Designed for take out only . Pizza was overall good but wanted a sit down establishment . Ended up using brew pub patio next door as a place to eat our pizza . No ambiance and no service. read more

Guys, you lost me tonight. First I call in for delivery, got put on hold couple times, and by the end of the call I've now missed your deadline for delivery. So I drive in to pick it up and you're charging me almost $30 for a small pie that you've cleverly disguised as "large". And NOBODY in the store could have cared less -- literally walking away while I was still talking. Worst part after all that, the pizza was lukewarm and flavor was boring. read more

Pizza was plenty and very tasty. Unfortunately I couldn't finish it all by myself but was glad to savor for midnight snack read more

I visited this place for the first time on Pi Day (3.14), which felt like the perfect day to try some pizza! My pregnant girlfriend and daughter were craving it, so I caved--and I'm glad I did. We recently moved to WA from LA and have been searching for a good pizza spot, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered online (because, come on, it's modern times), and while their online ordering system might be a bit tricky for those who aren't tech-savvy, I had no issues. I placed my order at 4:05 PM, and despite how busy they were, my food was ready in about 20-30 minutes--totally reasonable, especially on Pi Day! When I arrived, I was impressed by how efficiently the team was working. There were two or three chefs making pizzas non-stop, three drivers hustling to deliver orders, and a young man handling calls and keeping everything running smoothly. As someone who works in a fast-paced law firm, I recognize hard work when I see it, and this crew was on point! Now, the most important part--the food! We got buffalo wings, cheesy bread, and a large supreme pizza for about $65. Worth every penny. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and a hit with the whole family. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Great service, great food, and a hardworking team. We'll definitely be coming back! 8.5/10. read more

They have really tasty pizza! Fresh ingredients every time. However, each time I pick up from the Otis Orchards location, there are at least 1-2 employees with very long hair not pulled back at all. They are making pizzas. That is really unprofessional and is not cleanly while preparing food. How is this allowed???!!! read more

Amazing customer service!!! We had a big order and they delivered!! They were soo accommodating!!

Their service is top notch! Greeted by a friendly cashier as soon as I walked in. Ordered online and pizza was ready when quoted, even on a busy Friday night. The parking lot can be challenging if the brewery next door is busy. read more

Love their pizza & especially their super loaded vegetarian pizza & monkey bread for next am bfast.

Love RCP and the Philly Cheese Steak. Always get great service from Jay & her crew at Prairie location.

Damn good pizza, we were staying in town and the menu caught my eye. Great flavors I wish they were in my hometown. The Cuban pizza was incredible and a big surprise it tasted like a Cuban sandwich. I was surprised by the peach pizza, it was amazingly good. They have great dough and they delivered on time. I would eat here all the time if I could. read more

Took a star off because the boneless wings are a little weak but everything else is great. Mozz sticks have a lot of cheese. The breadsticks are warm, soft, and delectable. Seasoned well too. Not too salty and not bland. We get the veggie pizza with pepperoni and it never disappoints! Pro tip: get the bottle of ranch vs the cups. A buck for the cups of 4 bucks for a whole bottle. Totally worth it. read more

Underwhelming and overpriced but good flavors. We tried to call in our order but no one picked up, so we placed the order online for pick up. We got two 'medium' sized pizzas. One was pepperoni thick crust (which we paid extra for), and one was a custom thin crust. We paid over $50 for these two pizzas that were as small as personal sized ones. The thick crust pizza was on as thin of crust as the custom pizza, and it didn't have that much pepperoni on it. My husband was still hungry after eating his (and we are pretty small people!). It tasted good, but if you order, size up and make sure you get what you pay for. A lot of dough for a little (pizza) dough. read more

Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza asked for no onions came with onions on it, also ordered a Stromboli, had very little toppings and was burnt. Lastly we ordered some bbq chicken tator tots and they were also burnt. Was told delivery would take about 30 minutes and it was more like 50 - 55 minutes. Very disappointed. read more

