Matthew was very helpful and kind when I called in a pizza order to be picked up. They don't offer delivery but Matthew gave me some third party options; ie Grub hub and another outfit that was a local company. The large pizza was exactly that! LARGE! And delish! Both the house and Greek salads we also ordered were very good. I would definitely go back. read more

Geno’s Pizza & Pub - Large pizza. I wish I would have got a picture with the box open. - Pizza Near Me - Spokane, Washington

My family and I visited Geno's Pizza excited to try a new pizza place, expecting to enjoy a nice meal together. Unfortunately, what we experienced was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting family night out. When we arrived, there was a line dancing class getting ready to start. We were seated and ordered two pizzas, cheesy bread, and a side of red sauce. We also informed our waitress that we planned to place a to-go order once our food arrived. We waited about 40 minutes without receiving our food. During that time, we watched people arrive and participate in the line dancing class. Eventually, another waitress approached us and offered to take our order. At that point I became concerned that our order had not even been started. She refilled our water and told us she was already clocked out. We waited another 20 minutes. We still had no food, and we couldn't smell or see any indication that our order was being prepared. We tried to get the attention of the waitress who had refilled our water, but she was enjoying her evening, drinking wine with a friend. We had no idea who was responsible for helping us or how to cancel our order, so we made the decision to leave. As we were walking to our car, the off-the-clock waitress came outside and threatened to call the police if we did not pay for our order. She claimed we had only been there for 20 minutes and had left before the kitchen could prepare our food. This was completely inconsistent with our experience of waiting approximately an hour. I sent my family to the car and returned inside to explain what had happened. The waitress stated that the restaurant had cameras so I asked her to review the footage to verify how long we had been there. I also requested to speak with a manager only to be told that the manager was not there. She initially apologized and offered to give us our food for free. However, after speaking with the cook and realizing our order included more than one pizza, she changed the offer to 50% off and assured me the pizzas were fresh. I paid for the order accepted her apology but when she placed the order in my hands I realized that the food was cold. When we got home we discovered that at least one slice of the pepperoni pizza was missing. What makes this experience especially upsetting is that we are an interracial family and being confronted and threatened with police involvement over a situation that could have been handled through basic communication and customer service was disturbing to say the least. I cannot speak to the waitress's intentions but the way we were treated left us feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply uncomfortable. We understand that mistakes and delays can happen at any restaurant but what matters is how a business communicates with its customers and resolves problems. We were patient, we communicated our intentions, and we tried to handle the situation reasonably. Instead, we experienced poor communication, an unnecessary confrontation, questionable food quality, and a missing slice of pizza after paying for our order. This was not just about waiting for pizza. It is about how my family and I were treated when things went wrong. We went in hungry and excited to support a new restaurant and left feeling angry, disappointed, and disrespected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Geno's Pizza, and we will not be returning. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and the way this situation was handled. read more

Not bad. I'm still waiting to visit the one pizza place that makes me say "WOW" that was a great pizza!! We are working our way through all the pizza joints in Spokane. This one was a decent pizza. But I would like more of the toppings. A little light on the meats. I really liked the crust. We had a large "porker" and a med "honey dripper". My husband loved the honey dripper. There were 3 of us. We wanted leftovers! We each had a salad and a soda. Almost 150.00 for pizza and salads seems a bit high priced. I'm always amazed at the cost to eat out. The pizza quest continues.... read more

Recently reopened but I have no idea by whom. I really, really wanna love this place because there's a lot to love here. Neighborhood tradition notwithstanding, this is a very nice spot to eat. Staff is super friendly but too few of them. There was one server in the entire place. While he provided what we needed, have didn't have the time to really engage with us do it seemed impersonal. The food here has great potential, too but there were issues. The crust was fantastic and had a nice crunch and the toppings were super, super fresh!! Problem is that our pizza (the WWP) was way, way over topped!! The toppings were undercooked and lukewarm. Our server took it back to the kitchen but didn't quite do it. We're definitely trying it again, just hopeful that they can get some stuff dialed in. read more

The waitress there did not seem interested in serving us and got our order wrong. We will never go there again.

