We were charged regular price for both once we looked at the receipt when we sat down. The ambiance is a pizza joint with a game room. The food was very good but very expensive for what you get. I've been living in Deer Park Washington for over 25 years and Pizza Factory is probably the most popular Pizza parlor in town. It opened in 1995. Owned by Joe and Sandy O'Hagan. And the new owner took over and the recipe hasn't changed a bit. The Pizza always been really good. I would say that Pizza Factory is better than Domino's Pizza in my opinion. My ultimate favorite Pizza is the Hawaiian pizza the service is is great I love the atmosphere. My parents used to go here every Halloween party a lot of memories. First off, I would like to say that this is my favorite place to get a pizza. They're very generous with their toppings, and I love the sauce! It's a very chill atmosphere and a great place to bring kids. However, it does take quite a bit for you to get your pizza or breadsticks (which are delicious) last time we waited 42 minutes. I've tried this pizza place a few times and am super bummed it's so bad. Sub-par ingredients, a bunch of unsupervised kids running the place, slow, sloppy, dirty. The place needs an investment in atmosphere. I doubt I'll try again. I hate Domino's and Pizza Hut closed but this place is horrible. Just walked in to place a carry-out order. My cousin and I drove over 30 miles from Spokane to get here. One of the employees behind the counter started to ring up our order - (1) XL Pepp, (1) LG Breadsticks, and (1) order of twisted stix. She walked over to whom I believe to be the manager and/or chef/cook for an estimated waiting time. The manager/chef started shouting at the employee (taking our order) stating they couldn't fucking handle this anymore and threatened to quit and walk out. It was incredibly unprofessional to witness. The employee taking our order (perfectly poised and professional) came back over to us and stated it would be a 35-45 min wait and that is IF the chef was willing to prepare it between orders. Now, I like to think I'm fairly reasonable and don't mind a wait time - especially since we drove all this way out here. However, if the chef doesn't even know if she can make our order at all? Because she doesn't feel like it? I know we all have bad days but goddam. Completely unprofessional chef. Your customers don't deserve the disrespectful atmosphere. I did not eat in so the review is on the pie itself. Pros: A lot of topping, except for the cheese. The crest is average to below average. Even though to toppings were plentiful and of good quality, the crust and lack of cheese was disappointing. For the price, expensive, I would expect more balance than just a lot if topping. Stopped into Pizza Factory for a quick lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, quality, and value of their lunch buffet. Fresh salad with a lot of topping selections, hot and delicious pizza, and very fast and friendly service. Beer on tap as well as in the bottle and small bottles of wine are available. She was berating her employee for not stocking the salad bar, but it looked well-stocked to me. Regardless, if she needs to correct their work, she shouldn't do it in front of customers. When it was figured out they screwed up the order(sent bread sticks rather then a gluten free pizza) immediately called them to correct the order. Was told they could credit the credit card rather then drive an hour to get a new pizza.