Family dinner crunch time with a hungry toddler and parents getting off late. What to do? Rang up River City Pizza in the Spokane Valley (next to Genus Brewing) and had a large combo in the car, hot and on the way home in 20 mins. Staff was enthusiastic and friendly and made the experience that more enjoyable. read more

Their online site is subpar to say the least. They delivered the pizza and it was just as disappointing as the online site was. There were 3 pieces on one of the medium pizzas that had 2 bites of ingredients on them, the 3 pieces were mostly bare! It's so disappointing. read more

River City Pizza - Bare pizza accept for the tip. - Pizza Near Me - Spokane Valley, Washington

Certainly not award winning pizza, but honestly, pretty darned good utility pie. Granted, we dined in their outside seating area they share with a local brewmaster joint, so I cannot whine like (some) others who have had issues with delivery. Hot, fresh, and gobs of glorious fromage thank you. One nice young gal was running the entire ops, and she sure did great. The kitchen area was very clean. Prices were commensurate with other pizza joints. The big win here--as others have mentioned--is the co-location with the brewhouse. Okay....let's all do the math: hot pizza -- fresh craft beer. Rinse and repeat, Cochise... read more

Easy pickup and great food! My son said "best pizza ever!" The gluten free crust was amazing. Will go again.

The pizza was surprisingly really well done. The delivery was fast, like they stated on their site. The only issue that took a star off was the actual site itself. Ordering online was pretty awful. The ordering site needs updated and reworked. Great otherwise though. read more

UPDATE: After giving this place a another shot, it's absolutely evident how incompetent the owners are with training their teen employees. Every single visit here has been met with an issue: Brown lettuce, wrong orders, and today, an order that was called-in and not made for the specified time. I don't blame the employees because they are young, and this comes from training and management. But this a completely incompetent establishment that can't even get a pizza order correctly. Ultimately, our fault for coming back. Never again. read more

This place was recommended to us by several people, so we figured we would give it a try. The recommendations did not fail, the pizza was great. We stopped in, places out order, the guy who took our told us it would be about 15 minutes, sure enough, they were hot and ready right on time. We ordered a few small pizza's, so we could try some different types of pizza that we aren't accustomed to back home, and their loaded cheesy bread. We ordered a John's pizza, minus the green olives, an original combo, and a steak and potato, again, minus the green olives. High marks on all 3 pizzas, and the loaded cheesy bread is a must order. I will definitely be ordering from here the next time we are back this direction. read more

Ordered for delivery. Insanely expensive. a 12" pizza and sauce is around $13 and it goes up fast from there. Thick crust + mozzarella + 3 toppings on one and normal crust + mozzarella and 1 topping on half the pizza plus 10 bread sticks was $39. Quality is alright. A small step over bad national chain pizzas. Nothing special at all. Bread sticks were very plain and they forgot the sauce. Was going to order hot wings but those were stupidly expensive. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

On a Saturday afternoon we had great service calling in our order for two house pizza's. Cheerful on the phone and in person.

Wings cold and dry, pizza crust undercooked, customer service poor. Would not recomend.

River City Pizza is conveniently located next to a brewing and supply shop. You can place your order, walk over to the brewery, sit out on the brewery patio, and wait for River City Pizza to bring your order. This is a simple, yet genius concept and it makes me wonder why more restaurants and breweries don't collaborate more like this. Another nice thing is that River City Pizza cheaper than most pizza shops. Unfortunately, the pizza did not meet my high standards. I understand that my standards are high. When I was a child, a Domino's pizza was a great option for any birthday party. Now that I'm older, that kind of pizza is no longer worth it to me. If I'm going to eat unhealthy food, it better taste great. When I ate River City Pizza, the dough was reminiscent of Domino's style dough. Without mentioning anything to my wife, she said that same thing. It was light, white, and spongy. I'm sure there is a demographic of pizza lover out there that likes this type of dough, but it was not for us. read more

Finally got to try this place last night. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the food was outstanding.
