Papa Murphys is "ok" and this one meets that bar. 3 stars at best. I am deducting a star because I just got slammed for an automatic 15% tip when ordering online. There was no overt "ask if want to," -- they just added it. Taking a tip for actions not yet delivered and no real "service" (what tips have been created to recognize and reward) other than just slapping together a pizza with no customer interaction. I've always loved the take and bake option, it's a good deal and the pizza is always so fresh! But since I've moved back (was away for 2 years) I feel like they really skimp on the toppings but the prices are the same. Normally a Chicago Stuffed Crust goes to the edge with the toppings. And the last few times it hasn't even come close. Yet the prices went up. It's $22 for this and I still have to cook it, just hasn't really felt worth it lately. read more

We called about a canceled uber eats order tonight that stole our food and called the order and Katelyn answered and was very kind and welcoming! She was very sweet and kind and made us feel very comfortable about our next order even tho we felt guilty because there location was about to close! Thank you Katelyn for your generosity tonight we really needed it and honestly I really think Katelyn needs a raise this is the first review I've ever left we were just blown away by her kindness and how nice she was about our situation I've worked all long time in the Custer service industry and she did somthing that I could never do! I live a few blocks from this location and have probably visited at least 30 times in the last 3 years. I am always impressed by the staff, most of whom are younger, but the manager (owner) greets me always. The young members of the team are confident, kind, happy and well spoken. Over the phone and in person, they engage the guests to help in the best way they know how. This is a team that is inspired in their jobs, and that is not an easy thing to do. For context, I've been a full service restaurant GM at very busy and popular restaurants for 15 years. These folks do a really great job. The food is always consistent and high quality that you would look for in a chain and they are also involved in various local charitable efforts. Happy they are in my neighborhood. read more

This was our first time enjoying a take and bake pizza. It was outstanding. One thing I found great was how clean the lobby and prep areas were. I ordered my pizza to bring home and watch the Zags game. The online order would not give me the Zags discount. I told the gentleman at the counter my online dilemma. He refunded me the online order and charged me in person to give me the discount. Great customer service! read more

Most Papa Murphy's from my experience should be a solid 3 star because typically the service isn't much better than a standard fast food restaurant. Here it's different! Super friendly and professional staff, very clean lobby, fast service as well! The owners and management here are top notch and should be training all the other local fast food joints. We ordered a pizza online. We got an email stating it was ready we showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done and it was not finish. The kid at the drive thru window said it was finished after I asked. He said yes we still have to braid it and wrap it up. Then made us go back to the end of the drive thru and it would be ready by the time we came back through. When we got up there it still wasn't ready. Godspeed if you try to use a coupon here because they act like they're getting commission on each pizza. We will not be getting our Papa Murphy's pizza fix from the Cda branch. I have never wanted to curse someone out over pizza but there is a first for everything. I'm usually just fine with waiting when there is a dinner rush but it was really obvious we pissed someone off when we asked for a coupon to be honored as it is printed...we didn't even argue it! Just asked about it, got a no, and then paid without further discussion. Our 10 minute wait turned into a 30 minute wait. Wrapping our order, looking at the name, proceeding to wrap and give 3 other people their pizzas, before having the "courtesy" to ask what the name on our order was very intentional. But searching the line before coming back to the only two pizzas on the rack was pathetic. Best of luck to anyone who deals with that particular individual. The Post Falls pizzas used to be covered with toppings. I would get pizza hear once a week, It was my favorite. The last year they have been skimping on them. I twice watched the owner take toppings off my pizza that one of the kids was making. I have stopped going to this one. When the toppings are this thin it just not the same. read more
