The food was okay. The pizza was a bit undercooked, but I suppose that's the price of quick pizza. It's odd that the pizza is done more than 5 minutes before the salad. The service was okay. The padded seats on the back wall are in disrepair, ripped with padding coming out (should've taken a pic). I went to use the bathroom and it was out of soap. When I requested new soap, I was ordered "out of the kitchen," but I wasn't in the kitchen at all. I was at the nearest point of contact, back up 4" and the blonde gal stormed off to get soap. A simple hourly (or let's be real... daily) check could've prevented this. I had a very unpleasant experience in your establishment. I have a milk allergy and let the associate taking my order know. She got upset when I asked her to change her gloves, offered me the cauliflower crust pizza (that has milk in it). I had a companion with me and we asked her if she would make the pizzas seperately with mine first and then theirs so that we did not cross contaminate my food. There was no one in line behind us. I didn't think my request was a huge ask. I know it is not standard procedure, but I didn't think it was asking her to go too far out of her way. At this point she informed me that I should not eat at your establishment. All of the ingredients, crusts, and sauces had milk in them. I told her that I had eaten at this restaurant many times before and that it had never been a problem. She refused service. I did not yell, or act in a mean way or use foul language. I just stepped aside and waited for my companion. I am so very disappointed to learn that food allergies are no longer supported. It is not often I go out to eat because I understand how much extra work it is for someone and I don't like feeling like I am a chore. I will not be coming back to this store or probably any others. I called in an order and paid for 2 pizzas and was told to be curbside at 6:50pm. I was there and called them to bring the order out. They had no record of my order! Who did I give my credit card info to? So they told me to come in and order which I did. But I was not a happy camper. They were incredibly busy whipping out great food for all. When mine was finally ready I was told it was with no charge because of the mess up. Their phone orders are done by people off premise who then put the order into the store. Maybe it went to the wrong store? Anyway, this morn the charge is on my card. I contacted the manager at the store and she said they were going to remove the charge because of all the hassle. I do much appreciate that. I left the folks at the store a nice tip before I left and we still enjoyed some very fine pie!
