I've lived in Spokane for years but had never tried this place until now. It actually reminds me a lot of Round Table. The pizza has a similar flavor, and they even have an arcade area, which is a fun touch. I started with the hummus platter, which was delicious, though I wish the pita had been toasted a bit more. My pizza had buffalo sauce, which was tasty, but I would have loved twice as much sauce because it came out a little dry, so next time I'll be sure to ask for extra. That said, the crust was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch, unlike some places where it turns out spongy or underdone! The place was packed during lunch, so I can only imagine how busy dinner gets, which is a good sign that the food is fresh. The only downside was a few pesky flies while we were eating; nothing major, but some fly traps would definitely help. read more

Quick service, delicious meatball sandwich (1 of my favorite foods!) the sauce was good and smooth, just like I like it & the meatballs were not spicy. They forgot my beer because the tap was empty and didn't tell me. Food came out, no forks to be found in the utensil station. And they ask for a tip before you even sit down. I know it's a Sunday and they probably got mobbed earlier, but come on these are basic things. I came in hungry and looking to cheer up with some decent food and a beer, unfortunately it kind of left me upset with my experience.This place is a joke when it comes to service. Food was good. They were out of their white sauce which was a shame because the pizzas that sounded the best to me were with white sauce. They were able to sub sauce for me tho. Overall I thought the food was really good. I had been here before like ten years ago and they have definitely made a lot of changes to the restaurant and the food. Good changes. We had such a great first visit to Selkirk Pizza & Tap House. We ordered the Hot Hawaiian and garlic mozzarella bread. Highly recommend both. The garlic bread was cheesy and much better than your standard breadsticks. Tasty marinara for dipping. The pizza did not disappoint. We loved the crust, we tend to like a thinner more crispy crust. We went here for dinner this week with family in town for the holidays. I have to order GF crusts now and struggle to dine out because the cost is a lot for something that doesn't usually taste good. Went to a friend's granddaughter's birthday party here. There's a nice room in the back for large parties. There were pitchers of different sodas and water. The hosts ordered 10 pizzas for the group: Pepperoni, Fat Daddy, Hawaiian, Margherita and not sure what else. The ones I tried were all very good. Good flavorful crust and sauce. I was pleased to see a salad bar and had planned on purchasing it but it was very messy and needed tending. Pass! Overall, I really enjoyed the pizza and would return to try some of the other things on the menu. Hopefully, the salad bar will be better attended because there was a good variety of stuff to make a great salad. read more

When we were here we waited over an hour for our food. We watched people who arrived after us get served and still waited. Finally they brought out all of the food except our son's pasta and said his would be another 30 minutes. At the end they did offer to reimburse us for the meal but when we checked the reimbursement receipt they had reimbursed someone else's order and credit card. They eventually fixed it but it was a pain. We weren't really impressed with the food we did receive so I dont think we will be back any time soon. Last year we tried it and waited over an HOUR for our food. It was odd. I asked once or twice and they simply said, "oh it's coming". No apology even after it came after an hour! We were kinda upset. This last week, gave it another try and far better. Pizza was excellent tasting as well as cheese bread. Happy hour drinks came quickly for a great price. They had their staff working hard. This is a great option if you find yourself in far north spokane and have a craving for pizza. Like the pizza places I grew up on, you place your order at the counter and then find your table. What's different than those 1980's pizza places, is Selkirk uses fresh ingredients and has so many options. Also, aside from beer and wine, they have a full bar set up. I ordered their version of an old fashioned and it was awesome. The pizza was solid. We had a margarita and a big boy pizza. Both excellent choices and we really thought the crust was delicious. Warning label should be attached to the Fat Daddy Calzone. Contains lots of black olives. The servers are wonderful and I've alway ls had great sandwiches and soup. This place is a trainwreck. The pizza was just ok. The tables never got cleaned off for the duration of our visit. Screaming, running kids everywhere. Salad bar was a huge mess. The manager is a super rude. He gave me a public lecture...in front of other patrons...about violating the health code because I stood on the wrong side of the salad bar.