The pizza is great here and the restaurant is super nice. The people who work there are also super kind.

This place is amazing, new ownership as of Jan 3rd, and 2026. Amazing people and very soft and loving environment. Gives me the nostalgic feeling of when I was younger going to a pizza places with my family and truly enjoying the atmosphere and presence of those around me. 10/10 the wings were my favorite and the porker was very good. Please give this place a try I doubt you'll regret it!! read more

This is literally the best pizza I have ever had. The dough is hand made and the ingredients are all fresh and flavorful. If you are a pizza lover you need to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed read more

The wings were very good. Recommend trying the wasabi ranch sauce. Surprisingly good and not spicy. Pizza was also very good. I do think it is misleading to rename the place Geno's and not serve calzones and spaghetti like the original Geno's did. I really miss the old school italian american restaurants of the 80's. Service was ok, only one server but it was slow when we came in. I also wish we could go back to the old school red and white tablecloths and candles on the table. read more

We ordered pizza and Greek salad from Geno's after coming home from our lake cabin. The Greek salad was crispy, cold, and fresh!! It had lots of veggies on it and was delicious! I ordered a pizza with just about everything on it!! Including pepperoni, chicken, bell peppers, pepperocinis, spinach, kalamatra olives, etc., and I loved it! My husband had a pepperoni and hot sausage pizza and he loved his! The crust on both pizzas was excellent. We will definitely order from them again!! read more

You know... Every Once in A While, something good comes along. Such was the case with Geno's Pizza: I knew about Geno's it was considered really good in the 80s and 90s but over time of course the next "best" thing comes along. OK Thai food! So talk began again about Geno's, yeah Great Pizza, so I went with a friend and Had Theee WWP! WOW!!! So the Pizza was Fantastic: The crust, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings literally overflowing, OK, so I am addicted, yeah I was eating Geno's three, four times a week. It was the slices... They have a sweet deal during the day. My habit was broken when a friend called, said they were closed : ( Well, Hard to say anything, but CHRISTIAN WOULD BE MISSED. But wait, you know they are back, same pizza, new owners, AND CHRISTIAN Returned Same Excellent Service. I confess, this impression was written because Christian is not only an engaging server, He has over 20 years experience serving. He cares, he wants to treat his customers Good. It brings me joy when I see him, because I know I will be taken care of... Hawk like attentiveness without hovering. EXTRAORDINARY, A RARE GENTLEMAN!!! Christian Thank you. read more

Absolutely amazing pizza great service and a great atmosphere stopped here to get a pizza to take home never been here before the pizza was delicious read more

Awesome pizza, (I had the honey dripper) great environment, the staff are courteous. Will be back again soon.

They do not split the check for large parties nor reserve tables. Poorly managed. Our group host called and asked to reserve tables for a group of 20. She was told yes they could do that and no there wasn't anything else she needed to know. When we arrived the staff (different person) said there wasn't a reservation and they do not split the checks for large parties. He was polite about it but here's the bottomline: they don't want large parties OR they want to trick large parties by taking your order and surprising you at the end. We took our business down the street with considerable hassle notifying everyone mid-transit. They missed out on revenue. Not one person will be going back. read more

Ate in the bar, was served by the bartender. Not expensive, but the food was good, and I would go back. Good beer selection.

I hadn't been there for years & didn't miss a thing. They had 1 server for the whole place & it was full. We waited for over 1 hour to order. The server didn't tell us they were out of the sandwiches until after waiting for over 1 hour to order. That left pizza or a salad. My pizza was burnt. The server said that they have to burn the crust to be able to cook the toppings. I paid $39 for a burnt pizza. read more

Stopped in after dropping kid off at GU. It doesn't look like much at first, but came away appreciating the pizza, the service, and the beer selection. Will definitely visit again. read more
