The 'Fairview' was a must order and a huge hit. It used a heavy cream base and a house cheese blend. The toppings were house back bacon, gorgonzola sprinkles and pears...yes pears, which made this sucker pop! We also ordered a Lacrosse pizza- olive oil, fresh mozz, red peppers, italian sausage, pecorino and basil. This pizza was really light but packed a flavor punch as well. They have many other specialty pizzas on their menu that also sound amazing, ranging from yellow curry based to ones with snap peas, fried eggs, carrots and more. If artisan pizzas aren't your jam, they have sandwiches, salads, stews and more. To answer my original question...this place is the 2000s Goat...or very close to GOAT. At that moment I wish I had ordered the side salad instead, as my friend's looked mouthwatering and my mouth needed watering; LOL. Anyway, the burger and fries, with water came to almost $25, with tip. I had been there once before, but I couldn't remember what I had; it was that memorable. I hate McDonald's and have not been there in about a decade, but I would have gladly eaten a double quarter pounder, with cheese, and some fries over this overpriced cotton mouth special. BEST PIZZA EVER! I have been going to pizza Rita ever since I was a little girl in elementary school with my family to get some slices for lunch. Their food is so delicious! their service is even better. I have been bringing my two children there ever since they were born and I came back to Spokane. Now five years later and whenever I come in they would know my boys by name and my son gets a huge grin on his face and they ask him how was day of thing going. Pizza Rita has become like extended family for me and my boys my son even tells me that when he grows up he wants to make pizzas at Pizza Rita if you have not been here before I highly recommend you go now! It is delicious and the service is the best I've ever gotten! One other bonus? It's locally owned, and knowing the employees as well as I do, I know he sincerely cares about all of them, his customers even more so. The owner himself takes part in elementary school field trips to his store to let the kiddos go through the entire pizza making process, even the dough, and helps them make their own mini pizzas. How awesome is that? He takes part in nearly all the local events, he is just an all around amazing person, we need more local owners like him! Come show some support for all he does to help keep the sense of community alive, and get some AMAZING pizza as a bonus! read more

My friend used to get it every Saturday for years and I loved it back then, so I figured I'd try it and ordered a Med pepperoni delivery from here for the first time. Well I'm 95% positive that they stopped at Pizza Hut and picked up one of those cheap grab and go pizzas, because it looked, tasted, and smelled EXACTLY like it. It's a possibility the person making the recipe for the pizzas used to work at Pizza Hut as well, but the crust at the very least was IDENTICAL. I've eaten a lot of Pizza Hut, and I don't like it anymore probably for that reason. If I wanted Pizza Hut I would have ordered Pizza Hut, but the Hut sucks. I went online to see if If I could get a refund, and noticed there are new owners now which would explain why it wasn't the same. (Which is fine, except they should change the name, it's very deceitful.) Well I'd like a refund because of obvious reasons, but the owner seems very persistent about CALLING to make it right, which makes me think he's not a fan of e-mail. But I have a minor disability that makes it very hard for me to do phone calls. So I'm hoping I'll get a response to this like all the others and can work it out via email instead of via phone. First bombshell: My friend was hit by a Pizza Rita delivery driver on December 24th. The woman, Lacy, was charged by the SPD officer with a DUI as we were standing by my friend's rig. SHE HAD HER CHILDREN IN THAT CAR. It was explained to us by the officer that she claimed she was not on the clock but that they will be investigating this. The second bombshell: The Pizza Rita delivery driver Lacy DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE. Final bombshell: I accompanied my friend to the business to report the driver to her boss later that same afternoon. When we walked in, THE SAME DRUNK, UNINSURED WOMAN WAS WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER. At this point, we will be filing against Pizza Rita and have informed the police, the news stations have all been sent an email as well and an attorney has been obtained because of this. I am an older woman, not online savvy. I apologize that I did not have a "Yelp Profile". I have just now created one and hope that my review will be please allowed. First, and most important. The pizza here is really good. We ordered two different pizzas, the Boise and the orofino, and both were absolutely delicious. They were cooked well, the toppings all worked well together, absolutely no complaints. Something else that you need to know is that this is just a food truck outside the Post Falls brewing company. So you can buy your pizza and then go and sit in the brewing company, or you can take it home. Now why would this normally be a four star review? Well, first, it is a little pricey. I understand they're making custom pizzas for order. But at the end of the day, it is just pizza. And don't get me wrong I love pizza, but Pizza is not an incredibly expensive food to make. The second thing is there's limited parking in the lot for the brewing company and so you have to park on the street and it can be difficult to find parking on the street depending on how busy it is. The last thing, and it might just be an off day, but the lady that helped us was not the friendliest person I've ever dealt with. Also, I understand it's a small business, but with the pizzas as expensive as they are I shouldn't have to pay an extra 50 cents for a to-go box. So why is this a five star review and not a four star review? Well, because it's a small business and I want to support small businesses. But also, I think this is a really clever idea and I really appreciate what they're doing here in terms of celebrating Idaho specifically but also different kinds of options for pizza. So I would definitely check this place out absolutely well worth it.
