the past 5 years and for three years part of my job was driving daily. Now, for the past year and a half I've lived off monroe and pass pizza rita daily. I can tell you for certain their 2 pizza slices and a pop special has increased in price 3 times... At least. Their points deal increased by 5 a couple of years ago. In other words It took 15 points (you can find 1 point for every whole pizza you buy) to get a medium pizza now it takes 20. I got really sick after eating their food, and called to talk to a manager at the store. Spending time in the ER w food poisoning is not my idea of fun. The manager then gave me the owners number, and didn't really seem that interested to address the concern that I had. So I called the owner and left a voicemail. He promptly called me back which was awesome. It was under 5 minutes. He was polite. Asked me what store that I ordered from, and when I told him, he said that he ordered the same thing and was fine. I got an apology, and he said he would put some Rita bucks in the mail for me tomorrow, but it was a passive aggressive apology. I can tell you right now in this moment that pizza is not really sounding too good lol. Maybe he was having a bad day. Who knows. This whole experience just seemed sort of off to me. As a consumer that has less than satisfactory service, I want a heartfelt apology for any shortcomings that I experience. I don't need to hear that you ate the same thing and didn't get sick. Believe me when I say that I would have gladly swapped places with you. You could have left the whole " I ate the same thing " spiel and it would have been perfect. When ordering food, or patronizing any place that I do, bad customer service will lose my business faster than bad products. Maybe I will spend the Rita bucks and choose something other than pizza. If I get these Rita bucks I will come update my review and change its score because follow through is just as important as good customer service. read more

Customer service was fabulous! They gave us a great deal we didn't even know about. For 5 people to eat we spent less than we did earlier at Burger King. The pizza was so very good. The crust was thick and crisp and better than most pizza places. There's not a ton of dine in space as I think they do mostly take out and delivery, but they were very accommodating. EXCELLENT! It's been a rough last few days and honestly Pizza Rita was the pick me up I needed. Staying at a hotel, got into town kinda late. Another guest came up to ask the front desk when I was checking in what pizza joint that delivers a local would recommend. Without hesitation the guy at the desk suggested Pizza Rita. I went to my room, browsed my limited delivery options on yelp at nearly 9:30 on a Monday night. Pictures looked good, I liked how the owner seemed to respond to many of the reviews both good and bad. I work in a customer service oriented workplace and liked to see that. Anyway, whoever took my order was polite, friendly and patient. He estimated it'd be about 40 minutes. I hung up, set a timer and the delivery guy knocked on my door 5 minutes early. He apologized for being late, wore a mask and was also super polite. Even though my order was towards closing time for Pizza Rita everything was hot, tasted fresh and was just downright GOOD. Pizza dough was soft, fluffy and not overly heavy. Sometimes I prefer a pizza with loads of cheese, this was not it, but was covered with toppings, not overly greasy and cooked perfectly. The wings were j great, cooked throughout, and had just a small bite. The real MVP is whoever turned the 8 piece into a 10. The berry turnover, oh man, I'm going to be sad when I get a craving for this as I live about 4 hours away from Spokane. Delicious, thank you!! read more

I have ordered pizzas from this location and the Wall location, and I can vouch that they are consistent in flavor and appearance; something that other businesses with multiple locations struggle with. For this location, I have ordered pizzas for delivery and take out, both of which have been great experiences. Take out orders I have placed have been ready faster than the time they quoted me, which meant less time waiting in the parking lot, which is awesome! For delivery pizza, Pizza Rita is the best. Not only are the toppings generous, the sauce is delicious. The dough is fluffy, and crunchy in all the right places. This particular location is fast when it comes to delivery and the staff have been very friendly on the phone when taking my order. I am not sure what kind of magic they have, but they also seem to remember the pizza I normally order! Amazing! Another great feature is that they accept competitor coupons, which is just awesome! Stopped in on the way home after having seen reviews and thought I would give it a try. I walked in and asked for a price on a Pizza. I was immediately asked for my phone number, name and address as I was told the computer won't let him quote without this info. My instincts right then and there were to walk out but, I'm new here having just moved to Spokane and I thought I would hold back and play ball. After giving the guy at the register my name, phone number and address, I was promptly told it was $23.99 with tax and delivery. I asked again how much the Pizza was before tax and delivery To which I was told $15.99 for a two topping Pizza. Ok, I paid up and held the tip for when delivery would arrive. After I get home, the delivery shows up and I'm told the counter guy isn't to bright and they had one they could have put in the oven for me while I was there. Ok, not a crime but it's getting disappointing. Then I bring the food in, open it up, can get the pizza apart without recutting it. Again, not a crime. I sit down and eat some. Now I'm thoroughly disappointed. The food just didn't taste good sorry. By that point with what ever you want to call the service, incompetent or ridiculous... it didn't taste good. So, I'm throwing it away and ordering somewhere else. They can keep the $23.99. The review is disappointing and if they care, I suppose they can contact me. read more

Had a bad experience with Pizza Rita last year and decided to order from there again after receiving a response and an offer from management there about my lackluster review. I never took advantage of their offer because I want to stay impartial, so I ordered after a "cooling down" period.
