My son was playing in the provided toy area when he suddenly picked up a dead mouse right where he was playing.When we brought this serious health hazard to the staff's attention, they were dismissive, rude, and made excuses instead of taking accountability.Parents, please check the play area thoroughly and ensure your children wash their hands before and after eating. This is a major hygiene risk. Management seriously needs to address both their pest control and customer service. read more

We ordered the pepperoni and Alli style. Both were very good, but the pepperoni was delicious. The waitress, Heather was very friendly and very attentive. Pizza came out quick and hot. Beer was nice and cold too. Definitely will be back. read more

This restaurant used to be one of my family's favorites. For the last six or seven years, it was owned by two sisters who cared deeply about its customers and its employees, and the vibe & food were always excellent. It has new owners and the place is going downhill quickly. Wait times on food are outrageous, and our favorite servers have quit. The new owners seem to be dismissive and rude. Not sure if there have been staff changes or if recipes have changed. A group of 8 of us had dine in calzones and pizza on Friday night (not our choice). Our server was great, very accommodating. Unfortunately you could see the calzones had changed, regardless of which kind was ordered. They were about 2" tall and didn't even have sauce in them. They weren't golden brown", they were undercooked but served anyway.. The pizza was fine but even it needed sauce. So disappointing. read more

What a gem this place is. My folks live near by and we are always looking for a quick escape for good food or good takeout. We love both the pizza's and the pasta. We love this neighborhood bar & restaurant! Family favorites include the Big Kahuna pizza, beer bites, garlic cheese bread and the Cobb Salad (best in town). In the summer, you have to try the Peach Perfect pizza and summer salad. So good!! Let's not forget live music on the patio!! They have a great happy hour menu too. When we picked up the pizza it was already cold and the eating the cold pizza was not great. I went with my kids for the first time and had a wonderful experience! My server Theresa was outstanding and understood my kids needs before I did and the busser Zack pre-bussed my table with lightning speed. Honestly, the best pizza and WINGS in the area. Prices are reasonable as everything is prepped by hand daily. The owners are the best, and deserve high praise as are all the servers. Adelos has always been enjoyable for both kids and adults. Plenty of TVs which servers are always happy to switch to whatever sport/program you should choose. Happy hour (3-5?) is one of the best in town and great for people just wanting to get an idea of the menu. If you want to feel at home or as if you're a "regular" go to adelos and soak up some of the good vibes. You will leave not only full, but satisfied-- and maybe even make a few friends. Since it's a sports bar I'll use the metaphor, three strikes and you're out. We have now been here 3 times because I like dining outside, hoping that each bad pizza is a fluke. The first gluten free pizza was so under cooked I had to take it home and bake it. The last 2 times it was too burnt to eat. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they did remove the charge the last 2 times for the burnt gluten free pizza. The female server the second time was apologetic and polite. However, the male server we had last night once I pointed out the burnt crust said " it's a little dark." Then basically avoided our table for the rest of the meal. We had to flag him down after he helped the 3 tables next to us. I'm guessing this was not an isolated incident. There is an overall burnt smell in the establishment. read more

Went there on Friday and sat at the bar. Place was busy, but sat there for 10 mins without even being acknowledged. Dude sat down next to me and they took his order. I even waited an additional 5 minutes and no acknowledgemnt, I ended up walking out without ordering. I live nearby, this isn't a way to do business. read more

I had originally given Adelo's a bad review back in 2012 at their old location. At that time they only had take and bake and the pizza wasn't that great. On par with American (not even trying to be Italian) pizza like Papa Murphy's or Dominos. Things have changed. Along with the new location are hot made to order pizzas that are in the Italian Neapolitan style (otherwise known as New York Style). Thin crust, foldable, huge pieces. And the pizza has flavor without overpowering saltiness so common with places that hide their cheap pizza under tons of salt. And if you order extra cheese that's what you get. Not like Dominoes where you can't tell an extra cheese pie from a regular one. The new store has a good vibe and would be a great place to watch a game or go out with a group of friends for a beer and a pie. I liked how when my pie was brought to me for takeout, the gentleman at the register opened the box for me to approve. As you can see from the pictures I posted, I was not disappointed. read more

NIce bar room feel to this place with tv's surrounding the walls. We'd been to the take and bake years ago and the pizza was ok. Now that they've moved into this newer location the pizza has improved with it. We went with our servers recommendation of the Pepperoni Extravaganza. We weren't disappointed. The pizza is New York Style thin crust but with a bit thicker edge crust than what you would find on the east coast. It was still very good and foldable. The peperoni was a great choice but was a little on the oily side. To be expected with a pizza loaded up with pepperoni though. Our server was friendly and was very good about keeping the drink glasses full. Looking forward to making another trip to Adelos to try a differnt kind of pizza. read more

We got takeout from adelo's. The service was fine but the pizza was mediocre at best. Family liked the Big Kahuna fine, but the BBQ chicken was bland. While not a terrible experience, I wouldn't want to spend money on it. Especially since their pizzas can be a bit pricey. I work just a block away so I was excited to try Adelo's for the first time! I viewed their menu online & everything sounded so good. I liked that they offered size upgrades for only a dollar more on pizzas (example: medium -$19, large -$20, XL -$21). One of their calzones, called the Hog Wild Italian is supposed to be Canadian bacon, bacon, sausage, pineapple, mozzarella & red sauce. I ordered this, but it only had Canadian bacon & pineapple in it? Still tasty but that really disappointed me! I also ordered hot wings which were nothing special. A little spicy, dry, & flavorless. Just ate here with visiting family. Everyone who had pizza or calzone loved it. My brother and I had the pasta and found it to be just average. That said, they get 4 stars for pizzas, calzones and SERVICE! When we were in, they were down a server. Everyone hustled and we never once felt ignored. I have found that no one is perfect all the time and I will do my best to let it go, but after I bragged about how good they were, my brother (from out of town) ordered pizza for everyone. Damn if they didn't chose that time to burn all of them. I am not talking very brown, they all were black on the bottom. Then they delivered these burned pizzas to us. We ended up getting food from somewhere else because some of the folks here would not eat it. I expected them to be excellent like the other times. My brother went back to California thinking that the people in Spokane eat burned pizza. He feels sorry for me because I am living with savages.
