Originally gave this place 5 stars but it's been dropping. It's so hot and miss. Mostly miss. If you order a "works". You're mostly ok... anything else like a pepperoni or cheese. Save yourself the $ and head to little Cesar's. The pizza is so dry and not enjoyable. Don't know how much more disappointment I can take. I feel like a woman who' has a baby ... Ordered a pepperoni n pizza tonight. Told me 40 minutes. I gave them 60 and it wasn't ready. Then they gave me a cheese pizza. No pepperoni. This is the second time in a row they've messed up. If their pizza wasn't do hood, I would go somewhere else. read more

The biggest and best gluten free crust I have found not only in the area, but all over the USA. I travel a lot and this was insanely amazing! I love how easy it is to customize and if you're a gluten free dairy free person, this is your spot. The prices are so good, salads are fresh. I can't say enough great things about it. Called in for delivery of a medium pizza 07/17/2023 around 5:45 PM. I work at the front desk at a local hotel. I often refer guests from out of town in our hotel to deliver pizza from Northwest Pizza in Hayden. After more than an hour I called to check on our delivery and was told that the driver was on his way. I expressed that had already been an hour and they assured me once again that it was on the way. Another hour passed and still no pizza, so I called again. The manager answered this time and provided me with excuses that they were just busy. The manager again assured that the driver already left with the delivery and should be at the hotel any minute. Yet, another 15 minutes passed before the driver finally arrived and the young man explained that they were short of drivers as to why the delivery took 2 hours. We were charged for the pizza and despite the long wait, I still tipped the driver and appreciated his honesty. This is not the first time I have experienced excessive delivery times from Northwest Pizza and our hotel will no longer refer business to them. read more

Went hear yesterday (8/21/22) for a couple 'o pies for the hungry family. Ordered an Italian and a Greek. Both were the XL for $23 each, which is a pretty good price for a high quality pizza here in CDA. All the toppings were very flavorful and fresh. There was the right amount of sauce and cheese (we like cheese!) an the crust was that kinda heavy bread consistency with the crust being puffed up more but still soft and yummy. We will be back many times I am sure because its close to the house, priced right, good quality and great flavors. Oh, and did I mension it too 14 minutes from order to them handing over the pizzas? My roommate and I ordered the Meatball pizza last night and it was almost fantastic in every way. The toppings were fresh, was hot, delivered on time and even the crust was good. We both thought it needed more sauce though, otherwise would be a five star pie. Next time I'll order it with double the sauce. Really happy to see that they offer vegan cheese however, the pizza ultimately didn't taste that great. It was ok but not amazing. Make sure to tell them you want the gluten free crust because apparently the regular crust has cheese in it. The gluten free crust, unfortunately, isn't all that good but it's edible. Customer service was amazing. They were very helpful and super friendly. I think with some work, they could eventually offer an amazing vegan pizza. read more
