This is such a unique pizza shop!! I visited this shop TWO times during one trip to Spokane because it was so good. The service was great and the food was even better. I am not a beer drinker, so I was weary about some of the drinks on their menu, but they were nice enough to let me sample their cider before I committed to it. My favorite pizza was the "D Street" pizza, which was a yellow coconut curry chicken pizza. We also tried the Waikiki (their version of a Hawaiian pizza), and I did not like this one as much- the pieces of ham were too big to chew and there was hardly any pineapple on it. The last pizza we tried was a bbq pulled pork pizza with Coleslaw on top. That one was good, but I thought the amount of coleslaw was a bit too overpowering compared to the pulled pork. The ambiance was nice! They have fires going outside and lights on the patio. We stayed to talk as a group after we finished our food. Lastly, if you stay for dessert, you have to try the cobbler! The blueberry strawberry cobbler was delicious.

Extremely disappointing experience on 12/29 around 3pm. We had a party of 12, and from the start the service was unaccommodating and frustrating. Our server (long black hair, glasses) had a poor attitude and made it clear he had no interest in helping us have a good experience. Despite asking multiple times, we never received water refills, which is basic service--especially for a large group. The biggest issue was seating. There was another table that offered to switch places so our entire party could sit together. This would have been an easy, guest-friendly solution, but the server refused. He told us that once an order is placed, tables cannot be moved under any circumstances. I have worked in the restaurant industry and know firsthand that this is simply not true. When there's a will, there's a way--this was a matter of unwillingness, not system limitations. The server's attitude remained dismissive and unpleasant throughout. Regardless of how the food tasted, customer service defines the experience, and this was some of the worst I've encountered. Because of the service alone, this restaurant earns 1 star. I will not be recommending Flying Goat to anyone, and I will be sharing how poor the customer service was. A restaurant that doesn't care about accommodating guests--especially large parties--doesn't deserve repeat business.

Today our little league team decided to try the flying goat for lunch in between games. This could not have been a worse decision. From the moment we arrived, the staff was visibly upset/disturbed at the thought of having multiple families on their patio. They would not let us sit together, or combine tables. They refused to let one of our families come on to the patio period because they already ordered inside (because they refused to let them join us on the patio even though there were open tables). The servers were arrogant, not accommodating, argumentative, and acted like our 6+ families were not good enough for their establishment. If you have a large party, avoid this place like the plague. They are not cut out for it. Ultimately, the manager came out and said your food is taken care of but we are asking you all to leave! Someone is uncomfortable, you aren't welcome here. The key word in foodservice, is SERVICE. And this establishment has a lot to learn. We just left since we were not welcome, and our money is no good there.

We've been coming here for years and I can't believe I've never reviewed it. Awesome pizza and always a great beer selection, from local and regional breweries, as well as non alcoholic. Mondays are $5.00 off any pizza. They only have one size, thin crust, and artisan style so there may be char on the edges. Creative delicious ingredients on all of them! There is also appetizers, salads, stews, sandwiches and deserts. The indoor dining area is good sized but not huge, there is also a patio with shade and a fire pit for those outside dining kind of day. Excellent service by the friendly staff makes this a favorite place for pizza. There is a small parking lot next to the building as well as street parking. Late afternoon and evening can get very busy, they do not take reservations. They do have a small 12 person party space available.

While this was very hyped up by everyone we met in town, I truly felt the pizza was subpar. I'm usually a fan of thin crust pizza, but this pizza seemed somehow too thin and when it got to our table, it was only lukewarm. Even though we got three different pizzas, all felt very lacking in flavor. We had wings as appetizers, which brought this review from a two to a three. They used ghost peppers which had a great kick. Really great service though very nice young man who is very attentive. Five dollars off pizza on Mondays, which was a great bonus.

Very tasty food, chill vibes and decor , fast service. They are super accommodating with customizing their preset menu choices. Focaccia was good and tasty, d street and Cora varieties of pizza both tasted great. Good quantity, good flavors, recommended for some yummy thin crust pizza if you are in the area. They need ids to sit in the bar seating area and soft copies not working is a bummer though.

It was a beautiful 73-degree day at the end of March in Spokane, so I decided to stop by this restaurant with my child to enjoy some pizza and soak up the sunshine. We chose to sit on the black patio, which has a partial roof, but unfortunately, our table was fully exposed to the blazing sun. Trying to make the best of it, I began to gently move our table and chairs toward the fence, hoping to catch a bit of shade. Suddenly, the front door host came over and, in a very stern tone, told me I wasn't allowed to move the chairs. Without waiting for much explanation, he grabbed one of the chairs and started moving it back aggressively. When I asked why we couldn't shift slightly for comfort, he replied, "Because the owner doesn't want customers doing that." So there we were--faced with the choice of continuing to roast under the sun while I tried to scold my son into staying seated, or moving indoors into a dark, dungeon-like space on a perfect spring day. Our waitress confirmed the rule and explained that it's messing them up in the computer with orders you would think that someone will figure out to put number tags on the tables and supply umbrellas for shade. Sadly, it seems that customer comfort and a welcoming attitude aren't priorities at this establishment.

    Roskelley Dumplings, must try!!!

It's been a minute since I've been here, like the pizzas, decent service. Good bar selection. Quick for their pies.

Pizza is the best in town! Crust is tasty, cheese blend is perfect. Also love the Trail Bread.

The pizza was good but really enjoyed the cheesy bread. Otherwise really enjoyed the staff and the service.

Aggressively average, pizza is tasty, but desert cookie was hard. Has good atmosphere with lots of wood and black accents

We went to Cascadia Public House on a Sunday with pretty high expectations after reading so many…read moregood reviews, but unfortunately it was a letdown from start to finish. The biggest issue right away was how long the food took. It felt like we were waiting forever, and by the time it finally came out, it definitely didn't feel worth it. We started with the pretzel, which honestly was nothing like a pretzel. It tasted more like glorified fried dough and didn't have that classic pretzel texture or flavor at all. For drinks, mine was way too strong and just didn't taste good. It wasn't balanced at all and ended up being hard to even enjoy. For my main, I ordered the Cascadia burger medium, but it came out clearly well done and overcooked. On top of that, the egg on it was severely undercooked.. some of the whites were still clear and slimy, which completely ruined it for me. I had also heard good things about the mac and cheese, so I gave it a try, but that was another disappointment. It was bland and runny, and even after adding salt and pepper, it still had no real flavor. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich, which wasn't terrible, but it was definitely on the dry side. They were also out of fries, so he had to get fruit instead, which was kind of disappointing. Overall, the food took way too long, the quality didn't match the price, and the experience just didn't live up to the hype at all. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
