A Cesar salad lives or dies by its dressing and the dressing at Westside is very good! We added then chicken to it, which was lightly breaded and flavored well. The breadsticks were a little overcooked and both the ranch dressing and marinara left a little to be desired. We do enjoy most pizza we have tried there though! Tonight, we got the pesto pasta and I thought it had a good flavor to it (I'm partial to sun-dried tomatoes ). They have a decent drink selection. Pretty basic sodas from the fountain, but a large fridge worth of bottled, individual options! The service was friendly and prompt. We love taking the kiddos there too because of the retro games. Wow! So bad! I got a large pizza today with a coupon. We opened the box and there was a too thick crust, almost no topping, dry chunk of bread. I will never go to Westside again...I thought Domino's was getting a little sloppy with their pies, but they are yummy compared to Westside. read more

Loaded with cheese and toppings, but lacked in flavor snd sauce. The pizza was dry and cooled off fast. Because there was no sauce . The cheese and toppings cooled off quick and left us eating cold pizza after the first slice. The salad was plain and the dressings are generic store bought dressings. Kind of sour and tangy. Pizza joints should make their own sauce or invest in better ones. The pene marinara was very cheesy but lacked flavor. Needed salt or something. The chicken Alfredo was actually pretty tasty. We have eaten here twice. The first time, we dined in. Today, we did delivery. The people who work there are super nice and helpful. Ordering online is really easy. We ordered pizza, bread sticks and calories. All of it was delicious. Not loaded down with sauce. Just enough to complement the delicious and fresh toppings. So this is the new pizza place that took over Nate's New York Pizza.... well it's definitely cheaper. What it has going for it: - decent size menu - pricing on par with similar establishments - pizza by the slice - they deliver (not through Uber Eats or Doordash either) - plenty of parking - owner was pleasant What it has going against it: - quality of pizza is on par with Domino's (for some that is a good thing) So this place is what it is. It's a small local franchise that doesn't pretend it is "New York" pizza like the previous establishment did. I had the lunch special, which was 2 slices & a fountain soda...$5 (includes the tax)...not a bad deal nowadays. This place is very similar to Dominos. They are a little better in my book since they serve by the slice and they aren't a huge national franchise...yet. The pizza itself is very similar to Domino's Brooklyn style pizza and also similar to Costco's pizza (although Costco uses more cheese I feel). They use dummy proof conveyer ovens so the quality is consistent, but the quality isn't the same as you usually get by those traditional big pizza ovens. If you were use to Nate's and come here, get ready for some sticker shock.... pricing is way better than what the previous establishment was charging for similar item. This was the 2nd time i tried this spot. The first time was ok but they were new and i was hoping with some time it would get better. I am so sorry but it seems to have gone a little more down. I usually finish any size Pie within hours but this one was still here the next morning. If you like chain pizza like some of the others then this one will beat those. Pizza out west just can't seem to compare to the midwest and back on the east coast. I had all but given up on finding a place that could come close. Believe me, I tried. One day I was driving past where the old Nate's Pizza used to be and saw it was now Westwood pizza. I looked up the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Our first try at the pizza was very good. But we wanted to reserve judgement until we have had it a few more times. Now after about the 4th or 5th time I can honestly say that it comes a lot closer to the midwest and east coast pizza than any thing else around here I have tried. Really disappointed with this place. This was the first pizza place I ordered from and have been faithful. They always had great customer service, and food is not bad. What kept me coming back was their incredible customer service. However after this last order, I am kind of shying away from them. The female who delivered to our old address was almost angry at me. After explaining that we moved and I just changed our address and maybe the system hasn't updated it when I placed the order, she was not happy. I didn't even ask to have it delivered to the new house, I was going to pick up, she was not happy about it. Found it weird that she wasn't "bothered" with any additional requests, only said it must not have updated and I would head over to the old house and grab it. Sad to have to give a poor review, but I truly can't give more than 1 star. Living in Rathdrum, we are limited on pizza delivery options or just pizza options in general. Saw today that Westside delivered to where we lived so we decided to give them a try. Ordered two pizza's and some wings. We were given an estimated time to expect our pizza to be delivered. Our delivery arrived 15-20 minutes after the estimated time of delivery. The lady that delivered the pizza was kind, courteous and helpful, but that's where the positive ends. Our pizza wasn't even barely warm. The crust tasted like a prebaked cardboard type crust and the cheese had completely cooled and solidified. The wings tasted ok but were cooled down and soggy. Not only did we eat hardly any of the pizza, we all (including my three kids) agreed it wasn't even worth saving the leftovers! Very disappointed. read more

We usually like Westside Pizza but didn't have a great experience tonight. They advertise contactless delivery, and I requested that since I am due with a baby in a few weeks. After ordering she said I had a $2.50 credit and did I want to use it, and I said sure. I paid on the phone and left a tip out for the driver (expecting a contactless delivery.) I even confirmed when I ordered that it would be, and told her to let them know the tip was outside. When he delivered the pizza, he hung outside for a while....so I answered the door and he had no idea it was supposed to be a contactless delivery, plus he said I owed a $2.50 delivery fee(makes no sense since I pre-paid). It was all pretty darn confusing, and I felt bad for the driver since from what I could tell there was no notes that it was supposed to be contactless. They probably should've just waived that fee for the extra hassle and disregarding my request! read more

I won't be back. Ordered my pizza at 510pm, arrived at 535pm to pick it up and they hadn't even started it yet. Told me it would be ready in 15 mins. While waiting, three other customers came in and had same experience. My order didn't get done until 605pm (twice as long as they said). Pizza was ok but first bite takes the cheese and toppings with it. Breadsticksvwere so dry and coated with way too much powder seasoning. Lots of far better pizza places in the area. We were hungry so this was going to be great. We took our first bites and the cheese had no flavor. It was so bizarre. The sauce was ok, not great but we could taste it and the other ingredients.
