The food was okay. The pizza was a bit undercooked, but I suppose that's the price of quick pizza. It's odd that the pizza is done more than 5 minutes before the salad. The service was okay. The padded seats on the back wall are in disrepair, ripped with padding coming out (should've taken a pic). I went to use the bathroom and it was out of soap. When I requested new soap, I was ordered "out of the kitchen," but I wasn't in the kitchen at all. I was at the nearest point of contact, back up 4" and the blonde gal stormed off to get soap. A simple hourly (or let's be real... daily) check could've prevented this. I wonder how many employees used that restroom and just shrugged at no soap before they head back to work to make our food. read more

I'm so glad this place finally opened. It's a staple over in Seattle, and I really missed it after we moved back to Spokane. Don't let the setup fool you. It may seem like the "Subway" of pizza places, but it is so much more. For starters, the atmosphere is great. The employees all seem like they actually enjoy working there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Then there are options. You can build any pizza you like with as many toppings as you want for one price. My favorite pizza (see photo for drool-inducing visual) is red sauce, mozzarella, green peppers, pineapples, onions and garbanzo beans. Yum! And finally, there is flavor. The pizzas come out crispy and delicious. This one time I ate two pizzas back-to-back. And I didn't even feel guilty! I'll do it again too. Just dare me! The service is always great and the staff helps explain how to build the pizza every time which is extremely helpful for first timers. One item I usually get is the garlic strips. They come with your choice of sauce and the strips themselves are thin and pleasing. The food they make is also quick since the crust is thin, which both things are a plus for me. I had a very unpleasant experience in your establishment. I have a milk allergy and let the associate taking my order know. She got upset when I asked her to change her gloves, offered me the cauliflower crust pizza (that has milk in it). I had a companion with me and we asked her if she would make the pizzas seperately with mine first and then theirs so that we did not cross contaminate my food. There was no one in line behind us. I didn't think my request was a huge ask. I know it is not standard procedure, but I didn't think it was asking her to go too far out of her way. At this point she informed me that I should not eat at your establishment. All of the ingredients, crusts, and sauces had milk in them. I told her that I had eaten at this restaurant many times before and that it had never been a problem. She refused service. I did not yell, or act in a mean way or use foul language. I just stepped aside and waited for my companion. I am so very disappointed to learn that food allergies are no longer supported.
