So first of all, let me just say that the $6 lunch special is probably the best deal around. Two slices and a drink? I'll take that all day long. Just kidding, they only do it during lunch on the weekdays, but still... Great value. The pizza is pretty good. The crust is more of a hand-tossed kinda pie, thicker than I usually like it but I'm not going to ding them over my personal preferences. Their three meat pie is my favorite. I could wax poetic over the sauce and cheese and all that, but I think I'll just keep it simple: It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but it's better than a lot of the chain pizza joints around here. And the prices are pretty darn good for what you're getting. read more

Just ordered the Westside with extra done crust option. The crust was still raw and doughy under the toppings. Also the toppings were all hidden under the cheese so pepperoni was limp and soggy. Who does that? I give 2 stars though because service was friendly and prompt. read more

I stopped in by myself earlier this week and found the gluten-free pizza (I created my own) to be very tasty. The ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was spotlessly clean and the service was excellent, thanks to Janessa, who took great care of me. Kids will love the arcade games and the roll-up door is perfect for summer days. The owners, Matt & Kristen are great people, who are clearly dedicated to a high standard, and it shows. This is a great pizza restaurant. They also have terrific boneless wings. The pizza is a traditional style pizza that tastes fresh and flavorful. By far the best pizza in town. Very clean restaurant. The location is easy to get to, and the service is friendly, and they always try to make the experience a good one. This is the only pizza we buy in town. They also have football on tv if you want to watch the games. read more

Some of the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! It truly had me questioning if it was gluten free it was that good! My friend also said her regular dough pizza was incredible too. Super cool atmosphere and great customer service. We talked to the owner and he was awesome, he gave us great feedback on his favorites and knew everything on the menu like the back of his hand. He even gave us a discount for showing up and supporting the business late on a Saturday night. Highly recommended spot!! We WILL be coming back! read more

Well over a week ago I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home on Sept. 23 2023. First thing I'd like to say about this particular location in CDA is more often than not they do not answer their phone when you call in an order. Apparently they are too busy for customer service even tho most of the times I've gone in personally for pick up, they are empty. Well in this particular instance nobody would answer the phone so I ordered online & surprisingly I DID get a pizza delivered...a sad looking pizza at that. To charge over $40 for a grand size pizza PLUS about $4 for delivery charge, I left drive a $4 tip, just shy of $50 the wife & I could have had steak at Texas Roadhouse down the road to put it in perspective. Pizza arrived. I ordered it FULLY LOADED with toppings. From tip of crust edge to about 4" in was basically a cheese pizza with NO TOPPINGS! That means only half the pizza had toppings on it. Was VERY disappointed. Got on website. Explained my disappointment. Got reply somebody would get back to me shortly and NOBODY ever did! I've gave them a week and half to care and to see how they were going to make a wrong situation right & NOTHING.... DO NOT give this establishment your business. THEY DON'T CARE!! The post falls location is WAAAAY better! The owner is top notch and he will do whatever to earn your business and will even agree he is tired of fielding complaints coming to his location for something that the CDA location is doing wrong. First time here tonight and it's a good find. We got it mixed up with NorthWest in Hayden and actually drove all the way there. But decided it was worth driving back to CDA since we wanted to try this place. So glad we did. This was super family friendly, from the folks working in the back and counter area to the crayons, color pages, flat top video games to the lay out of the eating area. I had my one and a half-year-old and 3 1/2-year-old with me. My one and a half-year-old was able to walk around freely without worrying about him getting into anything and knocking things over because they're just wasn't clutter or things low for him to reach. I LOVED that. Still had to stay close to keep him from wandering back into the kitchen haha. Their prices seemed fair and the food tasted great. I created my own with pepperoni and jalapeños. My husband got some Hawaiian pizza, which he liked and ate most of it himself. And my kids were able to share a cheesy bread, which is essentially a cheese pizza and perfect for little kids. It's not gourmet pizza, or like brick-fired anything like that's but definitely a good standard family pizza place and we'll be back. read more

Amazing customer service here! I made a mistake and somehow ordered to a different location on the coast of Washington... do not ask me how, but it happened! The owner at the Coeur d'alene location was amazing, he immediately started making my pizza and called the other store to have them cancel/reimburse me. The best pizza in town! Yes, it costs a bit more than the hut, but it is well worth it. This chain has been in business for a long time and they still use the great recipe they have always used bavk in the "Hood oll' days". If you order online you can get a coupon. read more

I normally don't give bad reviews but I feel like this company completely took advantage of my teen son. He went in, ordered a large pepperoni & bread stick. He said it was $28.00 and some change. Sure enough that is what they charged my card. When I looked at the menu online they had specials that had a large 2 topping with breadsticks & a 2 liter for $16.99. Also the price of them separately still didn't add up to $28.. the pizza was mediocre at best! We will never be back to this location! read more

I really want to like this place since I've had great luck at the Post Falls location, but it's been nothing but issues. 3 of my last (only) 3 orders have been wrong in some way - 1 order placed in person, 1 over the phone and picked up, and 1 online and delivered. In person order: ordered a Tropical Heat and got all the way home before realizing that I received a Westside. Not even remotely the same pizza. Phone order (picked up): pizzas were correct, but one was overcooked to the point of being inedible. We had one slice and threw the rest away. Online order (delivered): 2 pizzas were correct, 1 (Westside) was missing the extra cheese and pineapple that was added (and paid extra for). All of the pizzas were WAY over-cooked and the delivery was 20 minutes late. Overall, for the price of the pizza, the quality is just not there. If I wanted Domino's-quality pizza, I would order from them and pay much lower prices. For a $20+ medium pizza, I have higher expectations. read more

Perfect portion for two with a couple topping options. I would go back just for those. I ordered their take on eggs Benedict and my husband had the classic breakfast plate. Both were really flavorful, but the seasoned potatoes were a standout. Portions are generous, we ended up getting two more portions out of the leftovers. Overall, a really fun and memorable brunch spot. I am looking forward to going back for one of the events when they have live music.

We absolutely love the delicious pizza and even better customer service that we always receive at Westside Pizza on Neider in CDA! Not only do the team members greet you right away when you step foot in the store, but they are also very attentive and work hard to make sure their customers have a satisfying experience. For example, when they ran out of large pizza boxes, they upgraded us to a grand size pizza at no cost - it was a great and appreciated surprise. It is also a fun treat for my daughter and I to play the free table arcade games while waiting for our pizza. We also really enjoy their side roll up doors that allow us to enjoy the weather when it is nice. Westside Pizza is our go-to place and we recommend them to everyone! read more

The customer service is amazing, they always make me feel like I'm eating at a 5 star restaurant with such friendly people as my servers! I absolutely love eating here, and bringing my children because they ALWAYS give us a free cinna stick for the kiddos! To quote a saying from liar liar. "I've had better" they promote their pizza as bold extravagant and this was anything but. Italian seasoning is not expensive they sell it by the tub at Costco. I just ordered a canzone with pep sausage and olives with a garlic butter dipper and my other half got the fettuccine. Hers was hot but clumsy and very bland and mine was raw in the center and no flavor at all. I would rather have airplane chicken on a red eye than order again from here. 1 is actually to high just add a lot more flavor than this and we may try again. read more

Just rolled out of West Side Pizza, and let me tell you, it was a pizza party in my mouth! The staff? Absolute legends. Nicest folks you'll ever meet--like they've got a PhD in friendliness. When I took the frozen slices out of the freezer, they reheated very well, and also tasted fantastic straight from the fridge. For people with a huge appetite, this pizza did not disappoint!
